RentSmart24 at Rome Airport Fiumicino

Cons: only 2 staff members, very slow processing in a small office without AC or seats

Pros: They were pleasant to deal with

Cons: Na

Cons: When I went to pick up the car, the lady that served me was rude and did not really explain anything well. I had some warning lights that kept coming on, and I had to go back into the office a couple of times. She was not very helpful and seemed bothered about this, even though it should have been her job to check everything before releasing the car. I kept having this problem during all my trip, when I called again, she told me how to fix it,but the car should not have been released with issu

Pros: Great customer service and communication. Friendly and helpful staff. Zero problems at pick up and drop off.

Pros: Almost

Cons: Nothing

Pros: We didn’t, the service agent at Fumicino airport was awful, we couldn’t take the car away in the end and we had to find a new car hire although we had paid for it.

Cons: She refused to help us

Pros: Shuttle staff and rental check out and check in personnel were kind and professional.

Cons: Car had obvious slight scratches and bumps that are not a problem but the belt alarm was faulty and every time we started the car we had to wait for five minutes for it to go silent. Also the airbag malfunction alert was engaged.

Pros: Nothing

Cons: Unacceptable service and delays

Pros: Easy to find, car ready with no waiting and shuttle to and from the airport were amazingly fast. Return was fast and easy and no surprise charges after the fact. Best rental experience I have had ever.

Cons: Prompt, friendly and efficient!

Pros: Late check-in and really seamless, good and professional service. Car was rather new, very clean with full tank. Really easy and comfortable rent.

Pros: Direi nulla.

Cons: Esperienza purtroppo molto negativa.

Pros: Professional and they respected every conditions of the agreement.

Cons: Car models and car categories are not clear and transparent between the rental agency and the broker.

Pros: The agent was friendly - when they wanted to upsell me.

Cons: Return was terrible. Unfriendly lady made several charges that I do not agree are correct.

Pros: easy & fast shuttle transfer

Cons: 1. Total pick up time was 45 mins (excluding the shuttle transfer time). There were two agents at the desk - one was busy with other customers and the other one was just relaxing on her phone. I was made to wait in the queue for the busy agent 45 minutes regardless. No consideration whatsoever for my time. 2. The car was in a very bad mechanical condition - bad engine noise after 2k RPM and broken wipers

Pros: It was quick, but lead to problems in the end

Cons: Not providing evidence for charges of damage

Pros: Only the Drop-off speed is ok, and still not clear exactly where to drop off the car

Cons: A relatively old car that was not clean inside, the seat upholstery was dirty with food residue, no reverse sensors and no other modern features, the multimedia system is outdated and does not support CARPLY or Android. The car kept warning that mechanical maintenance was needed. It was not clear where to take the shuttle from the airport to get to the car pick-up point. The pick-up speed was terrible, no one was at the counter for 20 minutes, and after that she stubbornly tried to sell addition

Pros: keine Wartezeit auf Schuttle

Cons: Very slow, deducted €213 from deposit for a scratch, when the car is covered in them.

Pros: Pick up and drop off speed

Cons: Car was awful, dinged up pretty badly. With some mechanical issues where I had to bring it back to the agency because it was about die due to an issue with the DPF. I brought it back and once I parked and shut the engine it would not start. They would not replace the car cause I didnt buy insurance with them. They disconnected the battery and once reconnected the car started but had only 100km before another shutdown. Sticker on the car said that last oil change was overdue by 60000km.

Pros: Not much

Cons: No copy of contract, entered our email address in wrong and never received info on how to return the car or where. It was pouring rain when we picked it up and we’re not able to take video of Cond of Car. Tried to charge us for two tiny 1 mm paint chips that were there when we rented the car. Long wait to have him check the car out on return. phone numbers for agent listed in Discover email or incorrect and disconnected.

Pros: Usually they provide Italian small cars instead of Toyota

Cons: I don’t received the car with full tank, it was written on the contract but when I returned the car I left more fuel there, being impossible to apreciate the level of fuel

Pros: good service

Pros: Price

Cons: Low adblue level needing top up at cost of EUR35.00 Car display kept showing oil change required warning.

Pros: Nothing

Cons: Everything

Pros: Fast car pickup and also drop off, clean car, cheap price. The car we got was in good technical condition, but with lots of dents and scratches (all marked, so no problem at drop-off). Transfer to airport -> pick-up point not marked clearly, although the instructions on the voucher are clear (you need to walk up to the first floor and wait for the shuttle/van). Phones were busy, but we managed after all.

