Pros: Easy to find pick up location, very helpful staff. Great car and very clean.

Cons: Drop off point changed, so that was a bit stressful.

Pros: It was not as costly as other places, but clearly you get what you pay for.

Cons: Zero instructions provided on how to get to the rental agency when arriving in Rome. Numerous phone numbers listed for the company that are no longer working, incredibly difficult to get help, and unfriendly staff. The car we got was not great, and despite buying insurance online, they said it wasn’t sufficient and tried to sell us more insurance for more than the cost of the rental!

Cons: They didn't want to give me the car I rented on the first place, the agent that received me on the first day said the car had been picked up on the day before but I saw it standing outside, he wanted me to pay extra to buy an insurance service with them stating that "the insurance you have with discover cars is a pretty product but it doesn't cover you in case of damage" 2 days after the drop off I still didn't get the deposit released, already sent them a email with no response from them

Pros: Price was lower than some competitors, and a car was actually available when we went to get it.

Cons: Not easy to find the location to drop the car. Without a mapping application on our phones, we would never have found it. Instructions for pickup just said to call a number, but no mention of the fact that we would be picked up by a third party service (ParkInGo or something like that), and the procedures for getting the car. The cars were wedged ion so tightly that it took a 30 point turn or so to get out of the space without damaging our car or the adjacent ones.

Cons: The signs to get to the car rental pick up at Rome was awful, it was very difficult to find and took us a long time to understand how to get there. I tried to call but the number given on the rental confirmation was always 'busy'.

Cons: They did not answer the only phone number provided on the day of our arrival to pick us up, so we had no way to get to the rental desk! Had to call an Uber and went to our hotel. Finally reached Noleggiare at 4:10 pm and with help from Discover Cars, arranged pickup the next day. I requested a refund for the two rides we paid for due to this blunder only to be denied because the call logs they asked for and I provided did not show the unanswered calls as any rational person should understand !!

Finally made it to pick up the car only to be told I was late (despite calling prior to check in time) and was charged 300 Euros more for another car!! Also insisted on selling me insurance, although I already had this. Ended up paying 800 Euro when my originally booking was for 300!! :-(

Pros: I appreciated the insurance explanation at the pickup counter and that there was no "hard sell" once I declined to purchase the additional insurance (I was already covered by another provider).

Cons: I had reserved a class of vehicle that had boot space for two large and two small suitcases - the MG that was provided could barely fit two standard large (not huge) suitcases. The brand new MG provided had an electronic workaround installed (glued to the front screen in the driver's line of sight!) just in case the remote key did not work which happened every day. The navigation/radio system randomly shut off. The car never should have been rented with such known issues.

Pros: Terrible service both in pickup and dropping. They did not showed some small (around 1-2mm) defects on painting. During drop out the considered such small stuff a real damage, and charge insurance and myself. Looks like real extortion. Dishonest business practice.

Pros: This is the worst company, they should be delisted from your website. From the second we got in, they started finding excuses to rent us the booked cars. We were going to fight and ended up calling the cops on them and escalating the matter until they accepted to give us the cars.

When dropping off the staff tried to say that we caused a big scratch, but luckily I'd taken pictures of all scratches before the pick-up so I could prove to them that it was already there. I gently asked to understand why my reservation was given to another client even though I had checked in the same morning and the employee literally told me it is what it is pay more or walk away. I truly hope Noleggiare is going to reach out and offer a refund for the 10 euros per day that I was forced to pay for absolutely no reasons.
