Pros: As always on all car rentals, some dents and scratches all over.

Cons: empty screen fluid tank.

Pros: Very friendly staff, went the extra mile to help us. Great car, almost new, no marks or problems. Very quick pick up and drop off. At drop off, an agent met us at the car, had a very quick look at the car and checked the fuel level, and pointed us in the direction of the terminal. No deposit required, just a credit card authorisation, and we weren't pestered to pay for extra insurance or other optional extras. Very happy, would use again in a heartbeat.

Cons: Bureaucracy at the beginning took a lot of time, unsmooth process via a third party platform (had to fill in info twice)

Pros: friendly, fast, got an upgrade to an automatic diesel car for free when they didn't have the subcompact I reserved. GREAT car! And the agent in Milan helped me sync my phone to the car so I could use my playlist of music and google maps. Great experience!

Pros: The car exceeded expectations: for a small it was 4 months car, cleaned inside and outside during the dropping in. They offered me the action: to pay 55 in advance for the fuel and return with any tank (empty). I used this option. I thought there might be risks, but finally the staff was right about the available fuel in the tank and I got a benefit. Drop-off was done early in the morning before they opened by simple putting key to a box. I hope that there will be no problems after their inspect

Cons: My booking was rescheduled from 14th June to 15th June and I was not given any compensation for it. I was 30 mins late to return my car and I was charged a full 1 day car rental fee. Definitely not recommending discover cars or Locauto to anyone and I will make sure I voice out my experience everywhere on the internet.

Cons: 1) provide snow sock chain instead of snow chain, which was broken during the mountain trip in Italy. I had to buy a new snow chain to finish my trip and Locauto are willing to refund the replaced snow chain.

Cons: Winter tires are at extra cost, however they provide snow chains for free. Windshield fluid must be antifreeze for the winter season but it is not. A customer does not have to open the hood and pour his own fluid there.

Pros: Locauto has easy and convenient process for rent and return car, car was new and in perfect condition, price is very good, if i travel in Italy, I will use Locauto again.

Cons: Not helpful re the winter tyres. I think you should make it very clear when booking as an option that you can have winter tyres. We have them in UK for winter surely Italy has them going up mountains to ski resorts?

Cons: We had to wait to pick up the car as we arrived 2 hr earlier than listed in the reservation, and the agent told us that there were no cars available at that time. We waited approximately 30-40 minutes and came back to the different agent, and the car was somehow available. We felt a little frustrated as it seemed the agent didn't want to deal with it at the end of her shift.

Cons: Returning the car. We were supposed to return the car to ROMA Termini station, but thanks to your employee, the address was wrong and we had to wander around the station. When we called the helpline you gave us, it was impossible to get through because the lady who answered, instead of listening to our problems, kept repeating the same sentence, Termini stall parking 6th floor, instead of telling us the exact address of the car park, thank you to the taxi driver, who gave us the correct address.
