Cons: While renting online, I paid for full comprehensive insurance. About ten euros per day. When I arrived at the rental, the renter started to scare me and told me that Recover insurance doesn't work with them. And if I want full insurance, I have to pay them 360 euros. Double the rent. After I saw them checking the car with tweezers, I got scared and had to pay them 360 euros in addition to the hundred euros I paid you. This is a sting. I want my insurance back.

I saw people desperately sitting and thinking what to do as they refuse to take any alternative at the company if the person doesn’t have a credit physical card.

Free cancellation with a full refund up to 48 hours before your pick-up time, Unlimited mileage, Collision Damage Waiver (deductible: € 1200.00), Theft Protection, Third Party Liability (TPL), Airport surcharge, Free modifications, State Tax.
Rate excludes
There is a mandatory additional charge of 2 EUR per day for Road tax for all rentals.
Driver requirements
Minimum rental age is 18 years.
A young driver fee applies to drivers under the age of 26.

There is no maximum age.
A Senior driver fee is not applied.

The driver license must have been issued by authorized authorities at least 2 year(s) before the date of the commencement of the rental.

In addition to the regular driver license, an International Driving Permit is also mandatory if the customer is not a resident of the following country(ies): United Kingdom, EU.

Please note that the International Driving Permit is valid only if it is accompanied by a regular driver's license, is issued by an official authority or government-authorized organization, and is in physical (not digital) form.
Driver licenses from the following country(ies): China will be accepted only if the translation is approved by the Consulate or Embassy.

In order to pick up the car, the following documents are required: passport, valid driver license, credit card on a main drivers name, booking voucher. ID documents must be hard copies; documents held on mobile devices will not be accepted.
Deposit and deductible policy
It is only possible to pay and leave a deposit using the same card.
Optional extras and services
Available special equipment: GPS Navigation system, Baby seat (up to 1 year of age), Child seat (2-4 years of age), Booster seat (4-10 years of age), Snow chains.
Prices for extras are shown on the booking page.

Adding additional drivers is allowed.
There is an additional charge for each driver.
Underage additional drivers are subject to both Young Driver and Additional Driver fees.
When picking up the vehicle, all drivers must be present and must provide valid documentation.


Fuel policy
The vehicle is provided with a full tank of fuel and must be returned with the same amount in order to avoid additional charges.
A deposit for a tank of fuel is required upon pick up.
Additional information
Winter tires are not mandatory in Portugal.
Snow chains are recommended in icy/snowy conditions, especially when traveling in mountainous areas.
Business hours
Service outside of business hours is available by request and for an additional charge of 50 EUR.
The supplier will hold the vehicle for 59 minutes after your scheduled pick-up time as long as it is within their normal business hours. After this time, your booking may be canceled without refund.
