Pros: very polite, friendly and multilanguage speaking staff, I received better vehicle than expected

Cons: all is well

Pros: Tutto , persone disponibili e cortesi , servizio impeccabile ma sopratutto veloce

Pros: Terrible customer service when returning the car charged £612 fo a crack windscreen which we didn’t do. The standard and conditions of the car was very poor with hundreds of mark on the car.

Pros: All was according to plan. We got a car with same level as we ordered, even better. Pickup from/to the airport was easy and fast. Car handing and dropping was very fast as well. Car was clean with full tank.

Cons: The car had significant body damage, although the agent did properly record all the damaged areas. My main complaint is that the car did not have winter tires. In January, especially in Milan, winter tires should be mandatory due to the high risk of icy and slippery roads. Rental Plus should not cut costs at the expense of customer safety. Safety must always be the top priority. We were fortunate that we did not have to drive long distances in poor weather conditions. would not rent again if so

Pros: Great service at very low cost

Pros: No hassle. Clear information given during booking resulting in not much to worry about when getting there

Cons: The 1 hour leeway in picking up the car - ideally if we call to explain delay then we should be allowed to still pick up the car, especially if it is still within opening hours and we are still paying the amount from the initial time

Pros: The workers were bery helpful, and the shuttle service was wuick and easy

Cons: The car's windshield reservoir had zero water, and the windshield on tbe inside was dirty when we picked up the cae. The front tires were bald The maps system wasn't very reliable. We were driving to Albisola from Genova and at a certain point, it was giving us the wrong directions, so we had to pull over and uss Nick's phone's Google Maps. There was trash and pieces of food in between the seats.

Pros: The service was great

Cons: Nothing. It was really good service

Pros: Very friendly and helpful

Cons: Nothing

Pros: Everything went smoothly. Very easy pick up and drop off.

Pros: Appeared to be a new car very clean. Easy to deal with. No arguments on my full cover as id read in some reviews. I had wanted to pick up car earlier when my flight was cancelled that was a sticky useless as DC dudnt reply until after the poibt where i could cancel. They told me this was only option cancel and rebook which was more expensive and it is an expansive choice of cars. Agent told me to check over the car for scratches

Cons: Not impressed I was asked to sign electronically then was told id been sent email with car defects which id magically already signed off.

Pros: Seamless pick-up and return of car with clear instructions.

Cons: The cleaning fee if car is not cleaned prior to return.

Pros: No hassles

Cons: It’s a little difficult to understand where to get picked from by the shuttle bus as there are renovations at the airport

Cons: Nothing - it was all Excellent

Pros: i was a bit scared about the reviews, but everything went very well. the car was clean, all the small bumbs were already aknowledged and noted in the pick-up protocol. we did not have any incident on our trip, so at the drop-off there was nothing to debate.

Cons: nothing.

Pros: The agents I met near Malpensa were very friendly and helpful. Everything worked as planned. We got a major upgrade to the car (due to luck, but it was an added bonus to the already good experience). Thanks!

Pros: The car was clean inside, the renatk process was easy and nice, even though we were one hour later than we initial pick-up time booked.

Cons: we would like to return the money for the service, since we did not receive the car for rent. After payment I did not receive any notification about the car. we did not receive the car for rent. we had to urgently look for a new option for renting a car in another service. very negative experience.

Pros: they steal my money

Cons: fake company

Pros: Easy drop of.

Cons: Pick up speed was extremely slow (almost 1 hour with agent).

Pros: When we picked up our car, the employee was very helpful

Pros: Good professional people.

Pros: Staff and car pickup/drop off away from busy airport.

Cons: Nil

Cons: In total 2hours to pick up the car.from the airport. Very delayed transportation to the pick up point, Very delayed procedure. Informed us that car at the drop off will be charged up to 100€ for cleaning otherwise we had to select to be charged 14€ at that moment. This was included in our booking information.

Pros: Drop off was quick and easy.

Cons: Attendant at the desk on pick up was rude and unhelpful. When asked if there was a petrol station nearby he said to just google it you have a phone.

Pros: - Informative and always responsive on my messages

Cons: - Car wipers should have been changed. Resulted on partial blurry vision during driving. - Booking was made with full-to-full fuel policy but they offered a half-to-half option.

Pros: The receptionist when I picked up the car was helpful.

Cons: When returning the car, the receptionist's treatment was very bad, the place is even worse, and the deposit has not been returned yet.

