Pros: I did not receive the car.

Pros: The service was horrible, they try to charge you for everything. When we came to pick up the car, they said that the car is not available. We had the possibility to go for a more expensive car (an extra of 45 dollars per/day) or leave without a car. We were traveling with 3 kids! Unbelievable and disrespectful.

Cons: They were not friendly and helpful. Even the place looks horrible, unsafe and creepy. The only thing they have to do is take your money from you.

Pros: They cancelled our booking as we didn't turn up at 5pm on the dot! Even though security took us slightly longer to get through. And gave us no choice but to hire a car double the price. Will be sending a complaint and will try and get our money back.

Cons: The hidden fees and paying $40 a day just for using my own insurance. I was told that my car insurance needed to have $300,000 coverage two months prior to renting the car.

Pros: The car was clean and got us where we needed to be.

Cons: They didn't tell me how much a second driver was and didn't show me my total charges but just told me it would be in my email. We waited for over an hour for a ride from the airport to pick up the car.

Cons: absolutely horrified with the car rental. the rental that was confirmed at $150 + $36 for insurance which doesnt cover anything ended up being $334. I arrived 1 hour after the scheduled time and the car was given to someone else. they gave me an old car with 87000 miles with torn seats. on the 2nd day of the rental the check engine light went on. absolutely a horrible car rental.

Pros: They were willing to change the first bad car.

Cons: They traded the bad car with one that was worst. They also lied and said they offered me a refund but they did not. The lied and said I returned their car on an empty tank but I did not. As a result they charged me for not putting gas in the car. I’m currently disputing the charges with my credit card company. They charged me way more than was quoted when I booked with you all.

The number of unexpected charges and the obligation to use their proprietary toll system. The overall condition of the car, lots of stains in the seats and dents on the exterior

Cons: They charged me fees of $130 without my consent or ever telling me about them. They told me I was signing for a cc deposit and had me sign a blank cc pad. Then after I left, they emailed me the rental agreement. When I called to dispute the charges, they said I signed a rental agreement. I thought I was signing for the refundable credit card deposit. How can I consent to something I did not see or was not told about. SCAM!!

Cons: Old car with several problems. Ac was broke down ( no ac in Florida is just inadmissible ) didn’t have a blinker , overall was just an old car .

Cons: I had an issue with my car, I called ColUsa and they just suggested to find out how to solve it because the car was new.

Cons: I was overcharged 200 dollars for arriving late because the directions given for retrieving the car were incorrect. As a result we got there late and "missed" the rental which resulted in an over charge of 200 dollars. First time this happens to me, particularly given that the flight number was given at the time of the reservation.

Cons: AGAIN VERY UNPROFESSIONAL AND FRAUDULENT OPERATIONS, HARD TO FIND TUCKED AWAY IN AN ALLEY THAT APPEARS UNSAFE. THEY LIED AND CONTINUED TO TAKE BOOKINGS WITH NO CARS AVAILABLE THEN LAUGHED ABOUT. I CALLED THE POLICE TO REPORT THIS AND HAVE ALSO FILED A COMPLAINT WITH THE MIAMI ATTORNEY GENERAL. THIS PLACE MUST BE SHUT DOWN!
