Cons: The cars are not maintained. The bumper was delivered to me dislocated and I spent the entire trip putting it in place so that it wouldn't come loose while driving. In addition, the windshield wipers were old and when it rained they did not clean well and you could not see it when driving.

Cons: We have had 2 bookings. One booking was 3 cars, and when we arrived at the airport, on time! Called and waited for the rental pickup, was told that no cars are available, due to many many reasons. It was scam, and the rental company was doing that by purpose, I'm pretty sure that they are doing to same for all other customers. So 3 families was left at the airport, kids were crying, and there is no other solutions than taking a taxi to the hotel.

Also they required a civil liability insurance of at leat $500.000 which is insane. Cons: Terrible company, complete scam. Rental price went from $300 online to $800 in person. Never ever book from these guys. Every customer in the queue had the same problem. Start the holiday off on a really bad note. They should be shut down.

Pros: We appreciate Discover Car and their services; however, we would not choose to rent a car from Fly N Drive again. When collecting our rental car, a Fly N Drive agent informed us that, due to not having an international license, we were required to pay over $300 for insurance. This was despite having insurance with Discover Car and an excess waiver from another company. In our previous experience renting a car in Orlando, we never encountered such a license requirement.

Cons: After reaching out to Discover Cars, we conversed with the delightful agent Eve. She assured us that no additional payment was necessary and personally contacted Fly N Drive to ensure we weren't charged for insurance. I extend my gratitude to her for promptly resolving the issue. I strongly advise against choosing Fly N Drive as a rental company when booking through Discover Car. Their service lacks transparency, and we had reservations about the condition of the provided car

I booked a vehicle for £107, we arrived at the airport to be told we were late and our booking had been cancelled. Fly n Drive Rent a Car could provide us with a replacement for almost $700. Pros: The people working at the front desk were nice and understanding. Picking up/dropping off the car was quick enough, and they brought me to/from the airport.

I asked for the Sunpass part of the contract to be cancelled after less than 24 hours. At end of rental, told this couldn’t be done. Highway robbers!

From what I could understand, this was due to taking cover from DiscoverCars directly and it would cost a daily charge to reduce this to 1,000. Affordable but a watch out for unexpected cost. The car was showing its age, having done over 70k miles, with very squeaky brakes and an open door light that showed on the dash when turning right corners. I fully inspected these and could determine no issue with the doors at all.
