Cons: When we had a slight disagreement about the cross border cost they sorted it straight away I think there was a misunderstanding between the websites.

Cons: Very slow pick up speed and drop off speed is okayish. It's quite a distance from the airport. I had to wait to be picked up for an 40 minutes and then the ride to the Differental was about 15minutes. Agent was very unhelpful while talking on the phone.

Cons: They should have explained the type of insurance offered. Purchasing Gold cover insurance was useless. Another customer before us was unhappy with no clarification on VAT since it seems he paid thinking it was inclusive.

Pros: Carlo was a proactive agent supported me in finding the right car, He was an advisable person knowledgeable and eager to help by all means. His customer understanding and the smile on his face made me so comfortable. He did an upgrade for the car and advised me that the car i booked wont be spacious enough for me and my family. He was so fast in assigning the car and the documentations were so easy to fill in.

Cons: They were late in picking us up at the airport and had to be called several times and then they were CLOSED during normal business hours when we dropped off the car and we were told to drop it off at SkyPark lot nearby. No one checked the car in when I dropped it off and then I got a text that there was damage to a wheel and a tiny chip in the windshield that I HAD NO WAY TO VALIDATE NOR REVIEW WITH THE VIDEO I TOOK OF THE CAR WHEN I PICKED IT UP. So they charged me 1,000 EU for the damage

Cons: Pretty much a scam company. They are just looking for ways to extract money after the rental is over by focusing on tiny scratches that were not caught upfront. I guess it is my fault for not taking a picture of every single inch of the car. Also, renting took 3hrs because they messed up the class of car and couldn't figure out how to fix it

Pros: The car was issued by a Differental employee despite the office location not being open as scheduled. The employee, who was waiting outside the locked lot, was able to do the check in using her phone and get the car from a different nearby lot that was not open. She graciously gave me an upgraded vehicle for the trouble. Apparently another employee had not showed up to open the location. The employee there, Annie I believe, did a great job making the rental happen despite the issue.

Cons: The rental location not being open on pickup. This made me concerned during my whole trip that the rental return would also encounter problems.

Cons: Differental took a tremendous amount of time to harass each customer in front of us into exorbitant additional insurance after we had already purchased it through Discovercars. The process is extremely manipulative, and discovercars deliberately does not disclose information that Differental will use to raise the cost of the rental to double the original arrangement

Cons: They tried rushing us into purchasing additional cover. We refused. They pretended to know no English. Pulled up in a filthy car with 17km on the clock. Rushed around taking photos. We took our own. They then on returning the car suddenly spoke English (exact same staff member) and they then tried marking every dirt patch and poo stain as dents and scratches. They also told us they gave us a clean car and should have returned it clean. We showed them the pictures and they backed down.

Cons: Very unproffesional staff, especially Mr Morgan Pedrazzi. We chised a medium size car, ex Citroen C3, and at arrival he wanted to give us Fiat500, with 2 doors, for 4 persons , of 2 children and luggages. We refused because we simply could not enter the car, and we were forced to pay more 85 euro for a WV taigo, actually sam type of car we booked from beginning. Car was not having board in use. At delivery back of the car, we had the front glass pointly damaged by a stone on the highway.

Pros: I found a welcoming and helpful operator who accommodated me even though I didn't have my credit card with me, only a debit card. The car was perfect, the best I've ever rented, brand new and perfectly clean! Communication with the operators for pick-up and drop-off was immediate and straightforward. For the next summer holiday, I know who to book with!

Pros: We had two rentals at the same location. The first rental agent was very efficient and provided photos and a contract immediately upon picking up the car. The second rental ended very rudely and unprofessionally by a new agent, who basically threatened us out of the lot after falsely charging us. After locking us out of the vehicle, they stopped communicating in English and pretended to not understand our requests.

Cons: The 2nd agent did not provide any photos or the contract upon pickup. While we were taking our photos, she commented that it was not necessary since she would be present upon return. Upon drop-off, we were not given opportunity to show photos taken at pickup or take new ones. We were aggressively rushed out of the lot by a new agent and some employees, who threatened to remove our luggage from shuttle if we did not leave immediately after falsely charging 50 euros. Overall, very unprofessional.

It was very convenient to be driven with a luxury shuttle bus to the parking area, no need to walk with our baggage to the rental desk and then search for the car, as is usually done in Malpensa with the other rental companies. When returning the car the last gas station is close to the parking area which is very convenient. I will definitely choose Differental again.

Any extra charges for additional driver, for baby seat, for possibility to cross the border to go to France. Also we were lucky to be upgraded and get a brand new car of higher level. Additionally, I was unfairly charged for pre-existing or exaggerated damages.
