Pros: The car itself was good and comfortable for the trip.

Cons: I did not like being charged an excessive amount for a minor cosmetic wheel scratch, especially after being informed that small damages would normally not be charged. I also did not like being pressured into paying for a vehicle upgrade because the originally offered car did not meet the luggage space I had booked.

The guy in the front desk was not nice and kind when i picked up the car i shot the car and then i saw damage on the car and record him on video to my prove safety and was little aggressive told me not picture him even its legal and I know as Jurist. The check of the cars return buy the same guy was little intrusive with flashlight all over body car.

Cons: Waiting line to get the car contract excruciatingly long/painful, this was ridiculous... Got there at 11:30Am, had to get a ticket, to finally be actually in the car, ready to go, by 2PM ! All the others counters/companies were mostly empty or dealing way much faster.... On top of that, I discovered, too late, that I paid way too much.

Cons: The car was not very clean inside, inspection during pick-up seemed rather shady and not so transparent. Car didn't seem to be in an optimal maintenance condition and during drop-off they were trying to make me responsible for an engine malfunction sign at the car's panel.

Free cancellation with a full refund up to 48 hours before your pick-up time, Unlimited mileage, Collision Damage Waiver (deductible: € 1200.00), Theft Protection, Airport surcharge, Third Party Liability (TPL), Road tax, VAT (value added tax), Free modifications.
Mileage policy
For rentals of 28 days or more, mileage is limited to 117 km per day.
Driver requirements
Minimum rental age is 19 years.
A young driver fee applies to drivers under the age of 25.

There is no maximum age.
A Senior driver fee is not applied.

The driver license must have been issued by authorized authorities at least 3 year(s) before the date of the commencement of the rental.

Only physical driver's licenses are accepted (not digital versions).
Learner's permits are not accepted; a full driver's license is required.
A driver license printed using a non-Roman alphabet (Arabic, Japanese, Cyrillic, etc) must be supplemented by an International Driving Permit.
In addition to the regular driver license, an International Driving Permit is also mandatory if the customer is not a resident of the following country(ies): United Kingdom, EU countries.
Please note that the International Driving Permit is valid only if it is accompanied by a regular driver's license, is issued by an official authority or government-authorized organization, and is in physical (not digital) form.

For driver licenses from countries not party to the International Driving Permit treaty, an official translation of the license must be presented with the original license.

In addition to documents mentioned previously, the customer will need the following: valid driver license, credit or debit card on a main driver's name, Passport or ID card, booking voucher. Renters from the following country(ies): Italy must provide the following documents: additional ID showing home address (e.g. Utility bill) in order to collect the car.

Cross border rentals are allowed only upon previous request.

Crossing country borders to Norway, Switzerland, United Kingdom, EU countries is free of charge.

In the event that Cross Border & Territorial Restrictions are violated, all protections lose their validity.

During winter season (from 15.11 until 15.04.) Snow chains are included in price.
All extras are available at the rental counter. Prices vary, depending on the rental period.
Fuel policy
The vehicle is provided with a full tank of fuel and must be returned with the same amount in order to avoid additional charges.
Additional information
By law, winter tires are mandatory on all roads from 15.10 to 15.04 in the following regions: Aoasta-Valley.

Snow chains are recommended in icy/snowy conditions, especially when traveling in mountainous areas.

Service outside of business hours is available by request and for an additional charge.
In order to have service out of hours, the renter must provide the following information: Flight number, train number.
A maximum of 59 minutes is available for service outside of business hours.

The supplier will hold the vehicle for 59 minutes after your scheduled pick-up time as long as it is within their normal business hours. After this time, your booking may be canceled without refund.
