Initially arrived and contacted for pick up to find out that even though i provided my flight information and my flight was delayed by 2 hours that my rental was cancelled. Then when at the counter trying to resolve getting a car the agent would not allow me to drive as I did not have an international license. She offered for my husband to drive but at an additional expense. Ultimately we never received a car. She offered no constructive support in resolving our concerns.

Cons: We had very little help when the car gave issues on day 1 even though we had full insurance the agent told us it’s the car company’s issue and we should work with them directly the rental company in turn told me we had no insurance and had to contact a breakdown company. This is not acceptable service when clearly the issue was a car manufacturer issue.

Cons: They accepted only physical credit card (not from mobile, not a debit card, not cash, not with credit card of another person), which created a big problem for us and we didn't manage to pick up the 2 out of the 3 reservations that we had paid and we were not offered with any alternative options. And we still paid for the reservations - they were not fully refunded, even though we didn't pick up the cars late in the evening as planned and the cars were available to them to lease the next morning

Pros: The car DS7 PHEV was quite new, clean and decent price, but fuel consumption very high (average 11%), although I charged the battery once. Staff was friendly and helpful.

My flight left at nine, but it was an international flight and I was supposed to be there three hours early. so then I had to drop off the car the night before which was not a problem except the cost of getting from the car rental to the hotel and then the airport in the a.m.

Quando chegamos, a atendente nos disse que nossa reserva havia caído, porque havia passado mais de 50 minutos do horário marcado para a retirada do carro. Resultado: tivemos que alugar outro carro, em outra locadora (Locauto) e pagar um valor absurdo.

Pros: They gave me 9 seater van where the side door doesn’t close and kept beeping the whole time.Due to this the doors were not able to lock and I had all my kids sit in the last row thinking that it will open up. The whole middle seat was empty.

Cons: I drove the car out of their supplier and turned back and made aware to the agent and he was very aggressive and showed me alternative way to close which I really do not need to go through. The whole van was hacked and things were falling apart and their excuse was don’t worry you have full insurance coverage and we won’t claim from you.

Cons: Rented 'economy' level car similar to C3 with 5doors and 5 seats. Was given Lancia Y. Commented at the time that it was small but told it was correct. Later in our rental realized it was only a 4 seater and had to rent a second vehicle to accommodate our group of 5 for 4 days. On return of the car I explained this to Galdieri and have not heard back from there with either an apology or compensation. All else was more than fine.

I was left stranded at their office where I had to get back to Malpensa to find another car which I completely overpaid for as it was last minute and I was desperate. Also the agent at the rental company was rude and argued with me when I explained I had booked and paid for the car. DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE AND COMPANY.
