Pros: Very good value got a week of car rental. Had read some negative reviews about the company, but found their Milan Malpensa office to be easy to deal with.

Cons: The vehicle inspection/contract paperwork was emailed to me at the point of hire. With no access to this at the time, I later discovered that the condition report was blank though the car had multiple scrapes and scratches. I took comprehensive pictures and video of the car expecting a battle at return, but there were no issues. I paid by debit card and so a large deposit was taken in insurance and four fuel. These are being returned but will take up to 30 days

Pros: Staff were vey helpful, especially the two wonderful ladies at drop off time in the morning who completed the drop off requirements and got me to the airport in good time.

Cons: Pick up from airport was greatly delayed - waited 40 mins for the yellow minibus which was supposed to be turning up every 10-15 mins. The phone number provided went to some automated system which did not get to anyone after waiting and waiting forever. This needs to be improved by Cenauro.

Cons: Booked Peugeot 3008 and was given Nissan Townstar, this is far from same class vehicle but they insisted that it is so and would not give another car. Plus they find every excuse to force you to pay for their full insurance even though I already had insurance from another company, so the 40€ booking ended up costing me over 200€.

Minor damage to the car forced us to file a claim and the first agent we saw was mad at us, not helping our case at all. Cons: I rented a car from Centauro on April 22 and returned the car on April 29. Booking number is IR24031263 Centauro agent charged a 72,60 EUR fuel deposit on April 22, and the fuel tank was 60% full. Centauro agent told me that they would refund me 72,60 EUR deposit after I returned the car, if the fuel level were at the same 60%. On April 29, the fuel level was exactly at 60%, when I returned the car. But Centauro did NOT refund me 72,60 EUR deposit

Pros: The pick-up and drop-off service was very fast.

Cons: They pressured me to get the full coverage even though I got it through Discover Cars. The car wasn't well maintained. Front tires barely had tread and the windshield wipers needed to be replaced. Hit rain driving at night and was very difficult to see. A windshield wiper is a cheap part that I beleive should be replaced often.

Pros: Big courtesy van, enough space for luggage and skis, fast and comfortable. They have clear instructions where is the pick-up point and how it works. Very decent waiting times.

Cons: The car was equipped with summer tires in mid February. I was expecting all-season tires or winter tires for northern Italy(Milan) We got stuck in a parking lot because of that.

Pros: Pick up and return was fuss free. Read several reviews that the agents would find little scratches in the car when returning. Didnt happen in my case. Perhaps it is because I got a rather old car with plenty of scratches to start.

Cons: I had to wait for quite a while at Departures in Malpensa airport for the shuttle bus to arrive. My booking was for 7am and the shuttle bus finally came at about 7.30am. Maybe its because their office starts at 7am anyway, so it probably took a while for the shuttle to arrive. Beyond that, everything was great! Take note that the petrol deposit is an actual deduction from your credit card. Because I use a foreign credit card, I lost about 10% due to currency exchange twice.

I expressed my extreme concern that this sound would drain the battery of the car as I had to leave to the airport the following morning for an international flight. More, the shuttle is a cargo van with chairs and access inside it is very difficult unless you are very sporty. Add about one hour to your plan if you hope to be in time at the airport.

Cons: The transfer from Malpensa airport to the offices took a bit too long and we didn’t fit in the first trip. Also, there’s no signage, we weren't sure if we were waiting at the right place or if the transfer was going to show up at all.

Once again I didn't understand why it should be blocked in my card 115 Euros for fuel if they already were going to block 1200 Euros for the deposit. As a customer there were too many "surprises" at the counter that I would think.

Pros: Pick-up was quick but maybe due to early morning arrival. Car condition was very good. Why don't you have a small desk at Terminal 1 so that all paper work can be done at the terminal and we only take the pick-up van to collect the car only. This will save time.

Cons: There are very few people there so when you drop the car, it took me almost 45 minutes. I was about to miss my international flight. You need to have 1-2 persons on the ground to collect the car. Car rental opens at 7 am but the first pick-up van came to terminal 1 at 7.15 am.

I had to call Spain three times and waited 1 hr 15 min to be collected in the night, this was very distressing alone at night at the airport in Italy. Also during process when spotted previous damage asking to be "declared" or relevant document to complete pick up process, agent responded that it was not possible to as takes some time to update their system. After insisting leaving rental office with formal declaration of previous damage, they reprinted the relevant document including previous damage as required.

Cons: The gps sound was not working, and it would not stick, so kept falling to the floor where obviously I could not see it. The next day, on a mountain, it had no reception whatsoever and I lost three and half hours trying to find my hotel. So I bought an Italian WiFi connection for my phone. The company would not refund the gps cost ($114) even when I returned it in the middle of the trip and they insisted it can not be taken off for the second rental, so had to pay ($230) for nothing!
