Cons: the charge and billing is not transparent. No prior communication before deducting from the credit card
Cons: The time i have and continue spending trying to rectify their billing. I paid for the rental in full in advance and they attempted to take a second amount from my credit card in addition to the security deposit. They are still saying I owe monies for an additional 10 days that they also say was not originally billed when I reserved the vehicle. The representative was late in responding to my initial and subsequent inquiry. Issue still not settled 6 days after returning the vehicle.
Pros: The agents that met me were all personable and check in and out were fast and efficient.

Pros: My car didn't come with insurance like promised when reserved. So I had to spend all my christmas vacations with no car. On top of that your customer service is still "investigating" the case and refund was given after one month. Should I add anything else ??? You are dishonest and unprofessional

Cons: They told us that our insurance from a second provider (discover cars in this case) wasn't valid and that we needed to get Sixt's own insurance. Basically telling us to get double insurance. We didn't, but I'm sure many people would be confused in that situation. I suggest you make it more clear in the rental process that it is not necessary to get double insurance, even if the main provider insists that any second provider insurance will not cover any damages to the car.
Pros: Got the car quicky
Cons: They overcharged me. They didn’t considered how much I paid up front so the refund of the deposit was much less than it was supposed to be. They don’t respond my emails, don’t pick up the phone and didn’t send the invoice by email as promised.
Pros: Fast, efficient. No hassle. They also emailed all car return information with pictures of drop off location for easy car return. Fredrico at the car return was very friendly and gave us all the info we needed to get on our way quickly. I have rented from Sixt many times now, and find there service to be second to none.

Cons: Because my flight was delayed by one hour SIXT gave the car I arranged for to someone else. I had to go elsewhere. HERZT was great, although I had to settle for a much lesser car than the BMW I wanted.
Pros: Nothing! Absolutely a disaster and one of the poorest customer experience I have ever had

Cons: non human humiliating staff at drop off point at Fiumicino airport. I came back with a broken leg and asked the staff to give us a lift to the terminal with the luggage and wheelchair, the supervisor of SIXT said that this is not his job, simply threw us out of the car with the luggage and the wheelchair, two old people of 74-75 years old with disability, and had to drag our selves pushing the wheelchair and all the luggage all the long way to the terminal.DISGRACEFUL AND UNHUMAN ATTITUDE
Pros: Clean car that I had ordered.
Cons: Long line ahead of mine and prolonged wait time. Once I got to the front of the line, they were quick and efficient... but for some reason all the people ahead of me took ages to complete their rentals. At one point it seemed like they were purchasing cars, not renting them. The Car return was a little slow. Employees were hanging out at an office rather than proactively receiving and checking in cars. We are used to greater efficiency in the U.S. I guess.
Cons: Booked car was not available at the time of Delivery. Had to make a second trip. Breakdown service and advise was miserable. Very disappointing
