Also- rhe roadside assistance number was disconnected & when I called the rental car company help desk, we were “mistakenly disconnected” two times

Cons: We waited for 1.5 hours in line to get our car. We were not clearly told that we were renting electric-only cars. We were given no instructions on when/where/ how to charge. The app didn’t work at first and the number I was given to call for assistance was disconnected. The first two days of our trip was a disaster involving many tears due to not being informed & having to figure out stuff in a foreign country on our own.

Pros: Was doing a lot of driving on this trip and accidentally booked an all electric vehicle. The desk agent at the airport was very accommodating in helping to switch us to a gas powered minivan.

Cons: Noleggiare decided to ruin its pluses by keeping for each of the 5 rented cars an extra fee out of our deposits for an “Extra Driver”, an option that was not requested, they initially tried to force us to pay for it at the car pick-up saying that we opted online for such option, but that couldn’t have been the case as we only had 5 drivers to begin with; not only that, but the additional drivers were identified as the exact initial drivers (name, license, etc).

The rent was finalized through the Broker Discovercars.it. At the check-out time, when picking-up the vehicle I documented by photos all the damages already present on the car. Eventually one specific damage, which was also documented by me and by the rental company representative, was not reported on the damages

Cons: Not easy to find the location to drop the car. Without a mapping application on our phones, we would never have found it. Instructions for pickup just said to call a number, but no mention of the fact that we would be picked up by a third party service (ParkInGo or something like that), and the procedures for getting the car. The cars were wedged ion so tightly that it took a 30 point turn or so to get out of the space without damaging our car or the adjacent ones.

The brand new MG provided had an electronic workaround installed (glued to the front screen in the driver's line of sight!) just in case the remote key did not work which happened every day. The navigation/radio system randomly shut off. The car never should have been rented with such known issues.

Cons: The rep that I was to call and arrange pick up told me there would be no problem canceling my rental, I have it in writing, and yet someone else at the company said they’re not acknowledging that!

Pros: Nothing. The service was absolute trash

Cons: The people were rude, they lied, they scammed extra money, they were not helpful in any way.

Pros: When we arrived to pick up the car following a delay in the flight they brought us another vehicle and took from us an extra 72 euros. There was an attempt to ask the representative about it. Replied angrily and said a decision about which car is giving despite not our fault we were late flight was delayed we have to add money.

Pros: This was the worst costumer service I received in a very long time and I’m not the type of client to complain for no reason. I gently asked to understand why my reservation was given to another client even though I had checked in the same morning and the employee literally told me it is what it is pay more or walk away. I truly hope Noleggiare is going to reach out and offer a refund for the 10 euros per day that I was forced to pay for absolutely no reasons.

Pros: I refused to rent a car because I felt unsecured by the company

Cons: They want to charge me for damages that were already on the car. They even had the wrong damages noted on their paperwork and then they said it’s ok. When ur was time to return, they want ti charge me for it

Pros: The price

Cons: It was too hard to find the office. Also they gave twice wrong cars before I managed to get the right one at the end

Cons: They tried to convince me to buy another ensurance making me feel insicure about whether I was covered or not if a damage should happen. I already had made one with Discovercars, but they said that I were not covered with them.

Pros: The service was good.

Pros: I had no problems with the service or the car.
