Cons: Het blijft moeilijk. Je huurt bij Discoverycars en neemt een verzekering en aan de balie beginnen ze opnieuw over een verzekering die je al hebt maar proberen ze je die toch te verkopen. Ze praten heel snel, terwijl je het systeem niet goed kent. Je moet veel handtekenen zonder veel uitleg. Dat zou allemaal iets vriendelijker en menselijker mogen. Minder zakelijk en rustiger.

Cons: Targetrent did not accept my credit card as it only shows my first name initial and not my full first name which is the first I have ever heard of this and hence they scammed me out of an additional €290 for full coverage as I could only pay with the deposit by debit card if I took out their full coverage. Discovercars.com did refund their £60 full coverage charge which targetrent said was not valid anyway.

Pros: The shuttle driver was a kind person working in a stressful situation with many people waiting for the transfer. Even if he was entitled to pickup only the driver he managed to to bring me and my 2 small daughters to the rent station.

The waiting time for the transfer was too much, many people waiting at the airport. Also I was travelling with my kids and the shuttle driver was entitled to pickup only the driver of the car, which could be not possible to me to leave my minor kids alone!

We had to organise collection of the car to a repair centre over an hour away and then organise our own transport to collect the car the following day. We lost nearly two days of the car use and pay for transport to collect it. When dropping the car off, there was no mention of it, not even an apology let alone mention of a compensation for the lost days and cost to collect. Do not book with this company.
