Pros: Drop-off speed
Cons: The condition of the car
Cons: They did not even try help finding the car, they just told me, ‘go to the parking lot and search it yourselves..’ this company does not want any business, I’ll choose a different provider next time.
Cons: We had to reject 2 cars. First had a dent on the wheel, despite the rental agent insisted we accepted it, we didn’t. Second car, we found a piece hanging with tape on the underside of the vehicle. Once again we wanted to reject it, but after much insistence from the agent we accepted the car. As soon as we left the park, straight away we got a “low engine oil pressure” warning, which made us return immediately and request a third car. Third car was ok, but the seats had lots of old stains visibl
Pros: Nothing. They sucked
Cons: Attitude of agent
Pros: Very helpful staff although I'm not sure if I should have gotten a better car from the initial reservation than what I would have gotten if I hadn't done a rather pricey upgrade.
Cons: Not sure if I got "taken" with respect to the car I would have gotten.
