Pros: Very prompt, very transparent and honest. No hidden clauses or charges.
Cons: Only one thing, the person who collected the car did not have a record of the existing scratches/dents the car had when it was handed over to us, so she pointed out these scratches to us and said that these were the damages which must be noted. However, we had pictures taken of these very scratches when we had rented out the car on the first day and showed them as proof as preexisting scratches which she accepted without any doubt. But still it would have been good if these were on her record.
Pros: Customer service was top notch. Rental desk representative even recommended some places to visit and some to stay away from.
Cons: Car could have been newer but understandable for the island the rental was on.

Pros: Our flight was delayed and we needed to rush to our hotel to connect to work but spent over 1 hour picking up the car because they kept offering to sell upgrades non stop and we ended up missing important meetings! We felt trapped, not matter how many time we said we didn’t want to buy anything extra or any upgrades! Discovercars was great as always but the experience at sixt was very different from the other companies where we rented cars from
Cons: the charterer insisted on their insurance policy, offered at the same price as the entire rental (around €300). Assuming that the full insurance made through the booking was not a real "full" insurance
Cons: They haven’t received your approval to change the main driver on my reservation even if they talk on the phone with your agents.
Pros: The representative was so helpful and kind. Check in and check out was very easy and did not take much time at all.

Pros: Rapidité et gentillesse . Rogerio a pris le temps de tout nous expliquer à notre retour suite à une égratignure sur la voiture. Il a été très compréhensif, gentil et à l'écoute.
Cons: Nous avons eu besoin de l'assistance téléphonique car la voiture a eu un problème. Le monsieur ne parlait pas français, ne voulait pas nous passer quelqu'un d'autre et ne faisait aucun effort de prononciation au téléphone. Il nous a finalement raccroché au nez

Cons: The problem was the car had an incredible amount of damage on it, which in hindsight I should have declined. When reviewing the car on pick up we had quite a list of things to note. I didn't realize that one of the scratches was not on the extensive list and as such we were dinged it on our return.

Cons: I was told I HAD to have full to empty and I only used half a tank of petrol so lost my money. When returning the car the person on the forecourt told me they should not have changed the agreement but I could do nothing as it was in the evening.

Cons: Car engine to small. 0,9l for a CFMR/CFMR on mountainous territory is a joke.
Pros: The car. I got that car what I expected.
Cons: The price of the insurance. And the insurance conditions, a good insurance was too expensive. The optimal price version not included the stratch cover.
