Pros: Pick up and drop are easy
Cons: Be careful with this company. The staff at the counter told us that it was mandatory to purchase super protection insurance, even though we had already bought it on the website. The price became much higher, and there was an additional €300 charge that was not clearly explained. We selected winter tires on the website, but they informed us that we had chosen summer tires and required us to pay extra. Avis in Italy is not recommended at all.
Pros: Car could be cleaner
Cons: Everything was good
Pros: An insurance charge higher than what was stated on the DiscoverCars.com website was taken — the employee requested €230 instead of €200. Additionally, the available cars were different from the ones booked, they were not clean, and they lacked a navigation system, rear camera, and front parking sensors.
Pros: Efficient & polite at the desk.
Pros: Good and easy
Cons: Drop off service was bad.
