I had wanted to pick up car earlier when my flight was cancelled that was a sticky useless as DC dudnt reply until after the poibt where i could cancel. They told me this was only option cancel and rebook which was more expensive and it is an expansive choice of cars. Agent told me to check over the car for scratches

Cons: I suggest that you should inform about Adblue for the one who rent Diesel engine car, since like us was using the Diesel car first time and got trouble about Adblue, so we have to cut 1 of our favourite places to travel due to we were finding Adblue to fill. Furthermore, we have to pay Adblue by ourselves while the one who rent next to us, don’t have to.

Cons: They have an shuttle bus arrangement with a car par company and we had to wait one hour for the shuttel bus. Suspect the driver was at lunch since it was 12:00-13:00.

After driving the car for a while it started giving the alarm for need to do the maintenance service within 2000 km luckily i was almost at the end of my trip. The wanted to overcharge me for a pet cleaning fee not because the car was dirty (i used a seat cover) but because there was a few hairs lost under the passenger seat. The cost was 80€ + administrative fees or i go to a local car wash and get it done which cost me 8€

Cons: We called from the Milan Malpensa airport to retrieve our rental car after getting off the plane, going through passport control, and getting our suitcases, only to be told our reservation is now invalid because we didn't call within an hour. No explanation of within an hour "of what event" or any options for moving forward. The agent hung up and stranded us in a foreign country. THIS IS TOTALLY UNACCEPTABLE. I need a FULL REFUND.

When finally arrived proposed car have nothing to do with the class i rent ( they offered a duplo fiat small passengervan ) then told me i have to pay extra for automatic gear and extra 100 Euro if i want a middle size car : the one i took a Ford Juga diesel. Cons: I happened to replace the engine oil and the service desk forced to get the custom receipt to reimburse which costed me more than 5 different stops and huge number of calls. After all this hassle they didn't bother to reimburse while handing over the car and been advised they would be doing later in due course by customer service.

Shuttle service was super long, more than 30min we were waiting outside airport, again WITH KIDS!! The car was brand new, only 4K miles and exactly the reserved model. Return at Pisa airport took 1 min. Extremely satisfied and definitely will use Discovercars and Rentalplus again.

Once there we made an error on the pick up date by one day and they told us it would now be over $1,700 to get a vehicle. The previous amount when booked was $400. Did not offer us a refund or much help at all. We went back to the airport to then book with Budget. We should have stayed with a company we were familiar with from the beginning.

I called also to rentalplus office in Milano Malpensa Airport, but the staff wasn't willing to hepl us. After mamy calls and 4 hours of waiting assistance finally arrived. The car was not prepared good enough for rental, the mistake was rentalplus side. The cables under the hood weren't tighten enough strong. It was not save for us.

Pros: We had heard about bad encounters with car rental companies in Italy, and really made sure to research thoroughly before committing to one. We rented almost 3 weeks with RentalPlus and they didnt disappoint us at all. From the initial picking up of car, ease of payments, deposit refund, and dropping off of our rental car, everything was as seamless to the teeth. We will definitely book via Rentalplus for our future trips to Italy.

Cons: The initial pickup at Milan was a little unsure, as we only had data ESim and couldnt call the person. As the place was a 5mins drive from the airport, we waited for the van to pick us up. Luckily we found the pickup van. It would be better if we could whatsapp call or message directly. Nonetheless, everything went very smoothly.

Cons: Actually, the small scratch at the alloy mentioned after drop off, is not something that got added to the car by me. It was unnoticed during the pickup because it was negligible. Please do something about it if possible. Gratitude.

Dropping off: No one wait for us at the point at 11:00 am, like other companies. Very difficult to find free parking. Because of the pressure, we forgot a hat and purce with money. Cons: I had troubles picking up the car and waited so much at the airport. And also I extended my rent and got higher price. RentalPlus told me if I want same rate I have to go back from Lugano to Milan and have a new contract with DiscoverCars. Totally unfair!! I am returning the car tomorrow
