Cons: They charged me $330 more than the price I paid on the website for the insurance. I usually rent a car in the US and the first time I paid for this insurance. I don't think it's actually insurance. They give a good price when we rent from the website because their price is lower than other companies. But they recover when we picked up the car. Ultimately, they become more expensive than other companies with a service that is not comparable to others.
Pros: really nice folks. They really tried to link our phone to the GPS, and didn't give up easily.

Pros: Fue un servicio pesimo , mi vuelo llego atrasado y cuando fui a recoger el vehiculo no fue possible me cobraron una Reserva por un vehiculo que no pude tener. Cuando llegue al lugar explique lo sucedido y no fue possible tener una solucion me cobraron una Reserva por un vehiculo que nunca tuve y no me brindaron ninguna solucion Debi rentar otro vehiculo con otra agencia.

Cons: Huge wait, long lines, understaffed, poor experience, vehicle with damage, off-site from airport so it took even longer to checkin and checkout. Poor customer service. Waited in line over an hour and a half to get to the counter with an online reservation. Should I go on? It was the worst rental car experience I have ever had.
Cons: 1. They block $2500 for security deposit which is unreasonably higher amount. 2. Car was not maintained in good condition. 3. One cannot go out of Florida in their rental car. 4. The clock starts at checkout for every rental agency but they start at time customers have originally scheduled booking time and expect customers to return their car accordingly. 5. There was option to choose the car in same category. Definitely not recommended.

Cons: awful location.. Discorganized. Booked online with Amex and then they told me in person they didn't take Amex so I said I'd cancel and go elsewhere and they ::magically:: took amex.. Really awful experience overall.

When I walked in there was a lady with a baby tired upset and frustrated that the team members were giving little to no real help were not considering of her and the family waiting for vehicle to tell her that the car she needed was not available. Customer Service is the worst in this place ALLL REPRESENTATIVES ARE SUPER RUDE!!!!none of them should be working there with that kind of attitude nobody pays you guys that do not mention no insurance or toll

Cons: The amount of time it took to reach someone on the phone and to be picked up on shuttle after arriving to airport and the amount of time it took to receive the rental vehicle as well as the disorganization of the process. We will never use this company again!
Pros: The company we purchased from was not Hub - and thus we could not find the correct airport transportation shuttle and waited for 45 minutes for a shuttle that had a different logo and was a giant waste of time
Pros: The lady taking back the car was very nice. Everything went smoothly.
Cons: At the desk one had to wait very long. You got the feeling that they made you wait on purpose. There were many more costs coming up despite what you had already paid online. You did NOT expect that and felt scammed.

Pros: Worst customer service ever. I rent cars every month to travel to Orlando to visit family. I did reservation and pay for my car. When I got the from the counter the representative was screaming no cars with unlimited miles for Florida residents cause he saw my FL ID. I told him I have a reservation already paid. That doesn't grant you the rental, regardless I have no cars for you only tourist. I normally Rent across the street on Fox, unfortunately at that moment no cars available.
Cons: As I'm going out I ask if I can get refunded. He laugh and said Good Luck with that. I will never promote or rent cars from this place. I never got the car that I paid for. I just want my refund of the service I pay and never received.
Cons: Everything was bad! The pick up location, process for pick-up, the representatives attitude and most importantly the hidden fees. This company is the worst car rental place i've ever experienced. I will not recommend nor will I ever use again.

Cons: La atención al cliente fue pésima, para tener tantos cargos extra ocultos no deberían tener tan mal carácter. Aquí no aceptaban el seguro pagado con el website de renta, tenias que hacer un deposito de 2500 dolares plus un nuevo seguro con ellos, lo cual no hace sentido si ya estas pagando un seguro con ellos. Encima de todo esto, para los residentes de la florida tenían límite de millas, solo 15 millas por dia y si te pasabas de eso, tenías que pagar 1.53 dolares por cada milla extra.

Cons: I think that Hub Rent a Car is just a hook to catch customers. Once in their networks, the rent a car agency charges what they want.

Cons: The way the rental desk representative was pushing and selling me the insurance was straight up unethical. He went to the lengths of saying that he will not give me a car if I don't buy his insurance. Eventually I was able to get the car with my own insurance without paying anything extra, but the hustle that I had to go through was almost torture, and next time I may consider renting from a different company that is not trying to rip off its customers.

A local renter is defined as a renter who is a resident of USA - Florida.
For all customers, except local renters the mileage is unlimited.

A young driver fee applies to drivers under the age of 25.
Maximum rental age is 79 years.
A senior driver fee applies to drivers over the age of 75.
The driver license must have been issued by authorized authorities at least 1 year(s) before the date of the commencement of the rental.
A driver license printed using a non-Roman alphabet (Arabic, Japanese, Cyrillic, etc) must be supplemented by an International Driving Permit.
In addition to the regular driver license, an International Driving Permit is also mandatory if the national driver license is not written in English.
Please note that the International Driving Permit is valid only if accompanied by the regular driver license.
In order to pick up the car, the following documents are required: passport, valid driver license, credit card on a main drivers name, booking voucher.
The exact deposit is determined on pick up since the amount is dependent on the type of vehicle.
It is possible to leave the deposit only with following methods: Diners, Discover, MasterCard credit card, VISA credit card.
Only cards issued in the main driver's name are accepted.
The main driver must provide a physical payment card in their name with enough funds to cover the deposit to pick up the car. The rental company will neither accept virtual credit cards (e.g., GooglePay or ApplePay) nor someone else’s card (including family members).
Prices for extras are shown on the booking page.
Adding additional drivers is allowed.
There is an additional charge for each driver.
Underage additional drivers are subject to both Young Driver and Additional Driver fees.
When picking up the vehicle, all drivers must be present and must provide valid documentation.
If the renter would like to extend the rental period, renter should return to the car hire office at the end of the rental period to sign a new agreement.
