Pros: The drop off agent was fast and efficient.
Cons: The pick up experience was awful. The guy insisted we take their insurance coverage even though we booked coverage with discover cars. Then told us it was €100 but actually it was €500 extra. The whole time he was working with us his colleague was giving the customer next to us the same story. We both left there frustrated. It made us distrust them and the option of drop off before they opened for our early flight. We ended up dropping off the night before & a taxi to the airport. NEVER AGAIN!
Pros: We did Call you many on the phone, but were disconnected every time. And it was not possible to get in touch with you to arrange pick-up of the car or to modify The reservation. Therefore we never had the opportunity to pick up the car. We would like to have our payment refunded?

Pros: Everything was great service
Cons: Communication could be a little bit clearer. Somewhere on the documentation it says you need an additional credit card which is not true.

Cons: the location of the parking lot is bad, the lack of taxis from the location of the lot, the operating hours are too short, especially with a customer it takes an hour to get to the lot, the lack of an emergency tire in case of a flat tire and the lack of information that is not available!!!. The grounds staff are not helpful enough and do not provide enough information
Cons: They did not know information about replacing a tire in a case of flat tire, where is the equipment and c. , Did not tell us that car need oil replacement and adblue refeel , we got only 1/4 of the tank fuel. This is annoying issues
Pros: The actual check in/check out process was smooth and efficient.
Cons: Noleggiare doesn't provide its own shuttle at the Rome airport and the shuttle wasn't running that day for some reason. We burned an hour waiting for a shuttle that never came and ultimately, it cost us an additional 35 euros to go from the airport to the car rental location.
Pros: Nice car, very clean at a good price.
Cons: The only thing was to get the free shuttle to get to the OK rental office. Took us like an hour and a half to get there

Cons: We booked a car specifically to fit five people, three large suitcases and three small bags. The car we got didn’t accommodate those requests. We could barely fit three people and two suitcases. The car we booked was a Skoda Karoq or similar, the car we got was a Toyota C-HR. In my opinion, not the same size or standard.

Cons: When we picked up the car, we were charged an extra $300 Euro, nothing we could do about it if we wanted the car. Need more shuttles, need more employees.
Pros: Disgraceful- convinced us that we needed extra insurance when we had already purchased insurance with discover cars . Charged us another $2000 aud on top of what we had already paid to discover cars. Thieves!!!!!!!! Then discover cars would not help us with what we had been robbed - they basically washed their hands . DISGRACEFUL ANd WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND EITHER COMPANY . Go with a reputable company.
Cons: Apart from being robbed an extra $2000aud and discover cars not wanting to help us - there was no shuttle bus waiting at the airport to take us to the desk - it took us over 1 hour to find a shuttle bus - we stumbled on this bus - no advertising on the bus to show who they were - NEVER AGAIN - DO NOT EVER USE DISCOVER CARS OR NOLEGGIARE. - DISGRACEFUL AND THEIVES
Pros: We reserved a Luxury vehicle, supposed to be a Lexus RX or equivalent — received a Toyota RAV4, had to pay the same price.
Cons: Address for the location is incorrect. We spent 30 minutes attempting to find the location.

Cons: Didn't have the van I reserved months earlier, claiming it was in an accident. Quite rude.
Pros: Drop-off service was easy
Cons: I had to wait nearly one hour for the car and when it arrived it was extremely dirt (with dust and food inside) and full of scratches/dents. When dropping off the staff tried to say that we caused a big scratch, but luckily I'd taken pictures of all scratches before the pick-up so I could prove to them that it was already there. I will certainly avoid this company in the future.

Cons: They blackmailed me to spend more on a car. They were incredibly hard to find. They didn't honor my paid-in-full reservation from 2 months prior to pick up.
Cons: They required additional fees that doubled the cost of the car rental. Took advantage of tourist at a time where no other options were available.
Cons: Only complaint is that it would have been nice to know that our reservation would be canceled due to late arrival. We arrived 1.5 hours after reservation and our car had been given away. After some work, they found us a car and got us on our way.

Cons: They let us down massively and cost us a lot of money in finding a replacement hire car late in the evening after a delayed flight despite speaking to them multiple times and telling them we were on our way. Possibly the worst customer service I have ever had.
Cons: My car was not there when we arrived and they had no cars to rent. This almost ruined our entire vacation and caused a ton of stress. The woman was extremely rude and unhelpful.

