Pros: The car windows wouldn’t close all the way and the car battery cables were loose. We were afraid to shut the car of because it wouldn’t start if we did. Such an inconvenience. Then the check engine light came on. We did not feel safe and it was not a reliable car. Very disappointed.

Cons: They held a $150 deposit. And after all of the inconveniences with the car, they never returned my deposit!! I would never recommend this place to anyone. We took great care of the car. And on top of that. I had to keep putting air in the tire!!

Cons: When we got to rental place, which was not at the airport, but at a run down, sketchy area, there was a long line of people upset because their cars were either not available or not ready. There were a few people there rushing around and washing cars. I was there for 30 minutes and only one person ahead of us was actually helped. The lobby was dirty and full of annoyed/angry people. We needed to get an Uber and never even got a car, but were charged anyway. Beware the no cancellation policy

Total time from when we landed till we got the vehicle was over 2 hours which unacceptable. 1 person working the counter when we dropped off with 5 people in line

Pros: The price was right (but with a big fat asterick), and the drop off folks were courteous and efficient, and so was the driver. Car was fine and clean and standard.

Cons: The pick-up process was not good. Rude and terse. At check-out, said that they'd fine you $50 every time you triggered a toll, and Miami has a lot of them apparently, but you could help the situation by paying an extra $120 right now for a toll-road ID for your car. I think I assume that car rentals already account for these things in their daily price. The last-second surprise was not ideal.

You can't even use a personal transponder ($5 online) on their vehicles because somehow they "aren't equipped" for them. It's literally a sticker that goes on the dashboard. Instead, they make you purchase their $13 or $14 a day transponder already attached to the car. You don't need the transponder everywhere you go.

I asked for a map and directions to Fort Myers and the assistance I received could have been better. The company should have local route maps and give directions if asked, it is stressful trying to navigate in a strange city after a long flight.

Cons: Everything. The customer service rep in the office was so rude. I have a video of him shouting at me. Would not show me a copy of my contract and delighted in telling me I would be getting charged $50 a toll as an admin fee! Absolute scam.

Pros: Friendly, mostly efficient, except that there is only one agent who handles everyone coming in - pick-up, returns, etc. The return was painless and their assistance in obtaining an uber to the departures in the airport was very much appreciated. Neither my husband nor I would have been able to maneuver the airport with our luggage from the rental car area, so the shuttle was not a viable option for us.

Cons: Although I intentionally rented a low budget vehicle, there are certain things that in this day and age cannot be considered a perk and should be in every car; because of the locks being so far in the handle of the car door, not having any electronic way to open the rear doors is not merely inconvenient - it was miserable. Having to to open and close windows manually is an inconvenience, but is not the same issue - much more easily dealt with (in comparison).

Cons: Due to green motion pricing policy I did not continue with the hire after speaking with the very unhelpful and misleading Sales adviser I Had no option but to go elsewhere for my car hire needs.

Cons: The battery cable was corroded and broken and caused the car to not start. We had to call a tow truck and discovered the above situation. We were able to get the car started and went to Advanced Auto and the replaced the cable connection. We had to use Uber twice because of this situation. This added a cost of $100.00 to the car rental. I would expect a refund of these fees. The cost of the cable connection $5.00 was refunded immediately. We should not have been put in this situation.

Also your desk rep was super pushing on additional sales; do not know if I will use this service again. I have worked in sales for years and the level of pushiness by the sales person was over the top.

Also there were so many hidden fees when we got the final reservation receipt. Reservation became 3 times more expensive for half of the rental period. Additional driver costs as the first one, so you pay twice as much. The guy told us we have to pay for sun pass (toll transponder) or we will pay a lot for violation. Not true

Cons: Horrible experience. They tried to tell me my original reservation price was incorrect and tried to charge me 110$ more for my rental .

Cons: Car seata were dirty, car steerring wheel was not aligned and vibrating, car with scratches on front/back bumpers.

Cons: I was a little surprised when the agent asked me to sign off on the sheet detailing pre-existing car damage without looking at the car. When I replied that I will not sign anything without looking at the car first, he was quite surprised and stated that he was not allowed to leave the office to go inspect the car with me. I was also unpleasantly surprised by being charged far more in tolls than I actually used on the roads.
