Pros: Nothing. Please avoid Sixt cause they are the worst rent company. They always are not professional and try to sell additional unnecessary services. If not accepted their additional proposal they give the worst cars.
Cons: They were not professional and gave me broken car (wheel cut). Only after said that I call police they changed me the car after 1 hour of discussion. The second car was dirty and uncomfortable car.
Pros: Fast rental and fast return the car
Cons: They wasn’t clear for the insurance which I paid for it and he told me the full of coverage almost the same of amount of rental car and they didn’t clear regarding administration fee for the violation and sixt supposed to return the deposit immediately when I return the car especially with full of coverage.

Pros: Picking up and droppping the car was easy and fast. They have their parking in the Malpensa airport building.
Cons: They tried to give me a different car for a higher price instead of the one I have booked. It took a while to bring the right car.
Pros: nothing ! the car was defect with a lot of scratch and hitting. i didnt get the contract to the mail as they told me and when i return the car they didnt send me aproval that it o.k.

Cons: The no-deductible coverage I have bought from discovercars was not applicable to SIXT. I was told "you have zero coverage for SIXT" and it was recommended to me to purchase some coverage through SIXT too. This was unplanned.

Cons: I didnt get the car/ my reservation was mistakely booked for milan insted for napoli. When i came to napoli airport to take the car' the mistake was soscovered and your representetive in a phone call i made refused to change the pick up location . I had to pay again to sixsth for another car/ Terrable service !!!!!!!! I was forced to pay twice for the same car and same invitation I defenitally wont use your service again and wont recommend on DiscoverCars to any of my friends or family members
Pros: The options they offer you and the quick drop off policy
Cons: That they had a different policy than Discover cars which made it a bit confusing and worrying. Also know one was their to show us previous car damages on the car once we got it.
Pros: Good value. Location inside Terminal 1.
Cons: Very pushy agent tried to sell me extras. SIXT contract and Discover Cars did not quite align. Overall confusing pickup process. Never got a receipt following drop off. Nonexistent customer service once you are out of the terminal.

Cons: We had some problems through our driving. We had to add Adblue to the car (EUR 32) No Snow chains were added to the car although we paid for it (EUR 46) We received a call from Sixt's customer services and we were told that we will receive a refund for both amounts (we left invoices of the Adblue at the car rent desk when we returned the car Please help us receive a refund for that asap and send us final reckoning Thank you Natanel Yalon
Pros: Efficient car return if you pay high cost of insurance
Cons: The pick up location is not the same as the process location

Cons: i was not able to rent a car, since i forgot my credit card pin code. i had to rent my car from goldcar since they were able to remove the funds from card manually.

Cons: inability of you guys to answer the phone when I was trying to tell you that return is at Termina2 not terminal 1. No staff on duty after 5pm. ABOVE ALL YOU HAVE STILL NOT SENT ME THE RECEIPT OR AN ACCOUNT BY EMAIL!

Cons: The representative wasn’t nice and didn’t even try to be. She almost forced us to add warranty fees and threatened with some ridiculous stories about insignificant scratches that they charge.
