Cons: Lots of extra add ons when collecting car so price increases. Sunpasscat between $15 - 20 a day is comparable to others however is very costly. Can just get a sunpass and register car for much less.

Cons: No response from the shuttle bus number or any of the other service numbers. Couldn't reach them at all so we had to rent a car from a different company at the airport.
Pros: On the surface it looked like a good value but let the buyer beware.

Cons: Optimo has various identities. Office and location are dirty. Staff are not respectful nor helpful in transaction and lied that we would not be charged for rental.
Cons: 1. I had to call 3 different phone numbers to be picked up at the airport. 2. Their representative tried to force me to take the Sunpass, the most expensive insurance and other "feature" that I don't even remember right now. 3. The way their representatives try to sell you the services makes you feel you're being scammed. They should explain people what some of them are optional (like the sunpass) 4. The car was not clean and I don't think it was desinfected, so stop charging for "cleaning"
Pros: Never got car from them as they only had minivan to offer and certainly did not want as we were only 2 people. Got ride back to airport after losing time waiting for cat that did not exist.

Cons: Overall experience was awful! Extra hidden charges, no service at all out of working hours. They provided me the car with low tire saying the display is wrong. In the tire got totally flat and we had to call service to come and put air, as we couldn’t reach the rental company, plus parking charges as we couldn’t move the car with flat tire. I ended up spending more than $400 instead if original price of $217, this is not acceptable!! You should put the full price!!

Cons: Their shuttle had a different name on it, Payless, not Optimo. How is someone supposed to find their shuttle. Stupid, Stupid, Stupid!!!

It makes the whole experience feel very slimy. They also didn’t fully explain the sun pass options to me so I ended up spending $100 when I could have spent $0. I know they need to make money but I felt taken advantage of and was very disappointed in their service.

Cons: Was supposed to get a large suv, all they had was a maroon minivan. It ultimately worked good so no big issue.

Cons: Dirty inside car with dog hair and crumbs from food. Being led to believe that i had to pay for a Sun Pass for their toll roads. When i got to family they told me that was not the case, i do not have to use toll roads. Did not use toll roads and the car company made $130 from me. This pass costs $4.99 (their website explains all) to activate an account. There was no explanation as to why they charged me $14.99 a day. Money making scheme.
Pros: They lied and told us they would collect us and never showed up. We had to call a an uber to get to our destination. When we tried to resolve it the next day they put us on hold and then blocked our calls.
Pros: Déjà il faut trouver le loueur qui n’est pas au même endroit sur les autres. Arrivée à l’aéroport il faut les appeler pour qu’ils viennent vous chercher. Sauf qu’ils n’utilisent pas WhatsApp. Arrive enfin à la location on vous sur facture encore tout un tas de chose dont on ne comprend pas trop l’intérêt. Un conseil louez ailleurs

Pros: Awful experience - useless or practically non existent communications when we arrived and throughout the whole collection process. We were then ‘stung’ for extra taxes and forced to pay a large toll fee which was not previously mentioned during any stage of the booking process!! Per earlier comments, I’ve also been charged for 11 days rental when I only had the car for 10 days… I expect at least 1 days worth of rental refunded and possible compensation for my international phone calls.

Pros: Picking up the car was a terrible experience. My husband and I have impeccable driving records and an excellent insurance policy. However, we were forced to pay extra for insurance because our policy does not have $500,000 worth of coverage. We ended up with an additional $322 in charges between the extra coverage and tolls. But to be honest, I’m still not entirely sure what we paid for because I could not understand the agent working the front desk his accent was so thick

Cons: I think is one of the worst services I´ve received in my life. The guy left me more than an hour and a half waiting at the airport after my arrival. When he finally picked me up and took me to the store I realized he was just lazy as he had nothing else to do. Additionally, I was charged $65 more than I was supposed to (as I already had paid online). When I asked for the explanation the same guy told me some lame excuse with no solid justification. He might just have pocketed the money.

Cons: This was a scam. I have asked my Credit Card company to refund my money. No one at the Miami Airport had heard of the company. When I called the number, I was put on hold for 30 minutes before giving up.

Cons: The car could have been a little cleaner (interior) and also not knowing in advance that there would be an extra cost for the toll fees. Don't mind paying for that, but customer should know ahead of time that there's an additional $150-$200 to be paid.
Cons: They did not have the car I reserved. Waited 30+ minute for rental "shuttle." The "shuttle" was unmarked Honda Pilot. The rental place JC Car Rental...Going by the name Optimorent...was a sketchy ship front in a strip mall. The door was locked. They tried to get me to sign a contract for a Toyota Corolla even though reservation was for a Rav-4 "or similar." They had already run my card for $1000.00 hold, then were unable to void it, but had to run it for 1 cent. Very strange. Worst rental ever

E-Toll/Sunpass activation fee is 15 EUR per day.
Please note, that it is difficult to avoid Toll Roads while driving in Florida State, so it is highly recommended to activate Toll Device offered by the provider in order to avoid violation charges (up to the full amount of security deposit). Note that it is not possible to use personal Toll device or pay on spot.
An E-toll charge will apply; personal consumption will be charged separately at the end of the rental period.
A young driver fee applies to drivers under the age of 25.
Maximum rental age is 75 years.
A Senior driver fee is not applied.
The driver license must have been issued by authorized authorities at least 1 year(s) before the date of the commencement of the rental.
The driver license must be written in Latin alphabet.
The following credit cards issued on the main driver's name are accepted: MasterCard, Visa. Any other cards or cash payments are not accepted.
The main driver must provide a physical payment card in their name with enough funds to cover the deposit to pick up the car. The rental company will neither accept virtual credit cards (e.g., GooglePay or ApplePay) nor someone else’s card (including family members).

It is allowed to add up to 3 additional drivers.
Delivery/collection service is not provided.
The price for fuel is refundable.
