Pros: Pick up and drop are easy

Cons: Be careful with this company. The staff at the counter told us that it was mandatory to purchase super protection insurance, even though we had already bought it on the website. The price became much higher, and there was an additional €300 charge that was not clearly explained. We selected winter tires on the website, but they informed us that we had chosen summer tires and required us to pay extra. Avis in Italy is not recommended at all.

Cons: Pick up time/experience was not great. Staff tried to sell more services and was most unhelpful. Didn't give the car which we booked and created a lot of hassle at replacing the car when the boot space was not enough for our baggage. Definitely a thumbs down.

Pros: Nothing because they requested a stupid thing ( 2 credit cards from different issuers. I gave them 2 Visa cards but they refused it. I told them in my contract there is no condition saying that I have to have 2 credit cards from different issuers. They replied to me that is not our fault and they said I should contact you because my contract with you not them.

Cons: They requested 2 credit cards from different companies I have 2 visa but they said we American Express to give you the car. They downed grade the car from L class to H class which I didn’t pay for it. I request a refund for this.

A young driver fee applies to drivers under the age of 25.

A Senior driver fee is not applied.

The driver license must have been issued by authorized authorities at least 2 year(s) before the date of the commencement of the rental.

Driver licenses will be accepted if issued in the following country(ies): EU countries.

Otherwise, the renter must provide an International Driver Permit (IDP).
The driver license must be written in Roman alphabet.
A digital driver's license will not be accepted — you must bring your physical driving license.
