Pros: CAR had damage everywhere

Cons: Moet horrible experience I ever had with renting a car in my life

Pros: Very little. The car was fine though.

Cons: They charged us double. Forgot the car seats and it took us over an hr. Absolutely terrible.

Cons: provided with a dented car and scratched car and was informed that there were additional scratch on bumper that could have been undocumented.

Cons: Car was clean lot of damage but it worked and got us around

Cons: Difficult to find hire desk. No guidance given on quirks of driving .the model Pressurised selling of CDW insurance @over 300 euros, which I had already purchased in UK for £25

Pros: Very professional, easy communication, would rent with them again!

Cons: When picking the car it took them 1.5 hrs to show us how to lower the spare wheel as no one knew how to do it.

Pros: Friendly and efficient at the rental office.

Cons: Didn't have a good idea of where to find the rental office. Also the name highlighted on the voucher was Discover Cars, but the name of the office is Easy Rent Cars. Pretty confusing.

Cons: We had to pay additional insurance with the final rental car company because we had not a credit card (only a debit card...) We paid 700€ with you and 500€ with easycarhire so a total of 1200€ for 1 week. It is extremely high and abusive!!! The staff was not nice at all. They tried to charge us for some crushes that we did not make. Fortunately, we made a video of the condition of the car and we proved that the damages were made when we rent the car... I am really disappointed

Pros: Price and car - very good Returning was easy

Cons: Not obvious that Discover cars was trading as Easycarhire. Didn't like the scare tactics to take insurance. the lady behind the desk took 15 minutes to serve me and get the key. She was very interested in talking to her male colleague, and very uninterested in serving me. The lady outside at the car when picking up was quite rude and very very not like a typical sicilian.

Cons: Very pushy with regard to insurance, asserted that coverage I had would not apply although Discover Cars proved that it did. I would never hire from Easycars no matter what the rental cost was Noel

Pros: Good price. Reliable car equipped with navi screen, lane assist, adaptive cruise control etc

Cons: Picking up the car took nearly 1hr of waiting. Staff was not familiar with the driving licence I had although issued in EU. It was obvious that they are trying to sell an extra insurance although I informed them that I already had one. Instead they tried to scare me off by saying that I will need a lot of paperwork to get the compensation if something happens... while with the additional easycarhire insurance everything is sorted automatically.

Pros: Easy pickup, everyone knew how to speak english and were also professional, and the car was clean.

Cons: I paid for something better than I got, its not fair especially if the car you booked is actually available in the parking lot.

Pros: The car was cheap and clean

Cons: The rental desk was very hard to find, not in the terminal as advertised. Queued for a long time to collect the car. Child booster seat given was not up to current EU standards. The car itself was not in good condition. One of the tyres was on inside out. There was an intermittent tyre pressure issue. The wheels made a funny noise. When I called easycarhire they weren’t much help.

Pros: Ottima auto, nuova, pulita e in buonissime condizioni (Skoda Fabia)

Cons: Per ritirare l' auto mi ci è voluta un' ora, e dalla parte opposta del parcheggio una volta raggiunto il punto di ritiro ho dovuto aspettare ancora perché non mi sono state consegnate le chiavi prima di andare a ritirare l auto e le hanno dovute portare in macchina dagli uffici. Però nonostante tutto per essere la prima volta che noleggiavo un auto è andato tutto per il meglio.

Pros: I bought Discovercars insurance for €28 and also Easycar hire insurance for €285 after they scared us. They also charged us a deposit for €200. They told us that their insurance covers body damge. When we returned the car there was a tiny scratch in front that we did not even notice. They want to keep the €200 and not return it. They said they would get back to us but haven't returned yet. We filed a report with them about the scratch and there is no one to talk to. What should I do?

Cons: The rental company delayed my family after the flight due to disputes about credit cards, the deposit was not included, the car insurance

Cons: That they pretended old damages was new and charge me for it. They were very aggressive about this and wouldn't let me leave if I did t sign the agreement. Worst car rental experience I have ever had.

Cons: I had full insurance paid, I had to pay 300 euro on the spot, which was six times the car rental. They do not recognize insurance policies purchased online, unnecessary payment

Pros: Very expensive if you arrive few minutes after 22 o clock

Cons: Still didn`t get the deposit and I do not have any information when will get it back.

Pros: Easy to communicate, and got the job done. Not deceitful.

Cons: they work together with discovercars despite they know how discovercars misleads customers

Cons: They were trying to force me to take additional insurance, claiming that DiscoverCARS does not cover many situations, that may happen.

Pros: Very little waiting. Good communication. Very fast. Full to full petrol policy. Efficient. Friendly.

Cons: Nothing

Pros: The receptionist Cineia was fantastic most helpful and even recommended places to visit. Unfortunately, she was not there on our return and when we returned the vehicle they tried to say that we did not return it with enough fuel. The minibus was in poor condition the a/c in the back did not work and unbeknown to us, a headlamp was not working. We could not get through to them when we phoned, and they failed to respond to our two emails.
