Cons: Car was significantly worse than the model described, and incredibly slow. No description of power.

Cons: The welcoming agent was rude, mean and aggressive! I have never seen such a poor customer service.

Pros: relatively cheap

Cons: shuttle bus only picked up the driver and I had to leave my family at the airport. In addition, my pick up was for 11am and I didn't get the car until 12pm due to one staff on the desk and slow service. My advice, pay a little more and go for someone more established. I also didn't get the Seat i had paid for.

Cons: Customer service was very poor, mid communication by the staff on collection. The lady who was inspecting all the renters cars on Monday 25th August was extremely rude and implying renters brought cars back dirty when they were not clean in the first place and expected them to go be cleaned holding us up for flights. However she would not show photos of the condition of the cars to prove they had been returned in a worse condition.

Pros: Il y avait un gros problème de frein sur la voiture, ils nous ont dis de perdre du temps sur nos vacances en revenant à l’agence pour échanger la voiture. Alors que nous avions réservé une Peugeot 208 ou similaire et nous avons eu une Opel corsa qui est normalement le premier prix sur leur site.

Pros: Nous avons eu un soucis avec la première voiture, elle a été changé extrêmement rapidement, arrangeants et sympathiques je recommande vivement !

Pros: I am very disappointed with this rental company. The car was extremely weak and after complaining that it wouldn't start at all I was told that this was normal.

Pros: Out of hours drop off worked well

Cons: Minibus shuttle arrangements we’re unclear and runs were infrequent, so we ended up waiting 40 mins for the shuttle service and in the interim no one answered the telephone service number when we called multiple time to see what was supposed to be happening.

Pros: Fast change of wrong car because several fails during driving

Cons: We had to change car because some engine problems during driving. Unfortunetly we stayed in hotel near (2km) from car rental. Change of car was quickly but we picked wrong car with half tank and drop of with full and when we got other car we had problem that we returned car with 3/4 tank level. Schuttle service to airport…. Very poor. Two girls and boy (driver) and He didnt help us with our lagguage. There was not nice that He stopped in front off arrivals and we had to so long distance went

Cons: I didn't receive because my car was not reserved by the company. And even worse ,I did not get the reimbursement of my payment

Pros: Convenient and quick pick up and drop off.

Cons: Angry man at reception shouting at customers for not knowing that they needed a credit card. It's on the small print, but this should be much more prevalent. Shouting at customers is probably not the best way of handling this...that was upon arrival. When we returned the car, there was a scratch on the inside of the door that was absolutely not done by me. I was told that the car had no scratches upon pick up and took the renters word. They charged me £190 for a hair thing scratch. Scammers.

Cons: Never again. No one came to pick us we were 10 minutes before the meeting time there. They had the audacity next day to yell at me and offend me on the phone and hanging up. They didnt organised the car we waited 2 hours at the airoport also the police there tried to call them they didnt pick up. We needed to take a taxi till the hotel in Calheta it costed us 85.- euros. No one gaved us something bad. Am gonna fill a law suit back in Swiss!!!

Cons: Wasn’t clear what shuttle to take from the airport.

Pros: 2 older gentlemen who dealt professionally with us once we were at the office and once they arrived on our return.

Cons: Long wait at airport, no one at office on our return even though it was 8am-8pm on the door so another long wait. Unhelpful staff on our return. Extortionate penalty for a small scratch on alloy which included admin fee of over €60.

Pros: They had an attendance sheet when they picked us up from the airport. I’m glad they were looking for us by name. They were so friendly and helpful. The car was in great shape and the ability to always be able to contact them was reassuring. Highly reccomend this company!

Cons: No explaining about the car (I think that, at the very least I could have been informed that the car had Android auto support). The tank was not completely full. The tank of the wind shield cleaner was completely empty.
