Cons: The car was filled with scratches and loose plastics.
Pros: the cars were old and scratched. the first car that they wanted to give me was not in the condition to drive. It took me 2 hours to change a car for another and I still got a scratched car in very bad condition.

Cons: 1) The pick up location had disinterested and rude employees. Worst care rental experience we’ve had. 2) They gave us such a bad car it was shocking. Significant body damage. (See photo attached) A warning light that kept coming on saying “shut off car, engine pressure too low.” No stereo at all. 3) We dropped off the car. They sent us a bill with trumped up charges, and no real explanation, for 230 Euro.

Pros: A girl who gave the keys was very professional ans client oriented. She explained everything and answered all my questions patiently and taking the car from parking was very fast

He told me nothing was available and to go speak to another rental company. When my husband returned he changed his tune and said yes of course you can have another car. It was 120 euros more than Enterprise in Italy.
Cons: Long discussion at Drivalia's desk at Rome Fiumicino Airport, just to get the category of vehicle I booked and paid, and for the privilege I had to accept to pay an extra per day. After that, at drop off went all good, no problem at all, but on the invoice I've been charged EUR 112.49 on top of the agreed amount! Contacted everyone without answer at all. I'll have to complain now to DiscoverCars and/or my credit card issuer. Short of EUR 112.49, learned the lesson, with DRIVALIA never again!

Cons: I waited over three hours to pick up the car. They tried to lie me into accepting a small city car instead of a full size SUV stating it is the same category. The attitude of the desk agent was very arrogant demeaning and pking fun at the misery of me (and other fellow passengers having to wait for hours for a car after intercontinental flights.) Dropping off in Milan was a terrible experience, I nearly missed my flight. Finding the drop of spot is nearly impossible, due to very unclear signs.

Cons: 1. I have ordered a car with a baby seat - when I got to the rental desk, the secretary told me, that they do not have a baby seat, and that I must go and buy a baby seat by my self. So I had to leave my wife with a 9 month old baby at the airport, go to the city, buy a baby seat, and return back to the airport to pick up my wife with the baby. 2. The car I got was all over scratched and cracked. There was no luggadge cover in the trunk. I did notify about that but was told that that is the car.

When they deliver the car to you, no one comes to check the car with you and then they try to make you pay for damage you did not cause. If the delivery location is different from the place you bought it, even though there is no additional fee at the time of the first rental, they pay the invoice later. stay away

When we dropped of in airport we were extracharged for removing ,refueling and minimal damage that didn't existe when we dropped of the car.

When I refilled it later on I realised that the indicator worked just fine and they managed to get that 1/8 tank of fuel for free from me. Clever trick, very bad commercial practice.

Pros: Okay, so my main gripe was, that the lights on the car were appalling. The lights were not adjusted correctly, neither on normal, nor on brights setting. This meant, that our drive from.the airport to the hotel was a nightmare. We couldn't read the roadsigns, as on normal lights, there was too little light and on brights, the light shone so harshly upwards, that it was impossible to see anything other than the light reflection. I would expect a rental car to have lights in order.
Cons: That they didn't care about damages on the car before we drove off (leaving us a bit concerned, even with full insurance. The poor lights (as mentioned) & the car having no power whatsoever. We literally could not go higher than 70 uphill at a push.

We googled and found the address but no car park, after parking at carpark in our horror we found the counter is unmanned. next door counter said there is no one working on that day after 45 minutes more asking and walking we found the garage to return but the attendant speaks no english and insisted in rude manner when I drove the car to the garage he asked for EUR16 for parking and more chicken & duck argument follow WORST experience ever!

Cons: Leasys is by far the worst car rental company I have ever experienced. We waited for our rental car over 2,5 hours, which delayed us so much that it completely ruined our 25th wedding anniversary celebration. I don’t know what caused it, but from reading other reviews a lot of people have experienced the same. Also when giving back the car the staff at the drop off point (Rome - Ciampino) were late (opening time said 08:00, they only arrived at 08:30) and the guy was very rude when I complained.

Cons: the front desk agent accepting the voucher was very slow, long line. when he accepted us, said they don't have any baby seats left (we booked 2) and didn't even try to help us solve the problem. we started asking looking around whether other agencies have baby seats but eventually when we went to pick up the car it turned out that they do have baby seats and even new ones!! but the agent at the front desk didn't bother to check.
