Autovia at Milan Airport Malpensa

Pros: Friendly agents throughout

Pros: The service from auto via was awful, when we arrived at the airport we couldn't get in touch with them, were they said we were going to get pick up after arrival was getting renovated so we had no clue were to go, so we had to get a taxi to pick the car up. Once we got to autovia they then told me that the automatic car we booked was not the and they only had a manual car, but if I want an automatic they had one but it was a €270 EXTRA.

Cons: While we were there they were not very helpful not only to us but to other clients on the phone, bad attitude and it felt like u just had to agree to what ever they were offering.

Pros: Great car. Very simple check out and in Helpful staff

Cons: They didn't accept to give me the car since we had a delay in the flight, I sent them a message asking for advice 6 hours before I was supposed to get the car but they didn't respond. When we reached they were closed but next day I went to their office and they didn't accept

Pros: kindness of receptionist

Pros: The service was quick, kind and very efficient. We hit the road immediately.

Pros: The staff at the desk was very professional, helpful and polite. Very pleased with their customer service desk

Cons: Started as the cheapest option but after all added fees and insurance scam came out to just as expensive as a credible international agency. Charged me an extra full day for being an hour late and did not adjust pickup time which was after appointment.

Pros: Nothing car was badly scratched and not full of petrol I was made return it completely full. Agent said a photo would be OK but they would not accept this on return

Cons: See above car was not full of fuel and I was made leave airport and fill completely on return

Pros: pick up and drop off was efficient - although place was a bit far away.

Cons: the check in time was very long with representatives usually spending a lot of time with each person.

Cons: Won’t be using Autovia again

Cons: Excelente servicio, solo destacar como punto Negativo que las instrucciones tanto de recogida como entrega son muy escuetas y nos perdimos al recoger el auto en malpensa (no aclaraban que nos iba a pasar a buscar una van para ir al punto de recogida). Los aeropuertos son muy grandes para perderse y resulto ser una perdida importante de tiempo.

Cons: 1. The car tires are worn out, with thin tread depth. That increases the risks for the car and drivers. Fortunately I noticed that and drove very carefully. But better tires would give me more peace of mind. 2. The Autovia rental desk was not very obvious to find for me at first, especially after a night of flight. Could use more signs when I got off the Kingparking shuttle

Cons: I arranged dropping the car at 06:00 and they open at 08:00 , so now I am losing my flight

Cons: Waiting period (1 hour) to pick up the car. Payed extra 17€ (in the pick up to clean the car). not mentioned anywhere!

Cons: I asked if Autovia could help me with the a ticket I received at a toll however they didn’t provide much help at all. I still don’t know what to do with this ticket I revived and all I was told is that I can check online. This doesn’t help because online websites are all in Italian so I am stuck on how to pay my toll fee? I am scared that if it’s not paid I will be fined a penalty for not paying the toll. But I have no way to know how to pay for this using a ticket?

Pros: A car that was offered as an "upgrade" as the original ordered car wasn't there. The one that was offered didnt have a spair tire. We refused to take it. Suddenly the original ordered car was found. This car didnt have the maintanance book which could have saved us a lot of troubles.

Cons: They tried to convince to make extra insurance. When we had what we thought was a problem they sent us to assistance which offered to take the car to a garage. Eventually we found out that what we thaught was a problem was actually the way the car was running which we never encountered before. Had we have the car book it would haved saved us a lot of worries and waisted time. Also at the office they didnt even try to understand what was the "problem". Niether did the assitance

Cons: Terrible experience. Scammed of my money, pushy sales people, completely so far away from the airport. Had to wait two hours to get picked up. Completely unclear where to leave the car - had to wait for 30 minutes before they let me in the car park - unmarked parking spot. Please take them off your list. It should have been so much clearer that I would need a credit card.

Pros: Discover cars did not pass on our booking to autovia. Discover card also made me pay money for a gps which autovia do not have, do not give this option! When I ask for help via email. I get no response and still haven’t after numerous emails.

Cons: Autovia rep was unhelpful at the start, especially with the language barrier, it makes it hard discover cars did not pass on our booking.

Cons: All seats of the car were stained, especially the passenger seat. It took forever to pick up the car even so it was booked online and partially prepaid. I was told to bring the car back full of gas, but the car was empty and the fill fuel light was on.It reeked of cigarettes. The car was equipped to drive on Metano, which is much cheaper than gas, but the tank was also empty.

Cons: It is difficult to reach their office because it is far from the airport I received a car that looked old and uncomfortable and I had to add money to upgrade It is not clear how and where to return the vehicle

Cons: DO NOT leave the parking before you take the pictures even of the smallest scratches - Autovia will try to earn extra fee by claiming damages which were there already. Check the fuel - mine was not full. I had to repair the car engine on the road and they promised to recover my costs. However - nobody is answering me anymore and it looks like that engine repair will be my cost after all.

Cons: Collecting process very unprofessional, car full of scratches and difficult to verify before collection. No one was present when the vehicle was returned and to this day I have still not received a message that it has been returned and that the car is undamaged. Definitely a very bad experience.

Cons: There was no service. Even when we had paid to upgrade our car to an automatic, we were left trying to find the car amongst hundreds of parked cars. That's not service.

Cons: We booked 6pm pick up time. We made the call at 5:57, we’re picked up 15 minutes later and taken to the office. As the office closes at 6pm (usual closing time is 10pm) we were charged a 61EUR after hour pick up fee. Furthermore, we booked an Opel Corsa or similar. The car wasn’t available and we were ‘upgraded’ to a Fiat 500...not something we would have chosen had we known. The agent was polite but we would have certainly appreciated a bit more flexibility and understanding.
