Pros: Perfect service, friendly agents, Quick responses to our questions via Whatsapp, car in perfect condition, returned in perfect condition, drop off took 10 minutes at max.

Pros: Very easy to pick up and drop off and felt no pressure to get add on insurance etc. I had a flat tyre during my trip and the car was fully equipped with a spare and tyre changing kit. The agents were very helpful in sorting a replacement too and I wasn't charged a penny.
Cons: The shuttle bus to the airport was a little slow - I'd recommend leaving plenty of time to drop off before your flight.

A young driver fee applies to drivers under the age of 25.
There is no maximum age.
A Senior driver fee is not applied.
The driver license must have been issued by authorized authorities at least 1 year(s) before the date of the commencement of the rental.
A driver license printed using a non-Roman alphabet (Arabic, Japanese, Cyrillic, etc) must be supplemented by an International Driving Permit.
Driver licenses will be accepted if issued in the following country(ies): EU.
Otherwise, the renter must provide an International Driver Permit (IDP). All non-EU residents staying in the EU for longer than 6 months must present a driving licence from an EU country.
Please note that the International Driving Permit is valid only if it is accompanied by a regular driver's license, is issued by an official authority or government-authorized organization, and is in physical (not digital) form.
In order to pick up the car, the renter and each additional driver must present the following documents: passport, valid driver license, credit card on a main drivers name, booking voucher, proof of home address (e.g. Utility bill).
A deposit will be charged if one of the following cards is used: Debit cards.
A separate fuel deposit is required when collecting the vehicle.
In the event that Cross Border & Territorial Restrictions are violated, all protections lose their validity.

Snow chains are recommended in icy/snowy conditions, especially when traveling in mountainous areas.
The supplier will hold the vehicle for 6 hours after your scheduled pick-up time as long as it is within their normal business hours. After this time, your booking may be canceled without refund.
