I asked them to manually insert in their system the information of my credit card and they were not willing to do it. They canceled my reservation and I never got my money back.

Pros: The service is very good, but if you arrive at the wrong time there will be a very long queue as they are in the same building with lots of other Car Rental agencies

Cons: Scam. Booked online. Paid deposit and full insurance. At the AirPort the shuttle never came so after 1h waiting took taxi to the office. Office person really rud with No manners asked to pay High deposit and offer another insurance at extra cost and didn’t care that i already paid full insuracne online. Just didn’t bother to take that car and thanks god l just Lost about $150. Otherwise i think i would end up loosing my deposit as this company seems really dodgy.

Other car was small tobaco inside and again all seats was dirty. We asking to give us clean car. And finally they give us car much clean. But they had almost broken assembly wheel hub.

Pros: The conditions of the supplier company indicated a charge for additional insurance and a deposit value that exceeded the budget available for the rental. These values were quite high... So I could not rent the vehicle requested through their platform.

Cons: It was a disaster. We tried to process the deposit/credit card hold but the rental car company system could not do it. I tried three different US based credit cards. I even called my company and the confirmed nothing was being blocked from my side. So we could not continue the process. I had to do back to the airport and make an expensive same day rental. I will NEVER use your service or Blue Auto Trading again....and I would like a refund on my prepayment which was made at the time of booking.

Cons: everything the company added on theses extra charges that I had opted out of on the website I chose a basic insurance on the website which was no issue, but once in the car company office they added on all these extra charges for insurance which I didn't feel was right charged me instead it being £68 it ended up being £361 which they took off the card then they asked for the card again to put down a security deposit which was a further £300+ so I decided no & am still waiting on refund

Pros: The Payment terminal in the rental (Office) did not allowed me to complete the Payment using visa y producing a Message of decline. This was extrange since my bank confirmed me the operation was not declined by VISA neither the bank. It was also extrange.the amount of Payment of the guarantee was US$2,500, which is high and also request the payment in cash.

Cons: When I told the person I won't pay $2,000 for the tiny scratch he asked my daughter to get out of the car, then locked the car with our bags and passports in it and didn't open it until I paid. That's illegal!! At the end I didn't have a choice if I wanted to catch my flight so I paid $535 but I am going to dispute this charge as it was forced / extorted from me. Pros: Nothing! I stated there was shuttles to them but I booked a cab instead to get there. The 3 ladies before me was offered water. Nothing of the sort was offered to me once they left. Very frank and extra charges came out which were not stated when I booked the car online.

Cons: I was charged $40 per day for insurance since I didn’t want to pay a hefty $2500 deposit on a small car AND more importantly the car smelt of cigarettes when I picked it up. I immediately informed him and he was just like ‘oh ok’

Pros: Got scammed at the agency, they would pretend that my card was being rejected, tried 4 different cards with limit and different banks, and the they introduced the solution that was a 40 dollars daily tax so the deposit would go from 2500 to 200 dolars and they took another credit card machine and refused to try the 2500 dollars deposit on that machine, but the 200 dolar deposit was ok, felt like a hostage at the moment, my daily rates with full coverage were paid but i had to pay 170dolars

A representative of the company came to pick me up from the airport to the agency offices at the same car that I made reservations for. When we arrived the agent claim that this model is "not available" even though it was right outside! and insisted the only available are upgraded models which require additional $500 (the original reservation was of $150 only). I ordered from another company at half of the price

Because of this I thought there was a problem with the cards so didnt attempt the lower deposit . However the lower deposit trebled the rental charge so it was a complete scam from start to finish. I called the credit card companies and there was no issue with the credit cards which had 11k and 36k pounds limits. I had to pay for a cab 80 dollars total to get to and from the airport

Cons: The deal on the website was small car for 115 $/week. I arrived prepared with all the documents and the voucher. After I declined additional insurance and other add-ons he asked me about Sunpass which I declined since I planned to drive on local roads. Agent said that he can't give me the car for the advertised price and that I have to buy prepaid sunpass for 20$/day. The final bill came at 300$/week. Rental conditions on discover.com stated that Sunpass can be declined.

Wasn't able to get a car without sun pass - wasn't clear this was not available until after signing. Wasn't given map of city or made aware of all the initializing steps until after printing out signature contract. Overall, it felt like we were being duped. Check-in took over 2 hours and there was only one person checking in in front of us.

Not enough space given to explain all that happened, but it was not something specific to me. Overall unprofessional operation. Many hidden costs not disclosed upfront. Be careful before you book. Says you can cancel, but it's actually just a credit to rent from them in the future which you aren't going to want to do.

Cons: There was simply no service. We landed and followed the instructions to access the car rental shuttle at the airport. No instruction mentioned to call for the shuttle pick up. We had to wait 1h30 before someone picks us up. No one was answering our calls. After calling multiple times, a guy finally and answered rudely by saying someone will come in 15 minutes. We had to wait 1h30 total will trying to call them tomorrow in between, but no answer.
