Cons: The 1st car battery died and the 2nd car worked fine. But it was an old car with 61k km on the clock. Also has multiple issues with things not working while driving. Not essential functions but the additional things like the smart lights and carplay.

Cons: 1st car they gave us, the brakes didn't work, we took it back. The second car, which had less features and boot space required us to purchase Adblue to accompany the diesel fuel or risk the car stopping. We were far from the place we rented it with 2 different warning lights coming on the dash display & waiting on the phone on hold for ages. We gave up getting their help & resolved the issue we could at our own expense. The pump warning light was still coming on but we didn't resolve that one.

Cons: We had to visit the car rental twice to finally get a replacement, 2 hours in line total. Should have been able to do this over the phone so we didn’t have to waste a trip.

Cons: On returning the car, they inserted the door key and it would not open. The key was always used remotely to open the car and never by insertion (so I was unaware of the issue). They tried to say it must have been forced although there is no evidence of forced damage to the lock or surrounding area. The car was always kept in a locked family garage so if the lock did not work they must have known about it before my rental. I was charged an extra 300 euros deposit for possible repairs.

Pros: They were quick for italy. And drop off was easy just leaving the car. I suggest different signs vs Italy by car which is at the same return. Too easy to make a mistake and drop off the car at the wrong location.
Cons: The car was clean put underpowered. It was very difficult to drive on the highway and up hills. At times I couldn't reach highway speeds.

Cons: The first agent decided that he had to change a printer toner cartridge before attending to me. He had no clue now to do this. As no printing is required in processing the pick up, it is unclear what his motivation was. He was uncommunicative and unelpful

Cons: I waited in line for 1.5 hours to pick up the car after a long flight. There was one agent at the desk checking out cars and a line so long it went out the door. I was lucky, some of those folks must have stood in line for 2 or 3 hours.

Cons: I got a car that doesn't match the category of the car I was supposed to get. I booked a Peugeot 208 and got a Lancia Ypsilon, much smaller and less comfortable.

Cons: The international driver license requested even if not a mandatory requirement in Italy is a scam. The baby seat provided was dirty and no assistance is provided for its installation.

They wanted to charge more for insurance as they didn’t see the insurance I had purchased and when I declined they needed a 800 deposit. This deposit impacted my ability to purchase food while away. When I tried to call I couldn’t get though and spent time and money being on hold.

Cons: We selected Roma termini as a return place. However, the address provided was incorrect. There was a "Sicily by car" sign at the entrance to the garage but they weren't there. We tried calling the service numbers and other numbers but there was no reply. Only after about an hour someone picked up the phone and then we realized the return was at another building. I hate to think what would happen if we needed support during our rental period. Very frustrating experience.

It was very far to collect the car and we spent 2 hours to find the solution as the agent wasn’t willing to find a solution for 4 persons and our luggages. And when we had to leave the car it was very difficult to find the parking.

Cons: Both times the care was badly damaged, the car needed service (various warning lights on dash) leak in coolant system required me to keep topping it up, the upholstery was damaged (again in both cars). The rates were excellent and the staff friendly and efficient but cars in rough condition.

Went twice to the garage where I dropped off the car during working hours and no one was there.

The car has many damages which stressed me until I returned the car - the agent did not transfer the car from the previous driver to my name when renting it. That caused a lot of delay when I returned the car - overall, quite unprofessional service

Cons: The car had holes in the upholstery, apparently from dropped cigarette ashes, because the whole car smelled of smoke. When I said I didn't want to drive a car that smelled of smoke, the response was two sprays of air freshener, which lasted about as long as it took me to exit the rental car center.
Pros: Daniele was helping me with the rental and he was super efficient, straight to the point, sign the papers, get the key and go. I love when people know who’s to do their job! I’ve rented a few times with this company and always had a great experience.

Pros: The staff were understanding about realising he should've worn a mask when confronted, and they understood how it looked with him blowing his nose and appearing I'll.
Cons: They were happy to rent out a damaged vehicle and not properly identify all of the damage on the form. When I pointed out a few of the damaged areas the staff member quickly scanned the car and said not to worry. I then recieved an email stating I owed an extra 360 euros after drop off. I thought I had coverage but apparently I needed to sign the document at the pick up desk which I was not informed clearly about.

While doing so, my wife was taking pictures of the existing and newly-found damage to the car. The attendant absolutely flipped out, and started yelling that we had not right to take pictures of him without his permission. I stated we were just taking pictures of the damage, but he continued to berate us. Everything else was great...

Also we had a lot of luggage and two kids under the age of 4 and they gave us no help. They did not help us find the car they did not help us find the car seats that we rented and they did not help us put anything in. On top of that they made us pay extra because our plane was late.
