Pros: They have a nice shuttle from the airport to their rental place. Please note that they dont have an in-terminal office and you have to take a shuttle, which was easy. The car was very good value for money. Return process was easy. Return drop by shuttle was also good.

Cons: The person who gave me the car was VERY slow. He took a very long time to give me the car and was also a very hands off person. Not many instructions. Clearly was not happy with his job. In contrast the lady who returned my car was nice.

We wasted 2 hours at airport trying to find out how to get to the car rental location...no instructions on the confirmation about the shuttle, NO ANSWER when I tried calling the office. Wasted another hour to drop off the car...the address on confirmation did not take you directly to the location. Wasted gas to find the place & rental agency charged me 33 Euros for 5 Euros of gas. DON'T !

Pros: Our check-out was fast and effecient, there was no queue and no hard sell on the insurance. A dent was missed but easily added to the check sheet.

Cons: I provided all the documentation for my rental. I have been renting for over 20 years. Never I had an experience like this. They rejected my visa credit card. They don’t have a credit card terminal. They force you to take insurance. This not only caused undue stress but it seriously raises concerns about transparency and customer service practices.

Cons: Front desk tried to sell me insurance relentlessly, offering package after package even after multiple refusals. Very pushy and didn’t almost didn’t take no for an answer. Then the agent lied about a “$75 early return fee” that I would need to pay upon return, which was not in the contract. Did not need to pay this.

Cons: The agent try to manipulate us to buy insurance even though we bought one through you. She didn't let go and try to convince to buy tire insurance, promised us the car will scratch for sure and more. Every costumer took forever as she forced people with insurance to have another one and mostly succeed. We waited for 40 minutes to pick the car, although there were only 3 people ahead of us.

There was not even long queue, by the time my turn came representative from rental car went out to do something else when he knew that there are still some customers left. His colleague asked him to come back to start the check in process for me after a while. it never took so long for any of my previous car rentals, spending an hour just for waiting because of their slow process.

Stay away from RentSmart24, their cheap fares are just a trap.
