Despite already buying full coverage through DiscoverCars, they forced us to pay another €350 for insurance. Even then, no roadside assistance or replacement car was provided after more than 24 hours of follow-ups, and the assistance operator spoke only Italian. Unprofessional and unreliable service.I would strongly recommend avoiding this.

Another 5 people were behind us even thou we left after official closing time. We were offered their insurance which was priced at 5x of the whole rental. Rip off if you ask me. Fortunately we had full cover from discovercars so we didn't take that.

Cons: The directions to courtesy bus are confusing if arriving at terminal 2. The directions only apply at terminal 1. It should advise you to get the free shuttle bus from t2 to t1, or, state a pick up location at t2. We spent an hour trying to sort out where the rental courtesy bus picked up.

Cons: O atendimento foi péssimo! Tivemos problema com as bagagens ao chegarmos a Milão e, devido a isto, demoramos a chegar à locadora. Quando chegamos, a atendente nos disse que nossa reserva havia caído, porque havia passado mais de 50 minutos do horário marcado para a retirada do carro. Resultado: tivemos que alugar outro carro, em outra locadora (Locauto) e pagar um valor absurdo.

Cons: The rental agency gave me the smallest car in the segment, though there were other cars bigger than what was given to me in the same segment available in the parking lot. The lady at reception desk tried giving me all possible reasons to avoid changing cars. For some car she mentioned they were reserved for other customers coming over the weekend (while I was picking the car on a Thursday). When I asked how does it make a difference if they're in same segment, she said they were out of service

He even smirked when I said I’d forgotten my cards. At least 3 other people in front of me in the queue were told they had to pay compulsory high fees or they couldn’t hire a car. Read google reviews and most at complaining about unjustified high fees/charges.

The clerk then proceeded to serve someone else who showed up 10 minutes past their closing time as they had called ahead.

Cons: Rented 'economy' level car similar to C3 with 5doors and 5 seats. Was given Lancia Y. Commented at the time that it was small but told it was correct. Later in our rental realized it was only a 4 seater and had to rent a second vehicle to accommodate our group of 5 for 4 days. On return of the car I explained this to Galdieri and have not heard back from there with either an apology or compensation. All else was more than fine.
