Cons: There was a problem with paperwork concerning the car initially assigned, we had another car that was really dirty, with a lot of scratches on the exterior and broken pieces in the inside. Gears didn't work properly as well

Pros: The car was new and fresh

Cons: My booking was rescheduled from 14th June to 15th June and I was not given any compensation for it. I was 30 mins late to return my car and I was charged a full 1 day car rental fee. Definitely not recommending discover cars or Locauto to anyone and I will make sure I voice out my experience everywhere on the internet.

Cons: 1. Oil was low and had to add 2. Car without modern technology for passengers

Pros: Good condition almost new car/hybrid.

Cons: It would be great if picking car processes be shorter.

Cons: Couldn't check in online and no response when contacted until the day after pick up No signage in airport Unnecessary stress and time trying to find the check in desks all with a young baby and lots of luggage. Pick up no signs, no people, had to walk around aimlessly trying to find where to drop keys off. Terrible, would not use again.

Cons: 1) provide snow sock chain instead of snow chain, which was broken during the mountain trip in Italy. I had to buy a new snow chain to finish my trip and Locauto are willing to refund the replaced snow chain.

Pros: people are friendly and efficient

Cons: Winter tires are at extra cost, however they provide snow chains for free. Windshield fluid must be antifreeze for the winter season but it is not. A customer does not have to open the hood and pour his own fluid there.

Pros: Locauto has easy and convenient process for rent and return car, car was new and in perfect condition, price is very good, if i travel in Italy, I will use Locauto again.

Pros: The desk were not helpful. The collection point people were much much better. They walked me round the car showing me the existing damage so I could photograph. The lady there getrs a 10 / 10.

Cons: Not helpful re the winter tyres. I think you should make it very clear when booking as an option that you can have winter tyres. We have them in UK for winter surely Italy has them going up mountains to ski resorts?

Pros: Debit cards accepted - was clearly the great advantage vs any other rental. Clean, new car with almost zero mileage. Very spacious STW Clear explanation of insurance conditions by the manager in the office.

Cons: A good initiative would be to check the tires pressure before giving the car. In the car we got one tire had significantly lower pressure than the rest and the other three were all below recommended norm

Cons: We had to wait to pick up the car as we arrived 2 hr earlier than listed in the reservation, and the agent told us that there were no cars available at that time. We waited approximately 30-40 minutes and came back to the different agent, and the car was somehow available. We felt a little frustrated as it seemed the agent didn't want to deal with it at the end of her shift.

Pros: The check-in and friendly workers, good car, good prices. Extra service instead of T1 i could pick up in T2. If not for the horrible check-out you would have 5 stars because the start service, the car was really good and nice. Too bad.

Cons: The check-out and not receiving any info after 4 days of returning the car! Really onprofessional and unsetteling. I do hope for proper service so i can adjust the stars because aside from the nightmare checkout we had a really good experience with locauto.

Cons: The staff at front desk of Locauto Office in Milano Airport as she gives me another car, (Small Car - Golf Car), not like the rental Car as I've rent a VW T-Cross or Similar and due to that issue I spent a lot of time from the desk to parking to change the Car. Also, she told me if I need to change the car I need to pay an extra money for the whole period. Moreover, she try to enforce me for paying the full insurance however I've told her that I've already pay the insurance with the Discover

Pros: Locauto is a fantastic car rental company, it is DiscoverCars(the 3rd party rental company) that is horrible to deal with. Next time I will book directly with LOCAUTO!!!

Other car rental companies see your full protection reservation and never offer such a service and they give even information about it. This car rental saw an opportunity in renting 2 old people a car and charged them an additional insurance. I am trying to contact them about this. They direct me to customer service online which is all in Italian. Absolutely dissatisfied. Never again.

Cons: Returning the car. We were supposed to return the car to ROMA Termini station, but thanks to your employee, the address was wrong and we had to wander around the station. When we called the helpline you gave us, it was impossible to get through because the lady who answered, instead of listening to our problems, kept repeating the same sentence, Termini stall parking 6th floor, instead of telling us the exact address of the car park, thank you to the taxi driver, who gave us the correct address.

Cons: They are professional and they give me a bigger car thank them but it was difficult to park it in any parking I was choosing audi a3 but they give me volvo v60 pretty long car if I get audi a3 it will much easier for parking