Pros: their team, kind

Cons: nothing

Pros: Services are great! Without them, we could never have such a great experience of road trip in Italy.

Pros: Very friendly and helpful staff ,everything was good and very fast procedures!

Pros: The personal help the rental agents provided They went above and beyond to help me and make sure I was comfortable.

Pros: Very fast in service. And also got upgraded in car.

Cons: I suggest that you should inform about Adblue for the one who rent Diesel engine car, since like us was using the Diesel car first time and got trouble about Adblue, so we have to cut 1 of our favourite places to travel due to we were finding Adblue to fill. Furthermore, we have to pay Adblue by ourselves while the one who rent next to us, don’t have to.

Pros: Very efficent check-in and out. No hassel over insurance and a good car.

Cons: They have an shuttle bus arrangement with a car par company and we had to wait one hour for the shuttel bus. Suspect the driver was at lunch since it was 12:00-13:00.

Pros: Tha agent spoke good English. She was pleasant and knowlegeable.

Cons: I had to accept a larger car.

Pros: Managers totally were involved in my situation and helped me a lot

Pros: Newer cars, easy in and out, friendly stuff and fast shuttle

Pros: affordable price

Cons: inconsistent on direction, example " how to find the shuttle " my instructions said to look for a rental plus sign, when the right one was MX

Pros: Very competitive pricing. Our car was excellent

Pros: Fast easy to use. Kind and helpful staff

Pros: لم يقومو بتسليمي السياره

Cons: لم يقومو بتسليمي السياره

Pros: Response time for additional questions about rental

Cons: There is nothing we didn't like.

Pros: Fast, efficient, no fuss

Pros: I didn't like anything, what a horrible company! HORRIBLE!

Cons: Horrible service, stupid workers, rude, stole my Money!

Pros: They were quite fast in the process.

Cons: The car tyres seemed to need to be changed soon. After driving the car for a while it started giving the alarm for need to do the maintenance service within 2000 km luckily i was almost at the end of my trip. The wanted to overcharge me for a pet cleaning fee not because the car was dirty (i used a seat cover) but because there was a few hairs lost under the passenger seat. The cost was 80€ + administrative fees or i go to a local car wash and get it done which cost me 8€

Pros: Nothing

Cons: We called from the Milan Malpensa airport to retrieve our rental car after getting off the plane, going through passport control, and getting our suitcases, only to be told our reservation is now invalid because we didn't call within an hour. No explanation of within an hour "of what event" or any options for moving forward. The agent hung up and stranded us in a foreign country. THIS IS TOTALLY UNACCEPTABLE. I need a FULL REFUND.

Pros: I thought it was a competitive price but was too good to be true as we didn’t get the car we paid for

Cons: During booking it was not clear that we needed to be precise with pick slot and the booking voucher didn’t mention this post booking. So we want to collect our car (which was very difficult to find) and were refused it as apparently “late”.

Pros: I asked the employee about parking and motorway fees in Lombardy and received practical information.

Cons: Upon arrival I waited over an hour for a shuttle bus. The information said the bus was marked RentalPlus but was marked differently which caused confusion.

Cons: No reply when I rang them. Terrible practice of charging people through the roof for being an hour late.

Pros: Only the cleaning of the car

Cons: They were very rude, arrogant and 0 help

Pros: Everything was great

Cons: nothing

Pros:

Cons: Wait for more than 60 min shttle to pick me and other, waiting both standing ourside gate 5 , exposed to heat. When finally arrived proposed car have nothing to do with the class i rent ( they offered a duplo fiat small passengervan ) then told me i have to pay extra for automatic gear and extra 100 Euro if i want a middle size car : the one i took a Ford Juga diesel. Total waiting was close to 2 hrs from the time agreed in my rental. When return: half an hour to check & half hour shuttle in hot

Pros: The service was very quick, nice and professional.

Cons: Everything was great except the return transfer driver, on the 01st July, at 5,30p.m. He was not friendly at all and drove too fast.

Pros: The price

Cons: It was very hard connecting with your office to coordinate pick up. The car was not clean enough both outside and particularly inside

Pros: Ease of drip off

Cons: My initial reservation was cancelled because it expired 50 min after reservation time. I was not notified of this and had to scramble to get another car.

Pros: Very good service. Easy and fast. Great price and a new comfortable car. Highly recommended!

Cons: I happened to replace the engine oil and the service desk forced to get the custom receipt to reimburse which costed me more than 5 different stops and huge number of calls. After all this hassle they didn't bother to reimburse while handing over the car and been advised they would be doing later in due course by customer service.

