Saferide rent a car at Miami Airport

Pros: Terrible and rude service. I never got a car. Discover cars need to provide q refund of the money I paid

Cons: I landed and they informed me they did not have a car for me even though I had paid for and reserved it weeks before. Left me stranded in Miami

Cons: As per previous comment no vehicle to take us to Saferide, no vehicle to return us back to the airport had to pay for taxis

Cons: Your agency charged me for the reservation, but I was forced to rent it at Alamo, once I arrived in Miami. Please refund.

Pros: It was very easy with the staff and the pick up was quite quick. Less time spent.

Cons: The Sun Pass daily cost of 10$ was a bit expensive if you’re having rental of 2 weeks or more in addition to the toll. The tool was only $40 but the activation of Sun Pass was 120$.

Cons: On our contract it said we had until 17:59 to collect our car but I arrived at17:07 and they said the car was gone. I had paid for a 8 seater and the gave me a Buick eclipse which could not fit our luggage, my parents ended up having to rent a second car from a reputable car rental company so we could accommodate all people and luggage. It is by far the worst car rental I ever had

Cons: I was given no option but purchasing the full coverage. I have always used my own insurance or credit card coverage and they didn't allow me to. That plus the electronic toll device added an extra $150.

Pros: Cheaper than all the big box rental agencies.

Cons: Unconventional - had to call them in order to be picked up upon arrival but overall very quick. They came in the car I rented. Need to be clear on passengers and number of luggage.

Pros: Easily the best car rental experience I’ve ever had. The person helping me was cheerful, professional, and efficient and the car was in excellent condition. I will definitely be using this service on my next trip to Miami.

Cons: The service was slow. Staff stated they would pick my group and I in 20 minutes but came over an hour later. During the return of the car staff denied dropping my group of 8 off in 2 cars like they did when we arrived so I had to drop them off then head back to the car rental and when I got there the driver was gone so we had to wait for him to get back. The staff who answered the phone should have advised me that when I called.

Pros: Safe ride brought the car to the airport so it was waiting for us when we got there. An agent helped me every step of the way and made it unbelievably easy from pickup to drop off and she was extremely pleasant!

Cons: The rental car had a lot of hidden charges, and surcharges that isn't industry standard. I understand that they are a small business, but they charge admin fees for insurance waiver processing. The person dropping us off at the airport didn't speak English and we had some trouble coordinating drop off. However, it wasn't an uncomfortable experience.

Pros: They dont allow you to use your own Toll Pass $25 daily charge. Nor your own insurance. Which was about $50 per day. Nothing like how i was quoted when i made the reservation. Those charges are for everyone. No exceptions. Beware! DON'T RECOMMEND TO MY WORSE ENEMY!
