Cons: I was told that my insurance did not have car rental coverage and was told I had to pay for it out of pocket or I would not be able to get the vehicle. My insurance did in fact cover rental cars and our agent tried to get in contact with Zezgo to straighten things out but never heard back. I was charged several hundred dollars for insurance that I did not need. I was also told I needed to get the toll way package if I wanted to go anywhere outside of Miami. They try to scam as much as the can.

Pros: Yet again another situation with tolls! EVERY time we rent a car in Miami there is an issue and it’s usually the toll pass but has been over charging.

Apparently we had said somewhere?? we didn’t want to pay for the pass but opting out was more than $11 per day and we were unable to use our own transponder and we were charged $163 to use theirs. It’s sad that visitors are seen as easy pickings

Cons: There was a lot of delays when picking up the car from very unhelpful and unfriendly staff, the car needed air in the tyres as we drove down the road, we also discovered whilst driving on the highway there was no water in the washers. When we did encounter an issue and called them for help we were just sent a message with a list of local tow companies and nearest garage but we had to sort it all ourselves. Very unprofessional and helpful.

Cons: Zezgo never released the car to me because of a technicality with my Visa being a debit card. It is not listed on your site or in your confirmation information that a Visa debit card would not be taken. I had to pay Uber over $100 to get there and back since they wouldn't release the car. I called customer service who tells me they have to do a review. Seems like there will need to be a lot of follow up on my side to get credit for a service I paid for but did not receive.

Pros: The car was new and got good gas mileage

Cons: The price/day was ridiculous. Everything is an up-charge. They advertise the car for $10-15/day, but by the time you pay for the toll pass, fees, more insurance even though you already have your own personal full coverage insurance that they wont accept, etc it ended up costing more like $50/day

Cons: WAS TOLD FLORIDA LAW REQUIRED RENTERS TO BUY EXTRA INSURANCE OR I WOULD NOT BE ALLOWED TO RENT CAR. i HAVE CAR INSURANCE ON MY PERSONAL CAR AND HAVE NEVER PAID EXTRA INSURANCE. I AM NOW CONTACTING ZEZGO TO SEE IF I CAN GET A REFUND ON THE INSURANCE I DID NOT NEED. WHEN I RETURNED THE CAR, I ASKED ANOTHER RENTER IF THEY WERE FORCED TO BUY EXTRA INSURANCE, THEY TOLD ME 'NO' BECAUSE THEY ALREADY HAD INSURANCE ON THEIR PERSONAL CAR. I FELT WE WERE DISCRIMATED AGAINST AT THE LAST MINUTE.

Pros: Do not ever rent a car from Zezgo the car the service all bad very bad

Cons: Nobody answer the phone to be picked at the airport so I have to take a taxi , the service they didn’t care the car was dirty the tire lights at the dashboard was on I was told that’s no problem so in the middle of the road I have a flat at return they give me an address so I can send my complaint to a manager bad very bad

Pros: Zezego seems to be a scam. It doesn’t exist, or certainly never picks up the phone or answers emails. And there’s no way to reach them from on-site at the car rental center either.

Cons: I didnt like the rental company. They cancelled my reservation because they didnt take my debit card they charge then an arm and leg for the rental.

Pros: Terrible company, scammers. Check their rating, before selling their service. They have F rating with BBB.

Cons: Horrible service. I canceled my reservation and was told i would her a refund. I emailed you all because i was told too in order to cancel , 3 times and never received an email back ! Zezgo also has hidden fees that were NOT disclosed before arriving with is why i cancelled! Went with another, and saved $300!

Pros: Honestly only the drop off was ok. Was quick, but the shuttle drop off location was terrible.

Cons: Car was dirty, no spare tire and truck of car was bent, waited two hours to get car and 50 min for shuttle to rental station, car had lots of dents, once returning the car shuttle drop off area at airport was 45 min away from terminal.

Pros: Upgraded me for having to wait a long time for the shuttle

Pros: The car got us to and from where we needed to go that was all that I liked about it.

Cons: Very unreliable with shuttle, terrible customer service, & seemed like they were scammers, would recommend using bigger name company to rent a car. They where slow and didn't care to much about customer's. Seem to be scammers and they promised to many people cars and didn't have enough for everyone that was suppose to get one so we had to take a couple back to airport to find a different car rental company! WOULD NOT RECOMMEND ZEZGO!

Pros: Drop off was a breeze and the employees working on that day were quick and 'on it'.

Cons: Pick-up date the customer service was HORRIBLE. I was charged hidden fees that I will most likely never see go back into my bank account. The car was dirty and greasy buttons, but we had no choice so we cleaned it ourselves. The tires were not capped and low on air. The workers at pick-up didn't have a clue as to how to check the tire pressure, etc. There were gauge lights on the speedometer. Overall, customer service was horrible, the car was junk, and we got charged more than we thought

Cons: Nobody pickes up the phone. Had to use another car rental shuttle service to pick up my car. The car rental after tolls, insurance (they didn;t accept my insurance) raised my actual rental price to more than 40% of what Ihad expected to pay throught the discover service. Since insurance and toll prices are being marked up by the auto rental agency, I believe these prices should have been disclosed prior to booking in order to factor in those costs as well

Cons: Worst experience with a rental company, after getting to the office which had to wait 2 hours for shuttle bus they said they would not take my insurance and wanted to force their insurance on me. Don't recommend this company the worst I've ever seen
