Record-go at Rome Airport Fiumicino

Pros: Perfect service, friendly agents, Quick responses to our questions via Whatsapp, car in perfect condition, returned in perfect condition, drop off took 10 minutes at max.

Cons: I have no comments regarding negative comments. Everything went well with Record Go

Pros: Very easy to pick up and drop off and felt no pressure to get add on insurance etc. I had a flat tyre during my trip and the car was fully equipped with a spare and tyre changing kit. The agents were very helpful in sorting a replacement too and I wasn't charged a penny.

Cons: The shuttle bus to the airport was a little slow - I'd recommend leaving plenty of time to drop off before your flight.

Pros: Record -go were excellent.Its Discovercars who turned out to be useless. I want a refund from Discovercars

Cons: The drop-off speed back at the airport was delayed about 40 minutes because the driver was not showing up and when he has finally showed up he lost 15 minutes waiting for an additional passenger to be picked up

Cons: not happy about pressure they put on you to buy even more insurance. I purchased full insurance with car rental and they said i should buy more costly insurance . Also handing car back they pointed out a light scrape right away. We had video showing it was already there. With out that we would have had pay for damage. The return agent said the agent to. Pick up should have noted it and didn’t. all on us to prove we did not do this. . They did not do their job right. machine down no final bill

Cons: There was no windshield washer fluid…so I went without !

Pros: They were helpful and the car given was so fuel-efficient and in top-notch condition.

Cons: The pick-up in the night from Fiumicino Airport was delayed, but they sorted it out and it wasn't a major drama at all.

Pros: The shuttle to take us from rental to airport never showed. Only excuse from record-go employees was that it’s an outside company that does the shuttles. They tried to contact the shuttle without success. We had to drag our luggage out of the parking lot, call a taxi = €40 to be able to get to airport. Almost missed our flight and it was a problem putting luggage under plane. We almost didn’t make it home for thanksgiving due to this car rental. Will never use again.

Pros: Friendly, not too much pressure to upswell car or insurance. But I speak some Italian so I probably had better service

Cons: They had the car condition as ‘without any marks or scratches’. They tried to say that small scrapes on plastic wheel covers were new damage. Fortunately I had photos of the car and small flaws at pick up. Resolved without further delay, but not impressed with this action.

Pros: The drop off was really quick.

Cons: When I picked up the vehicle, the agent tried to upsell me on insurance by insisting that the car would be broken into and/or it would break down.

Cons: The directions to finding the transit shuttle bus were not completely accurate. We came out of the highlighted exit from the Terminal but did not realise we had to turn right and make our way to a recharging point where we would meet the shuttle. Simply adding this information to the directions would resolve this. The company also needs a large shuttle bus.

Cons: Arrived at the airport and could not find pick up. Directions to pick up were incorrect. Called the car rental to figure out where pick up was, and they were not helpful. Eventually, I saw the shuttle and ran to the location, which was not described well by rental agency. It took two hours to make it to rental agency after landing. Finally, made it to rental agency, and they would not release car. Never received rental. Had to take shuttle back to airport and rent a different car.

Cons: shuttle service and the fact that I did not recieve the car I expected (even though you are not obligated to the car just the category, during the order I mede the booking for a Jeep and got a DS)

Cons: Pick up point was 15th away from airport and we had to wait for a shuttle bus for over 30mins after we figured out where we had to go but we will know for the next time.
