The engine light kept coming on on the dash board which was very distressing for me driving at night in a foreign country as a single woman. I had bought insurance through Discover when I booked the hire. When I arrived at the desk, I was asked to pay for more insurance as they said the one I had was not there’s and therefore not valid.

I booked a 7 seater car (Peugeot 5008 listed and confirmation then said ‘Grand-Picssso’) both of which are similar and would have been suitable.

I could only release the car by paying for insurance I already bought and paid for through yourselves via a debit card. Both my credit cards worked in Como that evening.

I can only drive automatic cars and the provider noted they only had manual cars. The provider apologized to me and said that this had been happening all week to DiscoverCar customers and it had been creating problems for them and that the company was a total mess.

Cons: Wrong instructions finding the unit (on paperwork stated that it was in the terminal but we had to actually get a bus so took a while to figure that out) the women who handed the vehicle over was quid rude and abrupt, also very pushy trying to get us to buy extra insurance even though we already had full cover. The car was clean, pretty well kept and we travelled 900km during our week in Italy with no issues.

Cons: I definitely would not recommend Ok rent car to anyone else for the following reasons -picking up the car is a hassle, its pretty offsite, unclear directions how to get to the transfer bus and its pretty cramped once youre in the car. - the sales agents at the desk will try to upsell you a more expensive car. Saying how it would fit us better as there is more space. I had to convince the Sales agent that i wanted to have the car i had booked. In the end he was very unhappy about it.

Cons: Rental was marketing Renault Espace or similar but I understood that they don't have that model at all - we received Ford Transit Connect which is quite bulky. Car was complaining about water in fuel (but run well) and tyre pressures were too low.

Pros: Good car, but OK rental cars felt like a bit of a rip off due to the extra costs of €315 for an insurance we already payd for.

Cons: OK Car Rental asked for a deposit of €1250 which exceeded my credit card month limit (most credit card have a limit of €1000 per month). We wanted to pay the deposit with another credit card, but OK Car rental only accepted cards from the person who booked the car rental. Eventually were forced to pay €315 extra for an insurance which we already payd for when we booked the car. We also had to pay a €150 deposit which still isn't returned to my credit card. Very bad start of our holiday unfortuna

Cons: Hello, I'am very very disappointed with this order. When picking up car I should pay 444 euros (this sum is in your contract) but instead, I paid 739.50 euros. It's almost 300 euros more! And all this just because of bank card type. 300 euros for card type? Its disaster. Also, we drive in very hot weather and a car air conditioner doesn't work.

Pros: In Malpensa not much to like... very expensive rental for just 5 days, many arguments about having a debit card instead of a credit card. I paid 500€ for a five days rental...

Cons: The company in Malpensa gave me a car that was not properly checked . I had to call road assistance because the car died on me while driving due to a lose battery connection cable. Excellent service in Roma though with a special “good job” note to Luigi which was especially competent and welcoming for the customers.

After we returned a car that had a disfunction in opening the gas department for refueling (obviously completely unrelated to us), and expressed our disappointment from the car condition that made us return all the way to the airport, She literally threatened us and said that IF WE WILL COMPLAIN she "will charge us for both the damage of the car and for switching it at a cost of hundreds of euros" WOW. Pros: With my late arrival due to weather delay, I had to manage my booking to change the pick up date. I thoutht calling the car rental company was enough. However, I sent also an email to Discover cars and never received a response. I couldn"t find a number to call to help me solve the issue. The link Manage my booking was only showing me the pdf of the voucher. I couldn't change the date...As of today Discover Cars has not replied to my email. Zero customer service.

Cons: I am surprised I am being asked to rate my car rental experience. Obviously, they didn't even realize that I was never given a car. My credit card however was charged. Disputing with credit card. Zero at all levels.