Cons: What I liked least: upon drop-off we were simply told to walk back to the airport due to heavy traffic (shuttle is stuck + takes long to get there). We got no clear instructions on how to get there on foot. It's doable with a small luggage (2 kms/30min walk) but if you have heavy luggage... Now, was it the first time there was a jam? Also, I'd have appreciated the info to reserve more time to get to the terminal already upon pick-up, not at return! Small details make the difference.

Pros: Clear instructions

Cons: Agent isn't so nice during dropoff.

Pros: That we were picked up at the airport

Cons: That they do not accept online credit cards, only physical.

Cons: Why m'y crédit card Washington not accepter, so YouTube charge me whith 285 € instead 85€ previously accepted

Pros: Check out staff was terrific

Cons: Check in staff was not very customer service oriented

Pros: They were not too pushy with their insurance offers. I got lucky and got a diesel car, so fuel consumption was fantastic. They refunded the deposit virtually immediately.

Cons: The car did not have any floor mats. No issue with me, they will just have little more hassle with cleaning although I did not create mush of dirt but nevertheless.

Cons: Be careful with RENTSMART24! Free shuttle bus, but if car pick-up is processed after 23:01, a €75 night surcharge applies – and you must notice this in the contract. We arrived at 22:35, but our calls were declined. We sent a message at 22:50 and waited 40 minutes for pick-up. The staff member (woman) at the counter was very unpleasant, pushed extra insurance despite our “full coverage,” and still demanded the night surcharge. We refused. NO MORE! The feelings was very bad because of this.

Pros: Once we found the shuttle, the experience was much easier. There was no signage for the rental company. Luckily, a Hertz customer service agent told us was to do. The shuttle driver was excellent. I was unaware that we needed an appointment for airport pick up. The Rentsmart 24 agent was condescending and scolded me for being 4 hours late because our flight was delayed. She was upset that I did not call ahead to change my appointment. The shuttle driver received all 5 stars given.

Cons: See above

Pros: I wait two hours in office And 50 minutes in airport

Pros: Free shuttle service worked well, friendly staff and very reasonable prices.

Cons: Shuttle buses are found on the floor 1, not on the ground floor (floor 0) and we got confused since we were told they can be found on the "first floor" ("primo piano"). The car was due an oil change in 1200km (we drove exactly that amount), wipers were very worn, parcel shelf was broken making it difficult to use and the car lacked any optional extra equipment like parking censors.

Pros: Easy and quick, short waiting times for the shuttles to the airport

Cons: The car was not in a good condition. The damages on the car body are not important to me, but the car had some major problems with the steering

Pros: When we reported the car window was damaged, unfortunately it was holiday and no one was able to fix it. Atleast during those times minor damaged should have someone to fix it

Pros: Super fast pickup and drop off

Pros: Car was given away although we notified DiscoverCars of flight delay and they responded. Nothing like landing after a 16 hrs flight and not having a car available and having to take a taxi.

Pros: Very professional

Cons: All good

Pros: The service ran it's shuttle non-stop, was easy to find and the customer service was very responsive via Whatsapp. The price for value was amazing.

Cons: The car didn't have any windshield washer fluid, the windshield wipers were worn out. Most important, Google maps never routed me back to the original drop off location even though I had the address right. In the dark, I couldn't find the location bc the signs for parkinggo were not lit up. I had to ask directions 2x from other parking agencies about 0.5 miles away to find the drop off. I lost an hour driving in circles.

Pros: Informative help desk. They helped me adjust my pick up time when I made the mistake of putting the wrong day.

Cons: The pickup instructions could have been more clear.

Pros: I've used rentsmart before and so far, never had a problem. This booking went smoothly, online check in is a huge plus. The car had a few marks on it that were already documented.... Suppose for a car that has probably had a tough life in Rome, it was fine. Deposit was returned very quickly, email regarding the same was received before the shuttle bus dropped me to the airport!

Cons: Nothing

Pros: nothing

Cons: First, the rental company did not accept the full insurance I had already purchased through you, and as a result, I was forced to pay again for full coverage at a much higher price. Additionally, the car I received was neither identical nor similar to the one I had booked, and it was delivered in an unclean condition. The fuel tank was supposed to be full, but it was only at 3/4. When I pointed this out to the clerk on site, she noted 7/8 on my form but did not sign it. Upon returning the vehic

Pros: We had to change the booking last minute. Nicolas from discover cars was a huge help. Thank you.I felt that they were there for the customer

Pros: 24/7 service to a good price

Pros: Friendly and efficient

Pros: Easy whatsapp communication

Cons: drop-off process was a bit slow

Pros: Agent was extremely helpful, giving good advice on tolls and insurance.