Cons: Just terrible experience!!!!! They cancelled our booking after one hour delay even we have paid for car from 11:00. We are traveling with 4 kids, one of them BABY!!!!! Shuttle service was super long, more than 30min we were waiting outside airport, again WITH KIDS!! And than we went to office, wait 20min more and they said that they cancelled our booking because we didn’t pick up the car at 11:00. We are traveling a lot. I mean, every second month. This happen first time.

Pros: Nil

Pros: Very fast picking up and dropping off the car.

Pros: very active and super friendly staff, car was brand new

Cons: NOTHING

Pros: After calling the agency at Malpensa airport, the shuttle was there to pick us up in 5 minutes. Very courteous, efficient and professional service at the desk. Paperwork easy to understand and fill out. No hidden surprises, all as booked with Discovercars. Free car upgrade from manual to automatic. The car was brand new, only 4K miles and exactly the reserved model. Return at Pisa airport took 1 min. Extremely satisfied and definitely will use Discovercars and Rentalplus again.

Cons: Somewhat difficult finding return car location for Rentalplus at Pisa airport. It's hidden among the other agencies.

Pros: Dropping off the car was super nice service and the condition off the car was also nice

Cons: We didnt get the car we were hoping and asked for. Maybe you should mention when you give a customer diesel car that you might have to ad adblue at some point.

Pros: It took us an hour to contact and get picked up at the Milan airport. It was a very confusing process just to get to the rental lot. Once there we made an error on the pick up date by one day and they told us it would now be over $1,700 to get a vehicle. The previous amount when booked was $400. Did not offer us a refund or much help at all. We went back to the airport to then book with Budget. We should have stayed with a company we were familiar with from the beginning.

Pros: They were good at doing the paperwork, car was excellent

Cons: The shuttle service on arrival was bad. Driver was rude at terminal and dud not want to take us to rental company.

Pros: Friendly personal, good price, quick pick-up and drop off. The car was clean and in excellent condition.

Pros: Nothing

Cons: Everything

Pros: Great car and great value. Just like any rental be prepared for a 500€ deposit. All types of cars and a great staff. I will keep their information in my phone for future use.

Cons: We picked up some extra riders along the way (ants) but we dispatched them quickly. The GPS on the car we had did have a few bugs in the system but it worked well more often than not.

Pros: Friendly, efficient, multi-lingual staff.

Cons: All was good.

Pros: The service was excellent especially the staff.

Pros: Representatives identified the best possible car to provide me within the price range I was willing to spend. Representatives will also evaluate any damage to the car before leaving the pickup / drop-off area that needs to be accounted for.

Cons: N/A

Cons: It was a horrible experience. Suddenly our car broke down. We couldn't do nothing. I called for assistance, but is was impossible to comunicate in English. I called also to rentalplus office in Milano Malpensa Airport, but the staff wasn't willing to hepl us. After mamy calls and 4 hours of waiting assistance finally arrived. The car was not prepared good enough for rental, the mistake was rentalplus side. The cables under the hood weren't tighten enough strong. It was not save for us.

Pros: Easy, good rates

Cons: Shuttle to airport

Pros: Nicolo at the desk was very efficient, polite and helpful. He was very patient and explained everything well to us.

Cons: At booking, I opted for the full insurance. When I picked up the car, it became clear that the insurance and the car rental were separate, since the agent explained that I would still have to pay for any damages upon returning the car, then make a claim for the insurance. Somewhat misleading at booking - otherwise a good experience.

Pros: Pickup and dropoff were quick; agents spoke English; it was all very friendly and efficient.

Cons: Nothing.

Cons: 1. They refused to give another car instead of the one given to me which was not in great condition (ie. many dents, broken wiper etc.) 2. They were not ready to discuss the incident happened with me and said we need to wait for the report from garage.

Pros: Free upgrade, super helpful and efficient

Pros: Willing to help people, great support and communication. Great service of the car. They upgraded my car from an Audi Q3 to a Maserati Greciale! An amazing car with price tag over 100.000€!

Cons: It took aboutc1 hour to get to the rental location. Rental process was slow.

Cons: The time I actually picked up the car should be referenced instead of the booked time

Pros: Good car

Cons: Very polite and efficient

Cons: only one worker at pick up day which needs to do everything and that takes a lot of time. Waited along time for the shuttle to pick us up from the airport even though I called a day before and they insured me they are running 24/7. At drop off no clear sign of the rental company .

