Cons: We have had 2 bookings. One booking was 3 cars, and when we arrived at the airport, on time! Called and waited for the rental pickup, was told that no cars are available, due to many many reasons. It was scam, and the rental company was doing that by purpose, I'm pretty sure that they are doing to same for all other customers. So 3 families was left at the airport, kids were crying, and there is no other solutions than taking a taxi to the hotel.

Cons: I price went up in the counter and they said that as I reserved the car using a rent researcher, that why the prince rise. Also they required a civil liability insurance of at leat $500.000 which is insane. My full coverage insurance did not work because of that crazy number, and considering the car I used worth less than $20.000. Everything is fake with this company.

Cons: Terrible company, complete scam. Rental price went from $300 online to $800 in person. Never ever book from these guys. Every customer in the queue had the same problem. Start the holiday off on a really bad note. They should be shut down.

Pros: We appreciate Discover Car and their services; however, we would not choose to rent a car from Fly N Drive again. When collecting our rental car, a Fly N Drive agent informed us that, due to not having an international license, we were required to pay over $300 for insurance. This was despite having insurance with Discover Car and an excess waiver from another company. In our previous experience renting a car in Orlando, we never encountered such a license requirement.

Cons: After reaching out to Discover Cars, we conversed with the delightful agent Eve. She assured us that no additional payment was necessary and personally contacted Fly N Drive to ensure we weren't charged for insurance. I extend my gratitude to her for promptly resolving the issue. I strongly advise against choosing Fly N Drive as a rental company when booking through Discover Car. Their service lacks transparency, and we had reservations about the condition of the provided car

I booked a vehicle for £107, we arrived at the airport to be told we were late and our booking had been cancelled. Fly n Drive Rent a Car could provide us with a replacement for almost $700. We couldn't afford that and were stranded at the airport. We had to catch a taxi to our hotel. Disgusted !!!!!!!!!

Pros: The people working at the front desk were nice and understanding. Picking up/dropping off the car was quick enough, and they brought me to/from the airport.

Cons: Canceling my reservation only because I was a couple hours late is absurd.

Pros: The agents were helpful, efficient and friendly. The price was the best around, and the delivery to the airport was seamless. We got an upgraded car and it was super clean and ideal for our needs. There was no pressure to buy extra insurance and the advice on the toll Sunpass was spot on!

Cons: Missold Sunpass for toll fees in Florida. Explained my journey arrangements and advised to buy pass costing $20 per day. $120 for days. The only toll both was on Alligator Alley and cost $3.75. I asked for the Sunpass part of the contract to be cancelled after less than 24 hours. At end of rental, told this couldn’t be done. Highway robbers!

Also it doesn’t say anything about the SunPass and toll costs upfront. It appers that it’s impossible to drive in Florida without incurring tolls. While that may be, the SunPass fixed cost by the rental company is USD 20 per day PLUS the tolls incurred! That, along with insurance adds up to an additional $45 per day on top of online price

The first surprise was that the driver picked us up at the airport using the same rental car we would drive. The Sunpass, we were charged $15 per day to use it, plus $32 dollars for all the trips we made in 6 days only in Miami. Five Additional charges excluded from the terms, including a Vehicle License Fee? just random.

They also told us to always book direct with them, not book from Discover Cars, if this is the case then Fly n Drive should not be on Discover cars. Overall experience was bad, we ended up paying double our original quote

Pros: The team were friendly and helpful. Appreciated the flexibility on picking up the car a little late. The cost is very good and ultimately you're getting what you pay for, so my dislikes arent really negatives, just observations.

From what I could understand, this was due to taking cover from DiscoverCars directly and it would cost a daily charge to reduce this to 1,000. Affordable but a watch out for unexpected cost. The car was showing its age, having done over 70k miles, with very squeaky brakes and an open door light that showed on the dash when turning right corners. I fully inspected these and could determine no issue with the doors at all.
