Pros: Airport pick up was OK, although I had to ask around where to get the transport from. Other companies had signs around.

Cons: When I collect the car they supposedly checked the car for damages with you, however, the ''check-out'' checks are not as detailed as when you return the vehicle. When I returned the vehicle, they were checking inch by inch looking for the smallest possible damage to charge you. I was eventually changed to a damaged in the wing mirror that was already there and the person checking when I collected the car did not update the damage picture (last pic of the damage was from May and I rented in July

Pros: Valor pedido como caução do aluguel completamente abusivo ( 2550 euros?!?!). Liberariam caução se fizéssemos um seguro da própria agencia por 330 euros sendo que já tínhamos contratado seguro através da Discovery. Cobraram 174 euros devido a um pequeno arranhão na parte plástica do pára-choque próximo à roda. Considerei preços extorsivos.

Cons: We arrived at 7 am shuttle pick up only started at 8 by the time they rolled around it was 8:15 although may have been my fault given I didn't specify the time I'd arrive... The only other point of contention the radio stopped working tried to get a hold of them through whatsapp looks like the have a whatsapp number but only for texting bit of a delay getting answers... Finally when returning the car the gentleman took his time going over the car almost trying to find something given I hadn't

Free cancellation with a full refund up to 48 hours before your pick-up time, Unlimited mileage, Collision Damage Waiver (deductible: € 1599.00), Theft Protection, Roadside Assistance (in the country of pick-up), Third Party Liability (TPL), Airport surcharge, Free modifications, State Tax.
Rate excludes
Many highways in mainland Portugal are tolled using only electronic means.
All rental vehicles are equipped with a transponder that can be used for paying for all toll roads.
You’ll be charged a service fee of 2.15 EUR per day up to a maximum of 21.52 EUR per rental in addition to the tolls, which will be charged to your credit card after the rental period.
You may also be required to leave an additional deposit for tolls.
An E-toll charge will apply; personal consumption will be charged separately at the end of the rental period.
Driver requirements
Minimum rental age is 21 years.
A young driver fee applies to drivers under the age of 25.

Maximum rental age is 99 years.
A senior driver fee applies to drivers over the age of 76.

The driver license must have been issued by authorized authorities at least 1 year(s) before the date of the commencement of the rental.

Driver licenses will be accepted if issued in the following country(ies): United Kingdom, EU.
Driver licenses from all other countries must be accompanied with International Driving Permit (IDP).
A driver license printed using a non-Roman alphabet (Arabic, Japanese, Cyrillic, etc) must be supplemented by an International Driving Permit. Otherwise, the renter must provide an International Driver Permit (IDP).
Renters from the following country(ies): United Kingdom must provide the following documents: driver license with photo in order to collect the car.
Please note that the International Driving Permit is valid only if it is accompanied by a regular driver's license, is issued by an official authority or government-authorized organization, and is in physical (not digital) form.

In order to pick up the car, the renter and each additional driver must present the following documents: valid driver license, credit card on a main drivers name, Passport or ID card, booking voucher, return flight ticket.
Deposit and deductible policy

Optional extras and services
Available special equipment: Baby seat (up to 1 year of age), Booster seat (4-10 years of age).
Prices for extras are shown on the booking page.

Adding additional drivers is allowed.
There is an additional charge for each driver.
Underage additional drivers are subject to both Young Driver and Additional Driver fees.
When picking up the vehicle, all drivers must be present and must provide valid documentation.

Fuel policy
The vehicle is provided with a full tank of fuel and must be returned with the same amount in order to avoid additional charges.
Additional information
In case of renting at the airport location, the customer must provide a valid flight number in order to make a reservation.

Winter tires are not mandatory in Portugal.
Snow chains are recommended in icy/snowy conditions, especially when traveling in mountainous areas.
Business hours
Service outside of business hours is available by request and for an additional charge.
The supplier will hold the vehicle for 1 hour after your scheduled pick-up time as long as it is within their normal business hours. After this time, your booking may be canceled without refund.
