Cons: There were a lot of technical problems talking to the person through the screen. We lost connection multiple times and it took probably close to an our to get things done. The other employees were not very helpful either.

Pros: When i dropped off the car the gentleman that cleans the car was so friendly.

Cons: I have never had such a horrible experience in renting a car. The car wasn't what i reserved. I have rental insurance on my policy and they refused to take it. So i had to pay for rental fees. The car smelt like smoke. I had already dropped the car off and they called me to see when i was returning the car. I am very disappointed in the service and experience. This is the second survey i have filled out. And no one has responded. Customer service is not a priority.

Cons: I was quoted $460 for 5 days. I opted to use my insurance from my credit card and All State. While the rest of my party all had picked up their cars from other rental companies and were waiting I was told I could no longer use my insurance without policy numbers. I was charged an additional $360 for insurance. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.

Cons: I was charged 118 for " liability insurance" but the receipt mentioned I paid again for the car rental instead. My credit card was charged for deposit but agent said it didnt go through. I gave another card and got charged. When i checked my account for both cards it showed both were charged 250.

Pros: They gave me a nice Nissan Rogue (after I complained because they tried to give me a Volkswagen sedan - they "didn't know" what kind of car I had rented).

Cons: The agent that picked us up at the airport was rude, the one that processed our rental didn't have our details and tried to give us a VW sedan instead of the SUV that we had paid for, there were many clauses/taxes/items that weren't disclosed in the online rental contract and I had to pay onsite - which increased the overall cost of the rental, the car was dirty on the inside and it smelled bad, I drove 1 block and got a low tire pressure warning, and I haven't received my deposit back yet.

Cons: Everything! No call backs, late picking us up from the airport, rude employee at the front desk, I asked for the supervisor's name and the lady refuses to give it to me. The sad thing is that both my children were there dragging our luggages back and forth from their office to the airport. The worst experience I ever had!!!!!!
