Pros: I ended up not renting with them. They were looking for any reason to add extra insurance. They required liability insurance, which I have, but then said your insurance had to be over 4 months. Insurance gets renewed every 6 months so it’s a loophole to get 65% of people to pay for extra insurance. My policy was 2 months old, BUT I’ve had continuous insurance with the same car and insurance company for 4 years.
Pros: Car check was good, price was good.
Cons: Had to pay extra 14$ a day for sun pass. Don’t know how much it costs, but feels like a scam…
Pros: When I arrived, the agent told me they only accept Wawanessa insurance which is the company I’m insured with but because it was after business hours and could not contact them for the proof he needed, I had to pay $25.00 per day for insurance on the rental. I asked if they could hold the car till the next day when I could reach someone and he refused. I asked if I could rent the car and bring the proof the next day but again was refused. The only way to get the car was to pay an extra $175.00
Cons: For insurance I already have.
Pros: The price and the person at the front desk esa very nice.
Pros: Open, upfront and honest about the condition of the car. Friendly and helpful when we collected the car. Just the same when we dropped it off again.

Rental Conditions

E-Toll is not mandatory, however, all of the rental cars are equipped with a SunPass/e-toll transponder that is glued to the windshield of the car and is not removable.
For local renters, unlimited mileage is not offered.
A local renter is defined as a renter who is a resident of USA - Florida.
A return airline ticket and passport must be presented in order to qualify for a rate with unlimited mileage.
Mileage is limited to 50 miles per day. Mileage is limited, there will be a surcharge for each additional mile. Details are available at the car rental company's reservation office.
A young driver fee applies to drivers under the age of 25.
Maximum rental age is 75 years.
A Senior driver fee is not applied.
The driver license must have been issued by authorized authorities at least 2 year(s) before the date of the commencement of the rental.
In addition to the regular driver license, an International Driving Permit is also mandatory if the driver license is written in a language other than that of the renting country and/or in characters that cannot be read in the renting country.
Please note that the International Driving Permit is valid only if accompanied by the regular driver license.
In order to pick up the car, the renter and each additional driver must present the following documents: passport, credit card, valid driver license, required coverage. Please note that temporary driver license won’t be accepted.
Renter is liable for the full value of the car.
The following credit cards issued on the main driver's name are accepted: MasterCard, Visa, American Express, Discover. Any other cards or cash payments are not accepted.
The credit card will be validated at the time of reservation and may show a 1 USD temporary authorization on the renter’s credit card statement.
The main driver must provide a physical payment card in their name with enough funds to cover the deposit to pick up the car. The rental company will neither accept virtual credit cards (e.g., GooglePay or ApplePay) nor someone else’s card (including family members).

All extras are available at the rental counter. Prices vary, depending on the rental period.
Delivery/collection service is not provided.
If the renter would like to extend the rental period, renter should return to the car hire office at the end of the rental period to sign a new agreement.
There is a 20 USD fee for each extension of rental period.
Period of time, during regular working hours, when the car is still guaranteed for the customer, if the customer is late for pick up (the grace period) is 120 minutes.
