Cons: The agent told me that due to the fact that I came more then 2 hours late, my reservation was cancelled. There is nothing like that mentioned in the instructions I have received earlier. The only information I found is that I was expected to inform the car rental supplier that I was late. Unfortunately, while wandering around the airport looking for the right car rental supplier, I didn't have time to make any phone calls.

Pros: cheap option, decent car, although fairly well used (50k on the clock)- very helpful agent persuaded me to take extra insurance although i had excess insurance already, glad i did as 2 seperate car parks left their mark in my abscence. Excellent communications via whatsapp directly with the agent office at the airport, with almost instant responses, they sent me exact directions once my plane landed, and was ready to wait for me beyond 10pm if necessary.

Because we were looking very carefully we added like 7 damages that were there but not reported and that the agent was not going to add. On arrival we were told that if we want a car we have to have a credit card, if we only have a debit card we have to pay 300 euros. It transpires that Discover cars "full" insurance is not "full" at all and we ended up paying an additional 35 euros per day for Brid's insurance to top up the cover.
