Cons: My flight was delayed and I come to take my car at 13:40 and not 11:00, and the gave reserved car because it is more the 2 h. They did not have medium automatic transmission cars as I wanted and I had to get much more expensive car. The car was rather dirty and had some issues. Representative did not check it with me and ask me to photo all the issues on my phone. I did it, but they did not send me to my mail any docs. No invoice. The car was good, hydride and I rather enjoyed.

Fuel policy
The vehicle is provided with a full tank of fuel and must be returned with the same amount in order to avoid additional charges.
Electric vehicles must be returned with the same battery charge they had when picked up to avoid additional charges (on a per kWh basis). An additional admin fee will be charged if a vehicle is returned with less than 20 % battery charge remaining.