Pros: Agents efficiency and car condition.

Cons: None

Cons: Had to rent another car from a different company as we could not find this car rental company.

Pros: Quick and helpful staff.

Cons: Wasn’t clear how to find shuttle van at airport at first.

Pros: Reasonable rates

Cons: Difficult to find someone at desk when calling, return shuttle - had to take a taxi

Pros: There was nothing to like about the service as there was none… I wasn’t able to get my car… I spent far more money than I ever intended too and the customer service team said there was nothing they could do to help. Terrible.

Cons: It was shocking service with RentalPlus - as I arrived over an hour late after my flight I was informed because it was after an hour they had cancelled my booking and they had no alternatives … I then had to look elsewhere in the airport… as it was on the day booking I ended up having to pay a premium and I had to pay over £650 more than my initial booking through an alternative company - it felt like a huge scam.

Pros: Thankfully

Cons: N/A

Pros: Very professional and helpful agents !

Pros: The agents were helpful. The car lasted a whole month without any problems.

Cons: That the pickup was not at the airport. Shuttle Bus took long to arrive so we had to get a taxi to pickup spot. The car I requested was not available and the the one we got had a smaller boot/trunk so we struggled with our luggage.

Cons: took a long time to be picked up from the airport

Pros: the phone n of the rental company wasn't active. We couldn't reach them to have a shuttle bus taking us to the rental location away from the airport, and therefore we had to resort to a last minute rental from a company at the airport, without any reservation. This resulted in spending significantly more money for a significantly smaller and uncomfortable car.

Pros: The front desk employees were professional and did a good job.

Cons: The car was missing a revision, and oil had not been changed.

Pros: I can't say. After two fruitless hours at MXP, I rented an AVIS car.

Pros: Matteo at the counter in Milan was super helpful in renting our car.

Cons: Everything was great.

Pros: Very small outfit, but extremely friendly staff and very helpful and attentive. Very personable would rent from here again.

Cons: You are it would be helpful to have a more routine van coming around both terminals in case the phone number is busy.

Pros: Price

Cons: Took a lot of time even after we got to the pick up place of the car, which was about 7km away.

Pros: Everything worked. Except the shuttle. The phone number to call is wrong.

Pros: Quick

Cons: Nothing

Pros: The car were perfect. The receptionist when we finally arrived at the office to pick up the car was cute, empathetic and efficient.

Cons: I think a representative should have waited and met me at the airport in the passenger hall rather than me having to look for him outside not understanding where he was. I waited close to an hour outside in the sun and had to run around with luggage in the sun instead of him looking for me (because he knows the place a little better) which caused me quite a bit of stress and nerves.

Pros: new car and friendly service

Cons: took a while to sort the rental

Pros: Accessible, easy, clear communication. Car was good and fresh.

Cons: I had to be picked up by a van to bring me to the car park. It took a little wait, and I had to figure it out at first.

Pros: very easy to use. When picking up car at the Malpensa airport Italy location the rep Alexandro was very helpful, communicated clearly, went over very detail of contract and car. Pleasure to deal with The process of dropping off car at Fiumicino airport was very easy, staff was extremely helpful and friendly, went over all details and directed us how to get to airport terminal.

Cons: N/A

Pros: We had heard about bad encounters with car rental companies in Italy, and really made sure to research thoroughly before committing to one. We rented almost 3 weeks with RentalPlus and they didnt disappoint us at all. From the initial picking up of car, ease of payments, deposit refund, and dropping off of our rental car, everything was as seamless to the teeth. We will definitely book via Rentalplus for our future trips to Italy.

Cons: The initial pickup at Milan was a little unsure, as we only had data ESim and couldnt call the person. As the place was a 5mins drive from the airport, we waited for the van to pick us up. Luckily we found the pickup van. It would be better if we could whatsapp call or message directly. Nonetheless, everything went very smoothly.

Cons: Actually, the small scratch at the alloy mentioned after drop off, is not something that got added to the car by me. It was unnoticed during the pickup because it was negligible. Please do something about it if possible. Gratitude.

Pros: The car was in good condition and the representatives were very pleasant.

Cons: I waited for the shuttle from the airport for nearly 1.5 hours before I finally got a taxi to take me there. I called 2 times about the shuttle and each time they told me it would only be about 10 minutes until the van arrived. Turning the car in took quite some time because they were extremely busy and there were only 2 reps working.

