Pros: Terrible customer service when returning the car charged £612 fo a crack windscreen which we didn’t do. The standard and conditions of the car was very poor with hundreds of mark on the car.

Pros: All was according to plan. We got a car with same level as we ordered, even better. Pickup from/to the airport was easy and fast. Car handing and dropping was very fast as well. Car was clean with full tank.

Cons: The car had significant body damage, although the agent did properly record all the damaged areas. My main complaint is that the car did not have winter tires. In January, especially in Milan, winter tires should be mandatory due to the high risk of icy and slippery roads. Rental Plus should not cut costs at the expense of customer safety. Safety must always be the top priority. We were fortunate that we did not have to drive long distances in poor weather conditions. would not rent again if so

We were driving to Albisola from Genova and at a certain point, it was giving us the wrong directions, so we had to pull over and uss Nick's phone's Google Maps. There was trash and pieces of food in between the seats.

Cons: I suggest that you should inform about Adblue for the one who rent Diesel engine car, since like us was using the Diesel car first time and got trouble about Adblue, so we have to cut 1 of our favourite places to travel due to we were finding Adblue to fill. Furthermore, we have to pay Adblue by ourselves while the one who rent next to us, don’t have to.

The cost was 80€ + administrative fees or i go to a local car wash and get it done which cost me 8€

Cons: We called from the Milan Malpensa airport to retrieve our rental car after getting off the plane, going through passport control, and getting our suitcases, only to be told our reservation is now invalid because we didn't call within an hour. No explanation of within an hour "of what event" or any options for moving forward. The agent hung up and stranded us in a foreign country. THIS IS TOTALLY UNACCEPTABLE. I need a FULL REFUND.

Cons: I happened to replace the engine oil and the service desk forced to get the custom receipt to reimburse which costed me more than 5 different stops and huge number of calls. After all this hassle they didn't bother to reimburse while handing over the car and been advised they would be doing later in due course by customer service.

The car was brand new, only 4K miles and exactly the reserved model. Return at Pisa airport took 1 min. Extremely satisfied and definitely will use Discovercars and Rentalplus again.

Once there we made an error on the pick up date by one day and they told us it would now be over $1,700 to get a vehicle. The previous amount when booked was $400. Did not offer us a refund or much help at all. We went back to the airport to then book with Budget. We should have stayed with a company we were familiar with from the beginning.

Pros: We had heard about bad encounters with car rental companies in Italy, and really made sure to research thoroughly before committing to one. We rented almost 3 weeks with RentalPlus and they didnt disappoint us at all. From the initial picking up of car, ease of payments, deposit refund, and dropping off of our rental car, everything was as seamless to the teeth. We will definitely book via Rentalplus for our future trips to Italy.

Cons: The initial pickup at Milan was a little unsure, as we only had data ESim and couldnt call the person. As the place was a 5mins drive from the airport, we waited for the van to pick us up. Luckily we found the pickup van. It would be better if we could whatsapp call or message directly. Nonetheless, everything went very smoothly.

We waited at the suggested spot for nearly one hour and no shuttle showed up! We met another person who also booked online as we did got the same problem. Pros: Agents were nice, but process was way too slow and complicated.

Cons: Waited 90 minutes for a shuttle. Their phone number didn’t work and could not reach Rental Plus. Rental facility is far away from airport and not in a nice area.

Pros: Efficient desk service, easy pick up and drop off snd the cars were really clean and new. They gave me a free upgrade on my last booking and was really happy about that. They free shuttle service from and to the airport wherever you need it.

Cons: Picking up: You have to call the agency for a chatel service even though you just arrive and don't have local sim card yet. Dropping off: No one wait for us at the point at 11:00 am, like other companies. Very difficult to find free parking. Because of the pressure, we forgot a hat and purce with money. I connected by mail, a few minutes after the dropping of and ask for help. They answered and promised to call me back, but they didn't till now.

Pros: Only the car was good. The service was extremely bad!

Cons: We waited for an hour when we went to pick up the car. Also, when we dropped the car there was no damage and they did not check the car when we dropped. Then later on they have send us a message that there is a damage in the front of the car which is absolutely a big lie! We called the service many times and they did not answer our calls. It was an old picture that they have sent to us. It was a big scam!

Pros: Quick Easy Reliable Very welcoming, went through every detail and inspection of the vehicle prior to pick up. and gave some great safety pointer in regards to the other drivers on the road.

Pros: The staff were patient, easy and pleasant to interact with, explained the contract throughly and spoke excellent English. The company seemed to have high standards of integrity. I could not wish for more, and we would have no hesitation in using them again.

Cons: No issues of any significance.

Cons: I had troubles picking up the car and waited so much at the airport. And also I extended my rent and got higher price. RentalPlus told me if I want same rate I have to go back from Lugano to Milan and have a new contract with DiscoverCars. Totally unfair!! I am returning the car tomorrow
