Pros: The car was clean
Cons: 1.It was really hard finding the office. 2. when i got the car back i left it in the rental parking it was in perfct condition with no demege. After few hours i got an e-mail that the car was dameged and i need to pay for the damege.. It is really a shame that you use turists to cuver a dmage that you makeing while moving the car in the parking, knowing that i have no way to prufe that i didnt make the dmage... I will not recommeng this compeny to no one...
Pros: Excellent service by the agent that went out of his way to help and provide info.

Cons: Bad attitude of the car hire representative and cheating me with secret conditions written in small letters in the contract.
Pros: The car was exactly as requested, and the staff were very helpful and professional.
Cons: There is an erroneous description in the confirmation about where to pick up the car at Fiumicino airport. I had to call the agent to get the accurate information, after wasting substantial time looking for the pick-up location according to the provided instructions.

A young driver fee applies to drivers under the age of 25.
There is no maximum age.
A Senior driver fee is not applied.
The driver license must have been issued by authorized authorities at least 1 year(s) before the date of the commencement of the rental.
Driver licenses will be accepted if issued in the following country(ies): Argentina, Australia, Brazil, Canada, Israel, Mexico, New Zealand, South Africa, United Kingdom, USA, Colombia, Bolivia, EU. Driver licenses from all other countries must be accompanied with International Driving Permit (IDP).
Renters from the following country(ies): China, Japan, South Korea must provide the following documents: Hertz Certification form issued by Hertz China/Korea/Japan in order to collect the car.
Driver licenses from the following country(ies): Vietnam will be accepted only if the translation is approved by the Consulate or Embassy.
Please note that the International Driving Permit is valid only if accompanied by the regular driver license.
Only physical driver's licenses are accepted (not digital versions).
In order to pick up the car, the following documents are required: valid driver license, credit card on a main drivers name, Passport or ID card, booking voucher, return flight ticket.
The exact deposit is determined on pick up since the amount is dependent on the type of vehicle.
A deposit for a tank of fuel is required upon collecting the vehicle.
Crossing country borders is allowed to the following countries: Austria, Belgium, France, Germany, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Portugal, Slovenia, Spain-Mainland, Switzerland.
Additional charges will be applied in case the car is crossing state or region borders.
Using a ferry is allowed on the previous request and for an additional charge with special permission from the car rental company.
In the event that Cross Border & Territorial Restrictions are violated, all protections lose their validity.

Electric vehicles must be returned with the same battery charge they had when picked up to avoid additional charges (on a per kWh basis). An additional admin fee will be charged if a vehicle is returned with less than 20 % battery charge remaining.
By law, winter tires are mandatory on all roads from 15.11 to 15.04 in the following regions: South Tyrol.
Snow chains are recommended in icy/snowy conditions, especially when traveling in mountainous areas.
Period of time, during regular working hours, when the car is still guaranteed for the customer, if the customer is late for pick up (the grace period) is 60 minutes.
If the customer is late for a return for more than 29 minutes, extra day charges will apply, in addition to any other rental charges.