Pros: Foarte mult

Cons: Biroul de încheiere greu de găsit. Nu exista sala de așteptare, condiții generale regretabile.

Pros: Great service, great price, would recommend

Cons: Nothing

Pros: The young man who received us to get the car was very nice.

Cons: The car was not washed I'm the outside when you got it. The interior was clean so it was okay. It took a while for the driver to pick us up from the remote area and it took more than driver to take us back to the airport.

Pros: They were thorough, helpful, and efficient. They explained the contract completely and abided by the agreement.

Pros: The car was excellent. Brand new and in great condition. I worked with the same representative both checking in and out. He was very personable and was working very hard.

Cons: My only complaint was that there only seemed to be one person helping customers both when I picked up and dropped off the car. He was working really hard to keep things moving, but don’t put yourself in a position where you are in a hurry.

Cons: Never got the car. Refused to handle the car because I had a digital credit card not a physical one ..

Pros: Good price. That’s all I can say, since we didn’t not have any accident or event that I need to contact discivercars.com

Cons: We had trouble to get shuttle to the car rental place after arrival at Malpensa airport. We called the number provided and no one picked up the phone call. We waited at the suggested spot for nearly one hour and no shuttle showed up! We met another person who also booked online as we did got the same problem. Finally, we had no choice but took a taxi to get there and past the pickup time. We explained to the staff at the reception desk. She felt surprised too. Very unpleasant experience!

Pros: Very nice

Cons: Telephone answering was not nice

Pros: Basically everything was good. Fast shuttle, friendly staff, comprehensive explanation about the rules.

Cons: The car could be cleaner. Just a minor issue, When returning the car I decided to remove papers and some thash from the car and I was informed that there is no trash can available so I have to bring the trash to the airport with me and my bags. It doesn’t make sense to me and definitely it can be easily improved.

Pros: Friendly

Cons: Too slow

Pros: Agents were nice, but process was way too slow and complicated.

Cons: Waited 90 minutes for a shuttle. Their phone number didn’t work and could not reach Rental Plus. Rental facility is far away from airport and not in a nice area.

Pros: Efficient desk service, easy pick up and drop off snd the cars were really clean and new. They gave me a free upgrade on my last booking and was really happy about that. They free shuttle service from and to the airport wherever you need it.

Pros: Effectiveness

Pros: Price and pick up drop off

Cons: We had a hard time calling for shuttle in Milan

Pros: This is not a legitimate agency. Please remove them from your search results. These are thieves!

Pros: Nothing

Cons: Picking up: You have to call the agency for a chatel service even though you just arrive and don't have local sim card yet. Dropping off: No one wait for us at the point at 11:00 am, like other companies. Very difficult to find free parking. Because of the pressure, we forgot a hat and purce with money. I connected by mail, a few minutes after the dropping of and ask for help. They answered and promised to call me back, but they didn't till now.

Pros: Only the car was good. The service was extremely bad!

Cons: We waited for an hour when we went to pick up the car. Also, when we dropped the car there was no damage and they did not check the car when we dropped. Then later on they have send us a message that there is a damage in the front of the car which is absolutely a big lie! We called the service many times and they did not answer our calls. It was an old picture that they have sent to us. It was a big scam!

Pros: We got a better car than what we ordered.

Cons: nothing

Pros: Quick Easy Reliable Very welcoming, went through every detail and inspection of the vehicle prior to pick up. and gave some great safety pointer in regards to the other drivers on the road.

Pros: The staff were patient, easy and pleasant to interact with, explained the contract throughly and spoke excellent English. The company seemed to have high standards of integrity. I could not wish for more, and we would have no hesitation in using them again.

Cons: No issues of any significance.

Cons: I had troubles picking up the car and waited so much at the airport. And also I extended my rent and got higher price. RentalPlus told me if I want same rate I have to go back from Lugano to Milan and have a new contract with DiscoverCars. Totally unfair!! I am returning the car tomorrow

Pros: clear information, profetionality

Pros: Lovely service.

Cons: Having to ring a phone number for pickup.

Cons: we were not given the car we selected

Pros: Flexibility, overall service provided. Ease of reach and gas just around. Shuttle service frequency.

Cons: Some problems with the car which generated delay at the pickup

Pros: Understanding desk staff

Cons: Dirty car that wasn’t ready, collection drivers one of which was dangerous

Cons: Waiting time to pick up car was long because car was not washed

Pros: All was perfect

Cons: There was nothing wrong
