I had paid a deposit and reserved the car so I was not expecting it to not be there when I arrived I was told the only car they now had available was double the price. I had no choice but to pay because I had no other way of getting to my destination. I felt it was a scam. They should know that flights are frequently unexpectedly delayed.

Essentially the price p/day is a fraction of the actual cost p/day so I’ll be sure to make that public

And our first car had a problem with the battery, we had to insist a LOT to have the agency take care of the problem (we were supposed to call the service ourselves) and then we had to change it after the same problem happened two more times. After we changed it, things were smooth. Returning both cars was easy and very fast.

The information about insurance for the rental was unclear & I ended up paying more for the insurance than I did for the rental. The vehicle was in terrible shape!! The key fob for the rental was for a Dodge Ram, we rented and received a Jeep Cherokee. The key fob never worked to lock or unlock the car. I had to pull the key out of the key fob to unlock the drivers door, start the car & unlock. Awful situation!!

Ripped off with taxes and scare-mongering to get us to take out the SunPass despite only being in Miami for 3 of our 16 days. Car we hired had a fault so had to get it replaced but was still expected to return initial car with exact fuel despite wasting hours getting this sorted and being given a dirty car as a replacement. I had an issue with my credit card so had to use my wife’s - so we HAD TO pay another $75!

In the past we had purchased our own sun pass pre paid toll device but this time we were told that we had to use the device already in the car and that we would be charged an admin fee of $25 everytime we used a toll booth if we declined the daily rate they were offering. I tried numerous times to call, but no one was available to answer until it was too late. Once I did speak with someone, they informed me of the cancellation charge and to rent another car would be over $300 or double my original rental. I will not do business with companies that have a black and white perspective. Most people live life in the gray area. :(

I don't know the metro system so I asked them to take the 20 mins and to pick us up. A little over an hour later they finally arrived to pick us up. They were is one of the rental cars as they didn't have a real shuttle. We arrived to a small hole in the wall location I didn't have the right insurance so they wouldn't let me rent a car.
