Pros: The guy was very kind and helpful, even when we experienced a problem with the car. Very great service!

Cons: The agent charged us 6$ for coming to the office 28 minutes early before the original pickup time.

Pros: Very human approach to the customer. Nothing is a problem. Very accommodating owner. I have never experienced anything like it in the car rental business. If you ever need a car in the Miami area, look no further. I doubt you would find a better car rental company anyway.

Pros: They pick you up and drop you off. Don't upsell you on insurance like other places.

Pros: It's a small car rental but the guy in nice, the car was ok and they need small deposit, even with debit card

Cons: First day even the office was in it's opening hours it was closed, we had to call an reached us 30 minutes later

Cons: The car had some damage but while doing the round we did not look under the car where there was more damage. This popped up when we where on the hightway and did not make us feel safe in the car.

Pros: BSAFE was a professionally run business that really works hard to make sure that the car rental is a smooth part of the trip. Car was good, everything was explained and there was no hidden charges. I would use them again and recommend you do too.

Pros: We have been picked at the airport with rented car and had no need to unload lagguage from the shuttle bus to the car. Received free upgrade to SUV.

Pros: Great service, I am used to rent with bigger agencies through work and premium memberships, so by nature I was a bit sceptical. As this trip was a private vacation this option was much cheaper compared to f.ex Sixt or Hertz. The owner communicated quickly and offered to pick us up at the airport, he was also really polite and nice! The pickup of the car was efficient. We reserved a Ford explorer and got a Ford explorer

Cons: With the much cheaper price compared to the "big guys" there is nothing to put the finger on, so we give full score on each point.

Pros: Car was great! We have so much space for your luggages and golf bag. Also it was nice that you had opportunity to contact owner during the rental time, for any issues or concerns. Also service was super nice and helpfull!

Cons: Finding rental place was hard. We tried to call the number we had, for pick up from airport, but nobody answered. So we needed to walk to rental place with golf bag and luggages in 84 F. Not good experience, when you have traveled 13 h. But this was only issue we had! And got discount when dropping the car.

Pros: Very personal, efficient, friendly and reliable service. Much quicker, easier and less hassle than any experience I’ve ever had with one of the big car rental services. I was sceptical about using a small company but it certainly paid off and would definitely recommend.
