Pros: Service was fine once they could service me. They need more people and need to be aware when a customer is waiting. The young agent that serviced us was very nice and helpful when we finally got our turn in line.

Cons: The shuttle was very slow, causing a backlog of people to enter van… wife had to stay behind and wait for next shuttle, which took a very long time. When we arrive to the counter, i was last in line and it took over one hour to get my car, then they had a system issue, causing further delay. Over 1-1/2 hours to get car. Return service was also slow, having to wait 20 minutes to check in car and catch shuttle.

I had 2 credit cards and wanted to split payment on 2, she had none of it.According to her-in terms&Conditions it states only one card,which is not.All she wanted is for us to get full insurance cover,which obviously is their main aim.Accomplished. Understand they are working on commission,but there was no need to be rude about it.

Cons: The car we received had a lot of scratches and dents (likely from the narrow roads on Madeira). They weren't all marked down on the rental contract and it felt like there was a bit of inconsistency on what was "ok" and what wasn't. They took pictures of the car and told us to take pictures/videos before we drove off. In the end, we didn't have any accidents or additional marks so it was fine.

I made the agent markup and sign the contract sheet with damaged areas to the car. I didn't take the excess insurance as I had my own.

Pros: We had an issue with the first car and they changed it without a problem and even upgraded us. The second car was great. Also the worker who serviced us was very efficient and kind. Great value for money

Cons: There was a group of people for pick-up at the airport, so the lady wanted only riders to come with her. I had to leave my children at the airport. Next time I´ll rather wait for the next transport with my children.

Cons: Give us car that was not fit to climb steep hills with 3 people in it. Only admitted this upon returning the car after complaining the gears weren’t shifting correctly (automatic). Said this 4-DOOR car was meant for 1-2 people. Then why allow 3 registered drivers? Why not give us a more appropriate vehicle? Additionally, when we called to let them know the car was not functioning properly, the agent was very condescending saying it was fine. We rented a second car because this one was garbage.

Pros: Extremely pleasant staff especially at the drop off. Sadly, we had sustained some bodywork damage but she calmly & patiently helped us with all the necessary documentation, payment, etc & gave us emailed plus paper copies of everything so we could easily submit our costs to Discovery.

Cons: The car we were given was not the Skoda that we expected but a Hyundai with poor tire thread & poor power. We had to use 2nd or 3rd gear to navigate any hills even on the highways!!

Cons: The only drawback is a fact that their car park seems a little limited (we booked a compact SUV class and got Fiat Tipo which is a standard sedan/hatchback car. Pretty big into Madeiran streets.

Pros: Auto nové, absolutně čisté, rychle uzavření smlouvy, po přistání paní z pujčovny zavolala a přijela pro nás. Půjčovna cca. 1 km od letiste. Doporučuji. Madeira bez auta nejde. Peněz za půjčení nelitujeme

Pros: The car was new and clean.

Cons: The card we presented was not accepted despite being a mastercard. We presented a second card (which the contract holder was part of the account) but as it was not in the name of the holder who booked the car, it was not accepted.We tried to pay the deposit in cash but it wasn't accepted.To pick up the car we had to pay an extra insurance of 20 euros per day although we had already added the insurance when booking. We scheduled the delivery of the car for 20:30 but we had to deliver it at 19:30.

Cons: Airport pick up is chaotic. Unclear where to go and had a bit of a wait. Company I think assumed a wait for hold luggage which we didn't have.

Cons: We didn't take THEIR additional full coverage insurance. We did this through DiscoverCars when we booked. Subsequently when we returned the car they seemed determined to find something to charge us for whilst other cars being returned (having paid additional insurance) were hardly looked at.

Pros: I absolutely recommend! They upgraded car 3 categories than what i ordered and gave me all the hints and tips for good restaurant, what to visit etc.

Pros: Excellent customer service. Would definitely use again on the next trip. Rental cost was very reasonable. And right next to a petrol station so you can fill up at the end to return with a dull tank.
