After taking your luggage you must go to the MIA Mover Station is located on the third level between the Flamingo and Dolphin Parking Garages at the airport; it connects with the airport's third level moving walkwaysto the Rental Car Center. Then you must go to the Shuttle Stop 1 or 2 (Take the exit of the building that is near Hertz). NextCar shuttle is identified with the logos ONE SWITCH RENT A CAR, ROUTES AND NEXTCAR, will pick you up there and will take you to offices where NextCar will perform the corresponding procedures and be ready for your trip. To request an immediate assistance for pick up, please contact NextCar.

Cons: They charged my credit card for extra fees without my consent. I paid the extra coverage and sunpass toll and after the fact they charged me $53usd extra. They have non existent customer service answering the phone or emails. Do not book with them.

Cons: The agent was gossipping about the other customers to me and made me very uncomfortable and spent forever talking to me and wasting my time after I waited for two hours in line in the hot sun, after a long flight. I was charged for tolls and $25 fees and never offered a Sunpass. I am beyond upset and will NEVER rent a car here again.
