I booked a 7 seater car (Peugeot 5008 listed and confirmation then said ‘Grand-Picssso’) both of which are similar and would have been suitable.

Saying how it would fit us better as there is more space. I had to convince the Sales agent that i wanted to have the car i had booked. In the end he was very unhappy about it.

Cons: I wish I could have returned my car in Rimini or Bologna instead of driving all the way back to Milan.

Pros: Excellent customer support and courtesy.

Cons: I felt it was a scam. I don't trust them.

Cons: Car wasn't clean. Found cigarettes in it. Was overcharged and didn't get a refund.

Cons: There was no desk at the airport and it was really tricky to find the right spot for a pick up outside the terminal building at Malpensa.

Cons: Ok cars tried to make us upgrade both car and insurance just for profit with flimsy reasoning and scare mongering, causing unneeded stress and loss of time.

Pros: Quick service , easily accessible, on the way back was running very late and the lady sped things up and prioritised things to get me moving On pick up the gentleman was very helpful

Cons: Maybe a bit clearer regarding drop off as I didn’t realise there was a separate entrance Maybe more people at the desk as on check in there was a big queue (although was empty on pick up)

Cons: The attitude of the customer service team. They were so unhelpful and wouldn’t give us a straight answer. We had to pay 50 euros to stay in a hotel next to the airport last minute so we could pick the car up the next day - no one told us it would cost an extra 200 euros to pick it up!

Pros: Clean car and new car. Different member of staff when we dropped the car off who was friendly and effeicient

Cons: Wrong instructions from the airport that left us there for an hour. Rude member of staff.

Cons: New office, different signage, pick up vehicle had different markings.Tank wasn't full and had to guess at like for like fill up (lost out of course). Huge charge for small scrape on wheel trim (which I don't think I made!)
