Pros: The agency put a $1,000 USD hold on my credit card against damage and did not take any payment for what I feared might be some small scratches.

Cons: Drop off was changed and we were not iformed.

Pros: The prompt collection and drop off of car as we were late flying in and needed a swift pickup flying out.

Pros: Zeer vriendelijke mensen en goede service. Blij dat ik de extra dekking voor de verzekering heb afgesloten. Klein ongelukje gehad in een parkeergarage maar de herstelkosten daarvan zijn dus gedekt.

Pros: Rodavente were friendly, informative and supportive for our trip to Madeira. We actually even had a car breakdown due to gearbox failure, but they came and got us with a replacement in no time at all. Ensuring the safety of our baby.

Pros: No issues, deposit returned, car in good condition.

Cons: A bit long wait during the registration. Still high deposit relatively to world standards. Received Opel Corsa except Citroen C3, which I think is bigger.

Pros: We did have an issue with the initial car where the key would not open car,we had 3/4 tank of petrol in car .we were given another car but there was no reimbursement for the extra fuel or taken into account otherwise great 👍

It would be good to inform people of the fact that there is not any single petrol station open early in the morning near the, airport!

Cons: Did not like the way how to return the key of the car at 23h in the evening. Easier would be to put the key in a box at the parking place.

Cons: The information provided on the check in enveloppe was misleading. It read 3/4- so we thought the tank was 3/4 full when actually the photo we took after the car delivery showed slightly more than 1/2 full. So we returned the car 3/4 full when in fact is was minus 3/4!! Not very clear to be honest. We prefer to receive a full tank and return a full tank, that way there is no misunderstanding. The agent who checked us in and out (the same person) did not make this very clear.

Mașina avea câteva zgârieturi pe care așa le preluasem și eu, dar care nu au fost trecute pe procesul verbal fiindcă nu a existat nicio procedură de verificare a mașinii în prima zi. Doamna a realizat asta și fără a spune nimic a verificat într-o constatare mai veche existența zgârieturilor. Nota 10 pentru profesionalism.

Cons: Scârba agentului de la preluarea mașinii. Nici nu a verificat mașina împreună cu mine. Pentru asta ar trebui dat afară. Nu a depus niciun efort în a mă ajuta să găsesc biroul de închirieri care este în alt loc față de locul de preluare.

Pros: Practically brand new car (~2.500km), which corresponded to ordered one.

Cons: Partial to partial fuel policy (common in the destination). No confirmation when returning the car. The deposit is still blocked almost a week after the return.

Pros: Quick, easy, they didn’t try to sell add ons etc when we picked up the car. Quickly answered emails when we wanted to extend our rental by a few hours. Brand new Renault Clio that had car play so didn’t need GPS. Very thorough with the checking of the car before and after.

Cons: They didn’t have the price that was quoted and tried to charge me €40 more however once I picked up on this they asked to see the discover car invoice which then they reduced the price to match Discover Car. This was the only negative