Cons: Terrible service. The agent was very disrespectful. The agent was constantly on his phone, and attended others while I was trying to talk with him. He did not treat me well like a client or customer.

Cons: There was no gas, the car was extremely dented and damaged, we couldn’t even get out of the parking lot because the lot was so tightly parked. It was difficult to figure out where to go to pick up the car.

Cons: Not easy to find the location - poor signage from road. Didn't send the contract/insurance/receipt after two requests. Required more insurance that Discover explained would be needed. Ended up being very expensive for us.
Pros: that I couldn’t expect to get a car after being late and best of luck trying somewhere else. Representatives at other rental car companies were far more helpful in helping me try to figure out where I could get an automatic car. I will never book with discover cars after this experience and wouldn’t recommend anyone else to either.
Cons: They are scammers, they forced us to get additional insurance or they wouldn’t give us the car (I have two primary modes of international rental car coverage). I rented a Lexus hybrid suv or similar, they claimed that a Toyota hatchback is the same… while there was the exact Lexus I rented on the lot… then they claimed that it was rented later for different days and it’s too difficult to change the paperwork. Literal bs.
Cons: The rep that I was to call and arrange pick up told me there would be no problem canceling my rental, I have it in writing, and yet someone else at the company said they’re not acknowledging that!

Pros: When we arrived to pick up the car following a delay in the flight they brought us another vehicle and took from us an extra 72 euros. There was an attempt to ask the representative about it. Replied angrily and said a decision about which car is giving despite not our fault we were late flight was delayed we have to add money.
Pros: This was the worst costumer service I received in a very long time and I’m not the type of client to complain for no reason. I gently asked to understand why my reservation was given to another client even though I had checked in the same morning and the employee literally told me it is what it is pay more or walk away. I truly hope Noleggiare is going to reach out and offer a refund for the 10 euros per day that I was forced to pay for absolutely no reasons.

Cons: They want to charge me for damages that were already on the car. They even had the wrong damages noted on their paperwork and then they said it’s ok. When ur was time to return, they want ti charge me for it

Cons: They tried to convince me to buy another ensurance making me feel insicure about whether I was covered or not if a damage should happen. I already had made one with Discovercars, but they said that I were not covered with them.

A young driver fee applies to drivers under the age of 25.
Maximum rental age is 80 years.

The driver license must have been issued by authorized authorities at least 1 year(s) before the date of the commencement of the rental.
Driver licenses will be accepted if issued in the following country(ies): United Kingdom, EU countries.
Driver licenses from all other countries must be accompanied with International Driving Permit (IDP).
A driver license printed using a non-Roman alphabet (Arabic, Japanese, Cyrillic, etc) must be supplemented by an International Driving Permit.
For driver licenses from countries not party to the International Driving Permit treaty, an official translation of the license must be presented with the original license.
Please note that the International Driving Permit is valid only if accompanied by the regular driver license.
Only physical driver's licenses are accepted (not digital versions).
In addition to documents mentioned previously, the customer will need the following: passport, valid driver license, credit card on a main drivers name, booking voucher, flight information.
The exact deposit is determined on pick up since the amount is dependent on the type of vehicle.
It is possible to pay and leave the deposit only with the following payment methods: MasterCard credit card, VISA credit card, American Express credit card.
Only cards issued in the main driver's name are accepted.
The main driver must provide a physical payment card in their name with enough funds to cover the deposit to pick up the car. The rental company will neither accept virtual credit cards (e.g., GooglePay or ApplePay) nor someone else’s card (including family members).
Crossing country borders is allowed to the following countries: Andorra, Austria, Belgium, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Hungary, Iceland, Ireland, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Moldova, Monaco, Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain-Mainland, Switzerland, United Kingdom.
Additional charges will be applied in case the car is crossing state or region borders.
In the event that Cross Border & Territorial Restrictions are violated, all protections lose their validity.
Prices for extras are shown on the booking page.
Adding additional drivers is allowed.
There is an additional charge for each driver.
Underage additional drivers are subject to both Young Driver and Additional Driver fees.
When picking up the vehicle, all drivers must be present and must provide valid documentation.
During winter season (from 15.11. until 15.04.) Snow chains are included in price.
Certain additional drivers are subject to both an Additional Driver fee as well as either a Young Driver or Senior Driver fee.
Delivery/collection service is not provided.
Period of time, during regular working hours, when the car is still guaranteed for the customer, if the customer is late for pick up (the grace period) is 60 minutes.
