Pros: My experience with Clubs was good. The sales agent in Orlando was very helpful. I don’t rent cars a lot but they guided me through it, everyone was extremely nice especially the representatives who actually assisted me with the car selection.

Cons: There was no shuttle, I had to call a number for pickup to the rental location. I was then picked up with a run-down car without any signage and a driver who didn't speak English. I was then driven to a shady office in an industrial area outside the airport. He looked up my reservation and gave me a completely different price, $300 higher than quoted. He demanded I get insurance despite the fact I had denied coverage and I refused to pay it. He took me back to the airport. Felt unsafe.

Cons: They took over 30 minutes to collect from airport in a mini van then when I got to the check in desk the guy that drove the van was also renting the cars he told me they wouldn’t accept my insurance (even though every other big name does) and told me I would have to pay $250 for his insurance for a 5 day trip. Absolute scam. Stay away

Cons: I went to pick up a vehicle at this establishment and the vehicle price I was told I would pay for the rental was not the price this establishment was willing to offer for a rental vehicle.

Cons: Had to wait for around 20min at the shop since they had to drop someone at the airport and there was nobody to help us. The car wasn't clean, had several scratches outside, looked like was already involved in a collision, had a small rip in the ceiling (inside) and apparently was missing some maintenance since on the third day it started making a sound and showing a light in the panel that needed an engine filter replacement. Also, I was really surprised by the extra charge for the insurance.

Cons: The fees are unreasonable and not transparent. We were surprised by an unexpected requirement to rent - third party liability coverage for 30 bucks per day. They refused to consider my insurance. Tolls is another scan with this rental company. 15 dollars per day just to use their SunPass in Florida tolls. If you can choose to not take that option but there will be a 30 bucks penalty per toll. There you go, this is the catch if you were wondering why the rental rates are so cheap.

At that point, we had no option but to pay as we were already waiting for an hour after arriving at the office. It was difficult to find the place of pickup from the airport. And there was no airport drop which was promised on the site.

Pros: It was well orchestrated scam business. They had very nice person that picked me up. With knowledge of English so he mislead me and used my distress after my flight to set up contract that works for them.

I don't know what that means but as long as it covers all the same as voucher I am ok with it. then he added addition insurance. I was tiered and stressed over flight and some other personal things that I just signed contract didn't look that total was way different what I singed with discover cars. When I return car it was person who was playing he is not understand English so I couldn't complain about anything.

Found out after the fact I could have bought a SunPass and used it for the rental. Also, they will only allow you to use certain insurance companies and can't use credit card insurance coverage or your personal insurance coverage if it is not one of their preferred providers. Be very careful to read "Rental Conditions".

They did the same thing to another customer from california who had to go to the florida keys that night, so they had no choice but to take the car,, a jack up rate for insurance, even if you have the recommended insurance, they cannot give you a car without their additional insurance... + addtl toll fee.. They were non apologetic at all .. I took the Tri-rail so I can borrow a car from my sister.

They forced me to use theirs instead. Car was unsafe to drive (noise in wheel & misaligned); they changed the car the next day and they gave me Elantra #51 which was even worse.

Club car rentals makes you buy a mandatory minimum 5$ a day sunpass along with their own insurance and racks up the fees. They will say it was all explained and it was. I paid the excess because I needed the car but would highly recommend against their service for others looking to avoid paying double of what they were quoted.

I contacted the company as soon as I noticed and was told I was responsible to purchase a new tire. I believe they should have taken more responsibility for the safety issue and I very shocked and disappointed.

I could list a dozen reasons but the two biggest we're that no one was there when I dropped off the car so I had to wait in the heat, and when I arrived to pick up I felt like the victim of a bait and switch scam as the agent tried to force me to pay for insurance and other options that would have doubled my rental price. It also took us an hour or more to get the car. He kept saying it wasn't his fault, it was the car rental I selected and he was just doing as told.

I already had a sunpass account and a transponder and i showed this to the rep and online confirmation that the account was in credit. They would not allow me use my own account and as it was a six week rental i was charged over $500 for sunpass.

Cons: Everything. They made us pay for an extra insurance even though in my DiscoverCarHire contract it was written that I had already acquired the CDW. The details of the extra insurance deal that they made us pay, were not described in our contract, it only stated the name of the Insurance policy. The amount paid in ClubsRental Car was totally different from what was described on my DiscoverCarHire contract. I would never acquire any deal with ClubsRentalCar anymore and wouldn't recommend at all.
