Pros: Helpful staff

Cons: Quite a lot of bumps and scratches on the bodywork for the age of the car

Pros: The office is conveniently located near the airport, staff was helpful and the whole pick up and drop off process was smooth and simple

Cons: They block 250 euros on your credit card for fuel, which feels a bit high compared to others.

Pros: Much better price than the big chains, efficient and competent staff once you reach the office.

Cons: Shuttle service is not very frequent and instructions for pickup location is not so clear.

Pros: They were quick, efficient and offered some traveling tips as well.

Pros: did receive free upgrade, nice staff, all conditions clearly explained, no fuss on return

Cons: had to wait a bit more at pick up point at airport as shuttle was full and also there were few people at the rental desk, so the whole process getting a car took a bit more than 1 hour

Cons: While renting online, I paid for full comprehensive insurance. About ten euros per day. When I arrived at the rental, the renter started to scare me and told me that Recover insurance doesn't work with them. And if I want full insurance, I have to pay them 360 euros. Double the rent. After I saw them checking the car with tweezers, I got scared and had to pay them 360 euros in addition to the hundred euros I paid you. This is a sting. I want my insurance back.

Pros: Staff was friendly, helpfull, administration was fast, it was easy to find the transfer.

Cons: I was not satisfied with the car we received, as it did not match the price category of the vehicle we originally booked.

Cons: You need to always yave physical credit card, most people thede days travel with their phone and a bit of cash. They need to make it more flexible. I saw people desperately sitting and thinking what to do as they refuse to take any alternative at the company if the person doesn’t have a credit physical card.

Cons: unfriendly, tried to persuade us for additional insurances even though we explaines that we had already booked full coverage, much too complicated procedure for pick up and drop off - compared to many other companies that we have used in the past. would really not recommend it.

Cons: A little confusing during the drop off process, however in the end it was simple and was able to leave the car in the morning before opening hours.

Cons: Slowest service ever picking up. It took 1.5 hours for paperwork. Then we had an incident which was supposed to cost 60 eur, but ended up totalling 800 eur because of their up charge.

Cons: There was 1 person waiting so it took an hour to get our car... We had to call a taxi for 10 Euros because the van did not arrive for 20 minutes.

Cons: Location was away from airport, required at least a shuttle service (which was provided however).

Cons: Offer of insurance was offered as an option, Discovercars.com insurance was not recognised as valid by them. I had my own annual car hire insurance as well.