Pros: Pick-up took a long time due to only one agent to attend.

Pros: Overall good service. Everything worked as it should be.

Pros: Helpful staff

Cons: Took forever, understaffed

Pros: The best, recommended

Cons: Very nice

Pros: I liked that they have a free shuttle service, it's easy to pick up the car, as well as drop it off.

Cons: The girl who was responsible for the service was not oriented to serve the clients well. She gave me a terribly dirty child seat. I had it replaced, but it was not very clean either. The car was 8 minutes late because my 3-year-old son got sick on the way. She did not take this into account and fined me 18 euros. Also, I was given a lower-spec car than what I booked. Specifically, I booked a Fiat 500X and was given a Seat Arona. The car was good, but lower-spec. For example, it had manual climat

Pros: Good car, well maintained, friendly staff, no problems nor complications, didn’t try to push to buy insurance they were there to help not to take money.

Cons: The pick-up took long time about an hour but it was ok as long as they were helpful and friendly.

Pros: Nothing

Cons: The car had not even remotely been cleaned We were trying to be coned into buying extra insurance They charge me an extra £140 for a name change even though we had all the documents and cards and would not let us have car until we did The car needed a service with ad blue light coming on half way through journey

Pros: Nothing

Cons: They issued and unsafe child seat with screws sticking out and harness not working They tried to push extra unneeded insurance on us over and over again. And charged us for a name change we didn’t need

Pros: Quick, professional service by friendly staff

Pros: Friendly

Cons: Shuttle instead of on site

Pros: Very easy to use from and to the airport

Cons: Nothing

Pros: The agent was professional and helpful. She also spoke English, which was great because our Italian was shaky as best.

Pros: the shuttle from the airport is frequent and easy to find

Cons: the full cover insurance provided is expensive and the price is not made clear in advance

Cons: Not the car I payd for. I paid for Mercedes V class and got toyota

Pros: Best value for money around. I highly recommend

Pros: Company is OK

Cons: Charge €100 unnecessary because I have purchased insurance for your website when I purchased the car

Cons: They charge me 490Euro for a minor scratch that you can hardly see....

Pros: Very easy to work with and very honest.

Cons: Nothing, it was perfect.

Pros: Very friendly and helpfull. Thank you

Pros: We were promised a better car

Pros: Friendly staff

Pros: Good service, 24/7 availability, important especially in case of flight related delays. good shuttle service to and from the rental car park.

Cons: Initial pick up location wasn't clear enough. Took us about 40 minutes to find the exact location. Placing a sign next to the pick up location and marking the exact spot in google maps we'll help. Car was in working condition but required pm servicing on delivery & one storage compartment was damaged and couldn't be closed.

Pros: good car and we were insured

Cons: slow at the start no explanation of tolls shuttle bus is difficult to find

Cons: Not great. Doggy check in procedure with the car rental representative who REFUSED to identify pre-exiting car damages on paperwork. I was asked to send a video of the pre-existing damages via email ti the car rental company, which was rejected by the. Via email only few days after . I.e. too late to challenge the instructions I was given at the check-in

Pros: Fast service

Cons: They provided a different vehicle than the one ordered, and also tried to sell unnecessary insurance even though we had already purchased it at the time of ordering.

Pros: Friendly and efficient staff

Cons: Nothing

Cons: Location outside the airport, very slow check in (waited 1:30 hours), didn’t get the car i choose

Pros: Really kind and fast drop off

Cons: They insisted to cover the excess insurance with their own insurance, while I had already the full coverage insurance I bought online when booked the car.

Pros: Honest and no surprises.

Cons: A char or a bench at waiting room would help 😅

Pros: Everything is aligned and easy!

Pros: The agents were super efficient, polite and easy to deal with throughout.

Cons: Nothing, rhe car had some scratches etc, however we took their premium plus insurance so it created no issues at all, however for someone who was not purchasing the premium plus, i can imagine it would have taken a long time to point out all damages and ensure all was ok.

Pros: I was given a battered car with lots of defects as I paid for full cover and was told the amount of damage was irrelevant as I was fully covered.

Cons: Everything! I was ripped off and there’s nothing I could do about it as if I refused full cover, I wouldn’t have been allowed to rent car, even though I paid fully online, and I would have lost my money.

