Pros: It was great expierence. Once we arrived, we noticed that car we reserved is too small for us. It was middle of the night but Locauto. agents managed to quickly find us bigger auto. Also they did not have infant seat, but managed to find it in another company. Great job!

Pros: We picked up the car at Milan Malpensa Airport and returned it at Turin Airport. Everything went smoothly. We were very satisfied. If I need to rent a car again, I would choose Locauto again.

Pros: Very friendly staff, went the extra mile to help us. Great car, almost new, no marks or problems. Very quick pick up and drop off. At drop off, an agent met us at the car, had a very quick look at the car and checked the fuel level, and pointed us in the direction of the terminal. No deposit required, just a credit card authorisation, and we weren't pestered to pay for extra insurance or other optional extras. Very happy, would use again in a heartbeat.

Pros: The car exceeded expectations: for a small it was 4 months car, cleaned inside and outside during the dropping in. They offered me the action: to pay 55 in advance for the fuel and return with any tank (empty). I used this option. I thought there might be risks, but finally the staff was right about the available fuel in the tank and I got a benefit. Drop-off was done early in the morning before they opened by simple putting key to a box. I hope that there will be no problems after their inspect

Cons: 1) provide snow sock chain instead of snow chain, which was broken during the mountain trip in Italy. I had to buy a new snow chain to finish my trip and Locauto are willing to refund the replaced snow chain.

Cons: Winter tires are at extra cost, however they provide snow chains for free. Windshield fluid must be antifreeze for the winter season but it is not. A customer does not have to open the hood and pour his own fluid there.

When we called the helpline you gave us, it was impossible to get through because the lady who answered, instead of listening to our problems, kept repeating the same sentence, Termini stall parking 6th floor, instead of telling us the exact address of the car park, thank you to the taxi driver, who gave us the correct address.
