Pros: Very quick, courteous and efficient service and a decent car, despite the fact of its needing a mechanical service at the time of collection.

Cons: The above matter was a cause for slight concern but in the end proved to be of no consequence.

Cons: Everything i have asked them for a full refund plus compensation. The car that I rented was damaged and I didn’t get a new car during my rental period.

Cons: Dal database risultava che l’auto fosse perfetta, come nuova, quando invece aveva 70000 km e diversi danni, che ho dovuto documentare da zero

Pros: The car was in good shape and the drop off was very fast.

Cons: The long waiting time when picking up the car and the fact that their POS machines did not work properly. We had our card blocked because the first agent kept insisting it had to be inserted in the machine. And after we managed to unblock it by calling our bank abroad, a different agent told us to use the contactless option and it worked.

Cons: Pick up did not involve a walkthrough of car damages, it was only mentioned that the car was “brand new”. Whereas drop off stated the same and immediately recognized that the door lock was broken. The car was not brand new - it had damages prior to my pick up

Cons: No momento de levantar as chaves bastante confuso. Carro sujo no exterior e no interior era aceitável. O carro tinha um dano bastante grande e visível, mas não estava no registro. Por sorte fiz uma revisão e avisei o funcionário para atualizar a ficha antes de eu sair com o carro.

Cons: I didn't like the services from Goldcar. The agent and also the office manager were extremely rude and not able to answer our questions. The insurance cover from Discovery were not accepted and the options were: leave 1200€ of guarantee and if something happens we had to pay an then ask for Discovey to use the insurance, or make a contract of a Goldcar insurance. Very bad experience

Cons: My initial payment was not found by the agent. I had to pay in full. Car was in very bad conditions. Scratched everywhere. Brakes were not working good. A weird and loud sound everytime brakes were used. The worse car rental experience I have ever had in my life
