Pros: One your website it mentioned that if using a debit card a $200 hold will be placed on the card which I didn’t mind. When I went to rental place I was told $1,000 and I was charged but never reimbursed. I requested a reimbursement but never received it. I tried calling to speak with someone..3x I got people that couldn’t help me

Cons: Customer service at pick up. Car does not entertainment apple carplay, Extremely used cars. Excessive charge for insurance fee even using my own. Overall bad experience, the charge in the credit card for safety deposit was supposed to be a hold not a post.

Pros: Horrible customer service, horrible vehicle. It broke down and we were stranded on the side of the road. I called the roadside # a dozen times, they only answered twice and hung up on me after asking my name.

Cons: Several things I didn't appreciate: price change at time of p/u, hidden fees, virtual attendant not provided w/ALL details (such as coverage elected) amount of down pymt required ($200-$1000), foreign # listed on website when they have an 866#, forced to pay for Sun pass ($16 for unlimited tolls daily or $10 for activation and billed for balance @ time of return, they govern volume of radio and speed.

Cons: the agent was rude and not helpful at all. the manager was just as bad. the process of taking and trying to explain anything to them so bad. I lost my temper. I was so fed-up with they company i just left. The gentleman next to me was experiencing the same issue.

Cons: Started off ok but Abigail was the agent I had to deal with which was the worst car rental experience I've ever had thanks to her .We were left stranded with no car unless we paid her $200+ dollars more to rent the car . E-Toll/Sunpass activation fee is 9.99 USD per day.
Personal consumption will be charged separately at the end of the rental period.
Prepaid tolls are available for 16.99 USD per day.
If the customer declines Toll pass / E-toll device, a penalty of 50.00 USD for each toll used in addition to the cost for each paid or unpaid toll will apply.
Please note, that it is difficult to avoid Toll Roads while driving in Florida State, so it is highly recommended to activate Toll Device offered by the provider in order to avoid violation charges (up to the full amount of security deposit). Note that it is not possible to use personal Toll device or pay on spot.
Mileage is limited to 50 miles per day.

A young driver fee applies to drivers under the age of 25.
Maximum rental age is 80 years.
A senior driver fee applies to drivers over the age of 71.
The driver license must have been issued by authorized authorities at least 1 year(s) before the date of the commencement of the rental.
A driver license printed using a non-Roman alphabet (Arabic, Japanese, Cyrillic, etc) must be supplemented by an International Driving Permit.
Please note that the International Driving Permit is valid only if accompanied by the regular driver license.
For driver licenses from countries not party to the International Driving Permit treaty, an official translation of the license must be presented with the original license.
In addition to documents mentioned previously, the customer will need the following: passport, valid driver license, ID card, credit card on a main drivers name, booking voucher.
The exact deposit is determined on pick up since the amount is dependent on the type of vehicle.
It is possible to pay and leave the deposit only with the following payment methods: MasterCard credit card, VISA credit card, American Express credit card.
Only cards issued in the main driver's name are accepted.
The following payment methods are accepted: Cash.
When paying with cash, a debit/credit card issued on the main driver's name is required for security purposes.
Cheques, Prepaid cards is/are not accepted.
The main driver must provide a physical payment card in their name with enough funds to cover the deposit to pick up the car. The rental company will neither accept virtual credit cards (e.g., GooglePay or ApplePay) nor someone else’s card (including family members).

Adding additional drivers is allowed.
There is an additional charge for each driver.
Underage additional drivers are subject to both Young Driver and Additional Driver fees.
When picking up the vehicle, all drivers must be present and must provide valid documentation.
