Pros: The representative, Nelson was so helpful and good humoured
Cons: It was difficult to find the service desk on arrival to the airport because there was no sign at the Eurocar helpdesk.

Pros: The car was better than expected, underpowered but good mileage and nice open roof.
Cons: A) Tried to make me pay twice for insurance. B) The car had a minor issue, tried to contact them several times and had no answer. I finally fixed the problem by myself. C) High price for late pickup.

Cons: It was not clear that Keddy has no own desk. So I looked for Keddy and couldn t find. Then somebody. Told me it s the desk of Europcar. 15 Minutes lost.
Pros: Upgrade and explanations
Pros: Easy to pick up and drop off. Representatives were helpful and easy to locate in both airport and car park. Note that ‘Keddy’ is actually Europacar.
Pros: Easy access in terminal although the kiddy sign was not displaid
Cons: Attempt at upselling in the office 150 euros extra for a diesel or I might not be able to drive out of the city. I should have gone direct to europcar rather than through a broker. I should take europcar insurance because third party policies don’t payout due to the small print. The paper and computer damage reports don’t tally. I spent a lot of time worrying that I was going to be stung for the missing aerial that I hadn’t noticed on pickup. This had been recorded on the system but not on paper
