Pros: Kind, honest and accommodating people at the MXP office. Car was brand new and in top condition.

Cons: We needed better instructions as to how to approach the drop-off point; MXP parking system is a maze! We tried calling the (automated) central SBC switchboard number provided, but it just hung up on us; if we had a direct phone number to the local office, they would be definitely more helpful.

Cons: This is a scam rental car company. When you reach the rental office they will not accept a digital international driver's license. They agreed to rent a car to us only if we took full insurance which was an additional 500 euros.

Pros: Simple and easy pick up and drop off, no hidden fees and the attendant speaked my mother language

I can tell they really wanted the five stars and they deserved it. Thank you. No hidden fee or scam. No extra charges. Simply asked me if I had purchased additional insurance, and when I confirmed said nothing else about it - no pushing of additional insurance you don’t need! Car was clean, almost new and the class we have booked. Check in friendly, damage on car was noted despite no walk around at the beginning of hire. Documents sent promptly after check in and check out. Would 100% recommend.

Pros: it was same car model and configuration that I booked on site, car was almost new (19000 km) in great condition. Pick up and drop off was very fast, staff was helpful and friendly.

Pros: The fine print that states the use of debit card will incur extra insurance fees needs to be larger. We had a photo with all the details of our visa credit card but staff would not accept. Staff did nothing to try and find a solution. We were charged extra for the insurance. What a disappointment to the start of our journey . Your fine print is disgraceful and I assume that is how you make your money.

Cons: As a foreigner, I met many difficulties paying for recharging the car. So I would have got more information about recharging/paying process.

Cons: With 4 people in it and 1 suitcase, it had no power and could not climb a slope. Extremely poor visibility, both from the rear window, which is very small, and from the rear-view mirror, because you cannot see the road behind. The car is designed for a driver who is very small in size. Standard European people bump into each other when getting in and out of the car and in order to drive they have to be in an uncomfortable bent position towards the steering wheel.

Pros: We arrived late near closing hours they've called a few hours before (actually caught me before boarding) to confirm arrival and get the flight number on their records. Everything was quick and easy at pick up, the agent lady was very helpful.

Cons: The signs for return of vehicle in the airport are easy to miss. The agency should clearly explain that one needs to head to parking lot 4 (if I recall correctly).

Much of the existing damage was not filed in the pick-up report, so we spent some time taking 360-degree photos of the car. Of course, during the drop-off, the company tried to file existing damage on us. Hopefully, the photos helped.

We had mine, not my husband's who is actually the driver. The fact that its the same family name and the same bank account and that my husband has his credit card on the cellular phone wallet - didn't matter. They forced us to add me as an additional driver in order to pay with my credit card. We had to ad 80Euro, which made us pay 150% more.

The agent called me two time prior my flight having seen it was delayed and literally threatened me twice that he would not wait if I was not showing up on time. Despite him knowing about my flight delayed, he didn't offer any solution and was arrogant and agressive. Terrible attitude, and obviously, the shop was closed upon my delayed arrival. I had to spend 300 euros on a cab to my final destination.

Of course we refused as I have paid fully with your company, very pushy for sale!

Cons: When I arrived at the rental "booth" in the airport there was only two customers in front of me and 4 representatives behind the desk, yet it took them over an hour and a half before it was my turn, then even tho it clearly stated on my rental order that I had to pay NOTHING on pickup, I had to pay an additional 200+ euros for insurance that I had already paid for. I feel like I've been cheated out of my money and I missed my resturant reservations because of the agents being incredibly slow.

Pros: Absolute chaos when checking in. Not obvious you need to scan a QR code to get a ticket number. Upon return of the car they spot a crack in the windscreen and rinse us for over £1100. Then to rub salt in the wound they then charge us another days rental for being 30 mins over our time (despite admitting the car was not going to be rented due to the windscreen replacement). Could not be less impressed. Will never ever use again - would advise others to steer clear.

Cons: We had to wait almost two hours to pick up the car. The agents don’t even tell you to scan a we code to get your place in line so I waited a extra 30 minutes. The car had multiple electronic issue such as the cruise control would randomly stop working.

Pros: The drop off was a bit frustrating at drop off since the office was closed until 8:00 am and I had a 10:00 am flight. I did not know that I could put the key in the hole. I was not comfortable doing it but did it anyway with worry.

Cons: They've a deposit by credit card only policy, which I missed on the paperwork and had no credit card on me. The reason given was difficulty taking money from a debit card if the car came back damaged. So the logical thing is to take a bigger deposit, which I said would be ok with. Instead they charged me more for the car (£150) and took a smaller deposit! this doesn't make any sense for the reason they gave, and felt like a way to get more money from me.
