Cons: 1)Optimo Rent is not the company name where you pick up the car. 2)I waited more 1/2 hr for the shuttle to pick me up. 3) The shuttle driver didn’t know about Discover Car so at the beginning refused to take me to Parkingo. 4) When I arrived to Parkingo I didn’t find Discover Car. It was when I knew that the company’s name was Autovia. 5) By the time I took the line to sign the contract I had 5 people in front of me. 6) The lack of information in the email received made me wait another 45 min.
Cons: I have returned the car ten days ago and my credid card has not been discharged yet from 500 euros

Pros: They never came to pick me up, then denied being Optimo rent when I kept calling them and they called themselves Auto Via. I am requesting a refund, still pending!!!!! I am being scammed by Optimo rent.

Cons: We had to wait a very long time to be picked up at the airport, then the lady at Optimo started to shout when I produced my own car hire excess policy. She became more and more difficult about it and in the end we paid an extra (approx) £100 for their own cover. To sum up we paid a total of £300 to hire an underpowered Corsa for a week, never again OPTIMO. In addition the cars interior had not been properly cleaned.
Cons: Yo contraté con ustedes un servicio de alquiler de vehículo con cobertura total de seguro. Parece que no entienden lo que eso significa. La atención que recibí durante la vigencia del contrato fué pésima. Después de finalizado, no dejan de molestarme con exigencias infundadas.

A young driver fee applies to drivers under the age of 25.
Maximum rental age is 75 years.
A Senior driver fee is not applied.
The driver license must have been issued by authorized authorities at least 2 year(s) before the date of the commencement of the rental.
In addition to the regular driver license, an International Driving Permit is also mandatory if the customer is not a resident of the following country(ies): Italy, EU.
In addition to the regular driver license, an International Driving Permit is also mandatory if the driver license is written in a language other than that of the renting country and/or in characters that cannot be read in the renting country.
Please note that the International Driving Permit is valid only if accompanied by the regular driver license.
In order to pick up the car, the renter and each additional driver must present the following documents: passport, credit card, valid driver license, booking voucher. Renters from the following country(ies): Italy must provide the following documents: passport, credit card, valid driver license, booking voucher, proof of home address (e.g. Utility bill) in order to collect the car.
The following credit cards issued on the main driver's name are accepted: MasterCard, Visa. Any other cards or cash payments are not accepted. For the Luxury, Premium car group, a minimum of two credit cards issued on the main driver's name are required.
The main driver must provide a physical payment card in their name with enough funds to cover the deposit to pick up the car. The rental company will neither accept virtual credit cards (e.g., GooglePay or ApplePay) nor someone else’s card (including family members).

All extras are available at the rental counter. Prices vary, depending on the rental period.
Delivery/collection service is not provided.
In case of renting at the airport location, the customer must provide a valid flight number in order to make a reservation.
A damage administration fee of 150 EUR will apply in the event of an accident or damage to the car.
If the renter would like to extend the rental period, renter should return to the car hire office at the end of the rental period to sign a new agreement.
Period of time, during regular working hours, when the car is still guaranteed for the customer, if the customer is late for pick up (the grace period) is 59 minutes.