Pros: Friendly staff. Fast pick up and drop off

Pros: Excellent service, I read some bad reviews and I was concern, instead I found helpful and kind people, not trying to invent scratches or damage in the vehicle, they were honest and efficient, I used them twice

Pros: Excellent service

Pros: Nothing

Cons: Not the car type I booked, got overcharged for a different car of lower price range

Pros: I asked for Skoda Oktavía and got Skoda darsia that is a smaller car but it was ok but a bit squeezed with all bags in.

Pros: Rien

Cons: Le surplus à Payer malgré la carte de crédit et non de debit

Cons: The insistence on trying to sell a full insurance despite I had bought one online I was being that what I bought was a protection not an insurance. (?!?!) In the end, I didn’t needed. 🙏🏻

Pros: Great service and car. Reasonable price.

Pros: Maybe better expantion how seems shuttle on the airport and some Fotos of shuttle.

Pros: They have a nice shuttle from the airport to their rental place. Please note that they dont have an in-terminal office and you have to take a shuttle, which was easy. The car was very good value for money. Return process was easy. Return drop by shuttle was also good.

Cons: The person who gave me the car was VERY slow. He took a very long time to give me the car and was also a very hands off person. Not many instructions. Clearly was not happy with his job. In contrast the lady who returned my car was nice.

Pros: simple, very fast and so cheap. also the free shuttle is perfect

Cons: there is nothing we didn't like. these services are the greatest

Pros: The price of the car was fine.

Cons: The time it tooks to pick-up and a little bit the drop-of

Pros: The car was good....but everything else was bad!

Cons: Wasted hours picking up & dropping off the car. Inadequate Instructions to pickup the car. We wasted 2 hours at airport trying to find out how to get to the car rental location...no instructions on the confirmation about the shuttle, NO ANSWER when I tried calling the office. Wasted another hour to drop off the car...the address on confirmation did not take you directly to the location. Wasted gas to find the place & rental agency charged me 33 Euros for 5 Euros of gas. DON'T !

Pros: Price was very convenient.all your staff is professional and very nice

Cons: I made the online check-in with authorization of credit card, took pictures of passport and driving license, but then at the desk I had to use the credit card again. It was fast, but I was confused about online check-in.

Pros: Personale gentile e professionale

Pros: booking is easy, fast and clear. deposit was returned very quickly

Pros: Personal muy profesional y amable

Cons: Very high insurance fees, i actually paid 214 euro the insurance.

Pros: Gianluca for the pick up and Fulvia for the dropping off ( she reminded me from previous rental). The cars are new and clean. I cannot find a fault! Well done

Cons: The desk was unattended at the drop off but I guess you are operating with short staff…

Pros: Absolut nothing

Cons: The ekstra charge

Cons: They tried to sell me full coverage despite the fact that I am fully covered.

Pros: They do not check and photograph the car when the customer receives it. They delivered me a car with small scratches on the front of the car that are not clearly visible because they are very small, 2 cm, and the same color as the black part, so they do not appear except when inspected from below. I had photographed the small scratches, and when I delivered the car and sent the pictures to customer service, they refused to accept the pictures, and told me that I had signed that the car was intac

Cons: Rentsmart24 car rental company does not have professionalism in renting cars and dealing with customers, and respecting and believing the customer's words

Pros: Our check-out was fast and effecient, there was no queue and no hard sell on the insurance. A dent was missed but easily added to the check sheet.

Cons: Coming back there was a considerable wait to have the car checked back in, the lady doing the check-in was very pleasant though.

Pros: Once we found the shuttle to get to the car rental place things went very fast.

Cons: We had a hard time finding the shuttle at the airport. They were unclear as to where to find it , they said it was between terminal 1 and 3 door 5 however what they should say is terminal 1 door 5 and that would’ve made things quite easy. So we lost about half an hour looking for the shuttle

Cons: they try very hard to sell you their insurance cover and the car was dirty i asked for another car and the refuse to changed, the back wheel had some scratches which were cover by dirt but of course when returning the car they charge me for the damage of it . 60 euro for damage and 60 for fee total 120 euros.

Cons: When I pick up the car the contract said 5/8 fuel but it had 3/8. Another loss I had to pay for. The time to pick up the car was at least 2 hrs wait. Then they did not acknowledge my deposit of 300 dollar with no explanation.

Pros: No problem picking up or dropping off the car.

