Autovia at Rome Airport Fiumicino

Pros: NOTHING. THE GUY AT THE CLERCK NEEDS TO BE FIRED. HE AND HIS FELLOW MATE CURSED US- called us liars. We've been booking cars for more than 20 times, we never seen such a discrase.

Cons: In order to make it pleasant, they told us when we booked we can return the car by 17:24. We arrived at the parking lot 7 minutes later. The guy wasn't in office, THEY CONSUDERED THAT AS A DAY LATE WITH A 50 EUROS FINE. just book a real rental car and a more reliable one- do not trust AUTOVIA- where they try to screw you and the service is horrible to the point where you are being cursed.

Pros: They were crooks. Forced me to pay 200 euros extra through a set of baseless claims. Eg. You arrived 1hr and 3min after the scheduled booking slot but we only guarantee the car for 1hr. We’ve given it to someone else and now you have to pay extra for the next sized available car. We will block 500 euros on your card as it’s a debit card, unless you pay 90 euros extra per day, then we will only block 200 euros on your debit card (the argument was they needed a credit card which was obv. A lie)

Cons: Crap, liars, awful - don’t ever recommend to use

Cons: Needed to know exactly where to drop off car as I dropped it off at Naples Centrale train station, a different location than my pick up.

Pros: Great service. Had a bit of an issue, trying to find a representative when we were dropping the car off at the airport location, but in the end it worked out fine.

Cons: The car was very old; there was no carpet provided on the driver's side. The worst about the car is that the left indicator was broken and not functioning. The windscreens were old and worn off and when you had to use them, there was a scratchy sound

Cons: 1. I had to wait too long at the rental desk. 2. There was a problem with processing my credit card. I called my credit card company and there was no problem or block on their end, yet the front desk person insisted it was my problem. It was not. I insisted she keep trying, and finally the payment went through. 3. There was no washer fluid in the car. 4. The right-hand radio/menu control button was missing. 5. There was no one to receive the car when I returned it at 8:10pm on a Wednesday.

Cons: Well the insurance problem was thenmost confusing thing. As the autovia said the insurance you made is not valid if there is an accident...and as they said it is really hard to get compensation from your web site...i trusted you and paid no extra money to them.

Pros: Rome was easy and the stuff were kind

Cons: Naples employees are crooks. They approved the car return and then walked us to the desk where they told us about damages to the car. When we requested to go see the car and take photos of the allegations of damage, the car was gone and was not brought back.

Cons: The desk at Rome airport had only one person and I had to wait over an hour. The car had to be changed because the cargo space had no cover. They tell you that they will not honour the insurance you paid already to discover cars so you end up paying extra. The remote control would not work properly so the car sometimes would not lock. Non of the phone numbers connect or answer neither do they answer their emails. Very poor service do not use!

Pros: Better customer service from the male agent and terrible service from the female agent.

Cons: Going over my application wasn’t very helpful and upgraded my car probably knowing the tank was full, because you collect the car on another floor I couldn’t be bothered making the trip to explain to the person to explain it as I probably wouldn’t have ruined the start of my trip.

Cons: The car was dirty. Extremely unsafe as tyres had multiple repairs and were flat. On the second day the car got a flat tyre. I brought it to a garage and I got told that the previous repairs broke. I had to go back to the airport to get a new car. Spent €20 to temporarily fix the tyre and never got a refund for it. The agents at the desk were rude and unhelpful, they kept blaming us for a car that was lacking maintenance and was unsafe to drive. Will never rent from this car hire.
