Pros: Worst car rental ever
Cons: They cheat and scam you for money.
Pros: quick, honest and transparent
Pros: Nothing
Cons: Dishonesty
Pros: Quick and easy service, no particular request with gas tank as I received it half-full. Super quick drop off. Nice service.
Cons: I tried ordering a baby car seat at the counter (as it states you can do so on the website instructions) and they had run out. I wasn’t going to have a car seat for my baby until a neighbouring car company lent them one for me (thanks so much Sicily by Car) at no charge!! The reason I didn’t book the car seat with Drivalia in advance at time of booking is because they were charging $200+ for the car seat. I could buy a new one. Agents could have helped but didn’t, they didn’t try to solve I did.
Pros: Nothing car was dirty and damaged all over they also unexpectedly overcharged me when I returned the car and I am trying to get a customer service call me on that matter with no answer or call on their behalf
Cons: Nothing everything was good Car was dirty damaged all over and several service lights on dash the whole time we had the car And to top it off they overcharged us unexpectedly and not justified waiting for the customer service to get back to us no answer from them since