Pros: I don’t like it You are cheating people

Cons: Rent24 are alright I paid to you £67 for nothing they doesn’t have anything to do with you

Pros: Reasonably priced

Cons: Tried to get us to buy additional insurance at desk. Very far from the terminal.location of Shuttle bus not signposted at the airport or in the emails. Difficult to find.

Pros: I didnt rent a car finally. company was not even ready to pick up us from the airport. After 2 hours trying call them, they called back (at 11PM) that we have to go by taxi to their place. If I understood, because they dont speak English...

Cons: I didnt rent a car finally. company was not even ready to pick up us from the airport. After 2 hours trying call them, they called back (at 11PM) that we have to go by taxi to their place. If I understood, because they dont speak English...

Pros: The car was exactly as discribed

Cons: We had to pay additionally for the insurance and we waited over 1.5 hours to ge a proper car seat for our baby. The condition of first two was not acceptable.

Pros: Every thing was great by the car But unfortunately they are not clear and I consider them seave as they collect 75 euro after I deliver the car and I sent for you and them They saidnthat I pick up the care at about 5 am and my rent was at 7 am and this consider one day And no one tell me clear about this and I could wait for this 2 hours And olso it is not clear in the contract they say its written

Cons: ADDITIONAL STRANGE FEES AFTER RETURNING FROM THE TRIP

Pros: Fast drop off, couldnt wait to leave.

Cons: No service provided, took 1 hour to rent the car.

Pros: The car was clean

Cons: The car was not ready it took 40min to get my car and there was no one in line ahead of me. The drop off directions were NOT clear making for a horrible drop off

Pros: Nothing

Cons: I provided all the documentation for my rental. I have been renting for over 20 years. Never I had an experience like this. They rejected my visa credit card. They don’t have a credit card terminal. They force you to take insurance. This not only caused undue stress but it seriously raises concerns about transparency and customer service practices.

Cons: Front desk tried to sell me insurance relentlessly, offering package after package even after multiple refusals. Very pushy and didn’t almost didn’t take no for an answer. Then the agent lied about a “$75 early return fee” that I would need to pay upon return, which was not in the contract. Did not need to pay this.

Pros: Customer service, ease of rental.

Cons: Final price (including Insurance). Didn't check in online but I understand it doesn't help.

Cons: The agent try to manipulate us to buy insurance even though we bought one through you. She didn't let go and try to convince to buy tire insurance, promised us the car will scratch for sure and more. Every costumer took forever as she forced people with insurance to have another one and mostly succeed. We waited for 40 minutes to pick the car, although there were only 3 people ahead of us.

Pros: Drop off service was quick, staff was proactive. They came out as soon as they saw me and performed checks before taking over the car

Cons: Check in process, it took almost an hour. The staff was doing it very slowly. There was not even long queue, by the time my turn came representative from rental car went out to do something else when he knew that there are still some customers left. His colleague asked him to come back to start the check in process for me after a while. it never took so long for any of my previous car rentals, spending an hour just for waiting because of their slow process.

Pros: Staff was friendly. Took too long picking up car but dropping off was much quicker

Cons: Tardanza en la devokucion d3l d3posito. Sigo esperando

Pros: Simple and straight forward.

Cons: Very hard to find the rental lot in Rome.

Cons: I believe I made a downpayment for the car, but not sure if it was taken into consideration in the final rental payment.

Pros: all was as advertised

Pros: Nothing

Cons: Check-out: did all the work for them on-line (registration, ID uploads, etc) to then just line up with a few clueless customers with all sorts of problems and waste 90 (ninety) minutes (over midnight) to get the car. At check-in, charged 250 euro for scratches on an alloy wheel that was not on the contract and I bet anybody could spot in total darkness of the parking lot. True scammers. Stay away from RentSmart24, their cheap fares are just a trap.

Pros: Nice car

Cons: The whole petrol scam needs to be investigated. Who sends a car out not full in a rental situation.

Pros: Fairly smooth and efficient process from the airport pickup to drop off. No real issues or concerns

Cons: There was little availability of vehicles upon pick up. Although we were generally happy with the car, it was full of scuffs and incredibly dirty inside (seats covered in dirt and stains)

Pros: They have great service, new-brand cars, and a fast check-in and check-out process.

Cons: It was quite tricky to find where they located, I needed to call to get the explanation.

