Pros: Nothing, as no service was provided. Just some unhelpful and unsympathetic remarks by an extremely rude employee.. We were conned first, and then dismissed when we complained.

Cons: We arrived at the counter at 23:45 (15 minutes late) due to delays with luggage and they had all left! All other rental companies were waiting for their customers. It cost us a fortune to stay at the Sheraton hotel and had to rent another car with a different company the next day. Holiday ruined. At 7am the next day an extremely rude woman told us that they had no cars available. So clearly that's why they left asap the night before! Shameless - AVOID AT ALL COST.

Pros: The service was great, they gave us an upgrade at the desk (Jeep Renegade instead of fiat 500x at no wxtra cost). The rental is basically Europcar which is a respectable brand. I didnt see any Keddy logo’s throughout the whole process. Really smooth return process, good price. If the price is right for the car, you wont go wrong with this rental.

Cons: No signs of Keddy in the Milan Malpensa airport, it was a little confused for a while before I went to Europcar booth as they seem to be the parent company.

Driver requirements
Minimum rental age is 21 years.
A young driver fee applies to drivers under the age of 25.

There is no maximum age.
A Senior driver fee is not applied.

The driver license must have been issued by authorized authorities at least 3 year(s) before the date of the commencement of the rental.

In addition to the regular driver license, an International Driving Permit is also mandatory if the customer is not a resident of the following country(ies): United Kingdom, EU.
Please note that the International Driving Permit is valid only if it is accompanied by a regular driver's license, is issued by an official authority or government-authorized organization, and is in physical (not digital) form.
Deposit and deductible policy

Adding additional drivers is allowed.
There is an additional charge for each driver.
Underage additional drivers are subject to both Young Driver and Additional Driver fees.
When picking up the vehicle, all drivers must be present and must provide valid documentation.


Fuel policy
The vehicle is provided with a full tank of fuel and must be returned with the same amount in order to avoid additional charges.
Electric vehicles must be returned with the same battery charge they had when picked up to avoid additional charges (on a per kWh basis). An additional admin fee will be charged if a vehicle is returned with less than 80 % battery charge remaining.
Additional information
By law, winter tires are mandatory on all roads from 15.10 to 15.04 in the following regions: Aoasta-Valley.

Snow chains are recommended in icy/snowy conditions, especially when traveling in mountainous areas.
