Pros: Awful service. Price quoted on discover cars was doubled on picking up the car after waiting at the airport for almost an hour to get picked up by the shuttle. Declined to pay double and still had $50 charged to my card

Pros: There was nothing stating that AAA insurance was not accepted. Still waiting on my ‘deposit’ to be refunded. It’s a good deal if you can get it. Otherwise worthless. The guy in front of me I. Line had same issues. Silly. Won’t use again, even though never got to use I. The first place. Disappointing.

Pros: This is a horrible agency. They trapped us into all these add ons and you are 10 min from the airport and tired from your flight so you don't have fight left to leave. It's a awful, criminal agency. They charged us $50 to vacuum the car, as ONE example of the money they took from us.

Cons: that i wasn't able to use my own inssurance plan, i wasn't able to use my own toll pass, the price was not the same as when i've booked online...it was 350$ for 14 days, then it jumped to 1100$ USD...NOT IMPRESSED.

Pros: George did a great job! Everywhere else I was going to had so many obstacles but routes helped me right away

Cons: I was alittle difficult to find the designated area for the rental return and the officer on duty but eventually it sorted itself out

Cons: The insurance option I picked online was not permitted in person and I was obligated to choose a more expensive insurance package. If I can select and book online with the option the company should have to honour my choices. This is very deceiving! I would have chosen a different company if I had know this ahead of time. I also could not pick up the vehicle upon my arrival late at night. Instead I had to pay for an Uber from the airport to my hotel and then again in the morning to pick up car.

Pros: Driver was over an hour late for pick up. Terrible service. Very shady. Went through some company called Sonic Car rentals in Orlando.

Cons: When returning my car, no one was there to accept it. They never, not once, answered my calls. They gave zero directions of what to do with the car or the keys. We had to leave the keys in the car because and pay for an Uber to take us, despite them saying they would take us to the airport.

Cons: did not honor my insurance company.... and did not like the options for Sunpass

Cons: we got ripped off by them. I rented a Toyota Camry and they gave us a much smaller car, a Toyota Corolla. That is two or three levels below our contract. and they rejected my insurance policy, because we only have $100K coverage and they insisted we buy additional insurance $300K which was a total scam. It cost us additional money, more than $400, we were scammed and bait and switch. this was probably illegal

Pros: Once we arrived at the rental car place, signing documents and grabbing keys was a smooth process. Perfect car. Very clean. Very nice staff.

Cons: They only had 2 people working which made them late to pick us up from the airport (big deal if you are on a time crunch). They were also about 10 minutes late to open and allow us to drop off the car and get us back to the airport. However they communicated with us and we’re very respectful.

Pros: The company drove me way off site and then asked for an issuance document that has never been requested the more than 100 times I have rented a car in that past. Then when I did not have the document, the company asked me to pay $230 in insurance for 6 days. This was clearly a bate and switch tactic. I was also brought into an office and the door was shut. I didn't think anything of it until I left the office and the other costumer was complaining about the same issue. Bate and switch scam.
