Pros: Service was ok but incredibly slow. Took nearly 2 hrs to rent the car that was pre booked but most of that was due to DiscoverCars.com horrible service.

Cons: Our car was NOT properly serviced and the battery failed within days of collecting it. We had to organise collection of the car to a repair centre over an hour away and then organise our own transport to collect the car the following day. We lost nearly two days of the car use and pay for transport to collect it. When dropping the car off, there was no mention of it, not even an apology let alone mention of a compensation for the lost days and cost to collect. Do not book with this company.

Cons: The shuttleservice took over one hour to pick is up. There were too many people waiting as the bus could handle, to it was a fight every time it came who will get the seat on the bus. After one hour in the sun we got lucky to get two seats for 4 people. At the rentals desk it were again many people in the line and not one chair. It was an absolute shambles and we will never use discover cars again

Cons: Difficulté à trouver la navette à l'aéroport. Le retour de réservation devrait être accompagné d'un plan précis du lieu de rendez-vous. Le moteur un peu "mou" de la voiture (KIA) qui rendait les dépassements trop risqués surtout sur les routes de montagne (Abruzzes et Monti Sibilini). Nous aurions préféré la Golf WV prévue au départ ....

Cons: Return the car on a holiday and was alarmed to discover office was closed. Agent did not make it clear that drop off would be done this way, or that shuttle would be available easily. It all worked but it was disconcerting.

Cons: Car provided was a different class - estate wagon instead of SUV, but Target Rent claimed it was the same class. Uncomfortable waiting area - no chairs, water or wi-fi. Shuttle waiting point without shelter or seating both at Target Rent and at the airport.

Cons: There were no instructions to reach the picking up point and they were very pushy to sell additional services and insurance even though and insurance was purchased through Discovercars (they mentioned the insurance purchased was not good enough !).

I do understand it's because of heavy running of vehicle, but it was bit of hassle to find the correct oil and fill it in a country which I am new and don't understand language. The rent a car people reimburse the money which was great.
