Transfer to airport -> pick-up point not marked clearly, although the instructions on the voucher are clear (you need to walk up to the first floor and wait for the shuttle/van). Phones were busy, but we managed after all.

Cons: What I liked least: upon drop-off we were simply told to walk back to the airport due to heavy traffic (shuttle is stuck + takes long to get there). We got no clear instructions on how to get there on foot. It's doable with a small luggage (2 kms/30min walk) but if you have heavy luggage... Now, was it the first time there was a jam? Also, I'd have appreciated the info to reserve more time to get to the terminal already upon pick-up, not at return! Small details make the difference.

The staff member (woman) at the counter was very unpleasant, pushed extra insurance despite our “full coverage,” and still demanded the night surcharge. We refused. NO MORE! The feelings was very bad because of this.

Pros: Once we found the shuttle, the experience was much easier. There was no signage for the rental company. Luckily, a Hertz customer service agent told us was to do. The shuttle driver was excellent. I was unaware that we needed an appointment for airport pick up. The Rentsmart 24 agent was condescending and scolded me for being 4 hours late because our flight was delayed. She was upset that I did not call ahead to change my appointment. Cons: Car was faulty and location for pickup incorrect. They redeemed themselves on drop off but car was dangerous to drive and should not have been on the road!

Pros: The company is one of the few company’s that want you to have anni international drivers license. Funny I managed to hire a car from 5 other companies in Italy without this. Since I booked through this website I could not get a refund or anything. Compete waste of money.

Pros: It was hard to reach by phone. No one answered when we needed crusial information about dropping off the car.

Cons: Its a company inside a company inside a company. So the the drop off is go park but the name of rental24 is never marked and nobody answer the phone so it was just lucky guess that we try the Gopark for delivering the car. The car was ok but not confortable as nissan micra that i thought i was renting. Fiat is not similar to nissan micra and there were only fiat available so false selling.

Pros: The car is new and powerfull, very economic.

Cons: To much time to pickup the car, it could be faster. The car office is not at the airport
