Pros: Ease of booking on website

Cons: Costs were not laid out properly, and I am certain I have double paid for things such as different site drop off (Porto to Lisbon) which was in my original booking any way. Checklist matter above was a big deal, as we were about to be fined for a lost recovery kit when one hadn’t been provided in the first place.

Pros: At the time very good and no waiting. However, on the day of drop of, the amount of people waiting to pick up their was hectic. Glad i was not collecting.

Cons: On dropping of no sign as to where or what to do. I went into reception where there was around 30 people waiting. After 10 minutes I found the drop of reception was in a separate area.

Pros: I like the people very friendly.

Cons: I don’t like the way how they charge £40 to the client for a delay flight.That amount is not on the customer’s rules. I just notice that at the desk when I collect the car.