Pros: The car

Cons: The long wait and online check in did not seem to work

Pros: great and quick pickup from the airport, quick pick up of the car, even arranged an upgrade quickly

Cons: on drop off, took a bit longer than expected, but still a good service

Pros: Nothing

Cons: Cruise control didn't work in the car

Cons: They can't process debit cars

Pros: Through explanation of the conditions, however, it says we are covered for everything but the agent says I’m not, so had to pay extra for coverage

Cons: Because the rep of Smart24 did not honor what discovercars says in the papers I received. Had to pay extra for coverage from damage, theft, etc

Pros: Great service, thank you very much

Cons: All good, thanks.

Cons: The online check-in service is ambiguous and not clear regarding insurance

Cons: I Will never use this rental car company again. The attendant was incredibly rude and stated that a small piece of damage to the car was our fault and the repair would be 200 euros. We took very good care of the car and to be treated like this is unacceptable.

Pros: Quick and efficient

Pros: Tudo perfeito, serviço ágil e fácil. Carro limpo

Pros: Staff was helpful, did not try to sell me extras. Agents were friendly and fast

Cons: Shuttle location was wrong, it is terminal 1 door 5

Pros: It was cheap and since u always get the fiat panda no matter what car u think u are buying I just order that but I thought I was getting a five people car but we were all very squeezed inn 3 grown ups

Cons: I was in contact with a staff member on WhatsApp and he or she gave me wrong number to call for pickup. Found the right one in one of emails.

Pros: Throughful checks, highly friendly and flexible personnel

Cons: (slightly) longer wait for picking up the car, due the throughfullness of the checks

Pros: I recommend, the car I received was brand new

Pros: Kindness, professionalism, efficiency

Cons: The same as above

Pros: Basic price was very reasonable. Drop off was very efficient.

Cons: Upon pickup we had to wait for someone to appear in the office, and when they came theh didn't speak English. Also, full coverage insurance was too expensive

Pros: None - very long time to get the car

Cons: See above

Pros: Very efficient staff. Marwa at FCO was fantastic. Easy pickup and drop off.

Cons: Everything

Pros: Very good company

Cons: Nothing

Pros: Very good company

Cons: Nothing

Pros: Special thanks to Marco for excellent service.

Pros: Easy access to the terminals thanks to the shuttle service to / from the airport. Good compromise car/ price

Pros: Able to extend my rental period

Cons: Diffficult to find the location for shuttle bus. No sign. Had to ask around to find the location. Had to call agency to get information regarding pick-up time at the airport. Time to get everything ready at agency. Had to get INSURANCE at the agency to. EVEN If i got when ordering at Discovercars. When we finally got to the car, IT WAS NOT the car i ordered. I specifically ordered a MB Vito, NOT a Toyota ProAce. To get on with our trip, i just accepted it and got out of there…..

Pros: It was good value for money. Easy, transparent, proffesional and friendly staff. Loved the car.

Cons: It was a bit difficult to find the shuttle van taking us to pick up the car. Noone we asked knew what this was and there were no sigs indicating where the van would stop

Pros: nemaju sluzbu

Cons: vsetko hlavne ochota sa stretnut

Pros: Polite and friendly staff who spoke some english which really helped

Cons: Nothing, they were great

Pros: Car brakes were not effective, hill starts the car rolled back with handbrake on! Emergency malfunction alert kept appearing and alert for an oil change. With 4 passengers this was worrying for the whole week. Unfortunately we were too far away to do anything about it!! Would not use car rental company again!

Cons: Car was faulty and location for pickup incorrect. They redeemed themselves on drop off but car was dangerous to drive and should not have been on the road!

Pros: The vehicle was old, damaged, ac broken and filthy with dirty tissues on side door. Unacceptable

Pros: Nothing

Cons: Nothing

Pros: friendly and responsive

Pros: The company is one of the few company’s that want you to have anni international drivers license. Funny I managed to hire a car from 5 other companies in Italy without this. Since I booked through this website I could not get a refund or anything. Compete waste of money.

Cons: Could not get a car or a refund.

Pros: efficient and friendly

Cons: off airport site so some time needed to transfer

Pros: Veículo novo e econômico.

Cons: Muita burocracia inicial para concluir o aluguel.

Pros: It was hard to reach by phone. No one answered when we needed crusial information about dropping off the car.

Cons: Its a company inside a company inside a company. So the the drop off is go park but the name of rental24 is never marked and nobody answer the phone so it was just lucky guess that we try the Gopark for delivering the car. The car was ok but not confortable as nissan micra that i thought i was renting. Fiat is not similar to nissan micra and there were only fiat available so false selling.

Pros: The car is new and powerfull, very economic.

Cons: To much time to pickup the car, it could be faster. The car office is not at the airport
