Cons: Their office, both at Malpensa and Bergamo is very far from the airport, they have two small shuttles which are easily overwhelmed by the demand. More, the shuttle is a cargo van with chairs and access inside it is very difficult unless you are very sporty. Add about one hour to your plan if you hope to be in time at the airport.

Cons: When we landed in Malpensa ,It was not clear where to find the shuttle bus from Malpensa terminal 1 and we did not have a phone number to call to

Cons: Location not at the airport with no address to find them. I almost missed my flight and had to order a Special Taxi driver which cost me a lot of money to reach the location to drop off the car.

Pros: The service team at Centauro was very professional and prompt. The pick up at Milan airport, processing of the pickup and the condition of the car was absolutely brilliant. The staff at the rental desk were knowledgable and friendly.
Cons: Everything was good. Except for the fact that the rental prices were very high, hope they come down in the near future and become more affordable.

Cons: They gave me the car with sever damage in the front and they didn’t mention it in the paper that they gave me! When I dropped off the car they told me that the car with damage from the front! I was lucky I took video for the car before I take so I showed then the video jut to proof to them that the damage is already there before I took the car! This is really not good at all!

Cons: I had to wait quite long to the the car. The insurance policies are confusing. While I got full coverage insurance over the internet, at the agency I had to buy additional one.

Cons: The transfer from Malpensa airport to the offices took a bit too long and we didn’t fit in the first trip. Also, there’s no signage, we weren't sure if we were waiting at the right place or if the transfer was going to show up at all.
Pros: The car was new, bigger, as I ordered.
Cons: There was many people in the office, had to wait about 30min for getting a car. At the airport as well we waited quite long for the shuttle bus.
Pros: The car despite the damages was a good car, easy drive and confort.
Cons: I waited for the shuttle for 1h.The car had a lot of damaged parts(All damages were noted but not good for 1st impression).The person at the counter wasn't very friendly and didn't show patience and cordiality in explaining the assurance, cross-border fee and fuel fee. Once again I didn't understand why it should be blocked in my card 115 Euros for fuel if they already were going to block 1200 Euros for the deposit. As a customer there were too many "surprises" at the counter that I would think.

Cons: slow on Sunday morning at 8.15am.
Cons: Garancy depot is above 1200 EUR It took about ONE (!) hour for all paperwork. At the end we had to cancel the reservation. Never more.
Pros: Efficient and friendly.
Cons: There was slight damage on the bumper and wheel that had been missed until we checked the car before driving away and for which we could have been held responsible when returning the car. They were quick to ament the contract form.

Pros: Pick-up was quick but maybe due to early morning arrival. Car condition was very good. Why don't you have a small desk at Terminal 1 so that all paper work can be done at the terminal and we only take the pick-up van to collect the car only. This will save time.
Cons: There are very few people there so when you drop the car, it took me almost 45 minutes. I was about to miss my international flight. You need to have 1-2 persons on the ground to collect the car. Car rental opens at 7 am but the first pick-up van came to terminal 1 at 7.15 am.

Cons: I was not collected and when I contacted the office number it went to head office was in Spain! I had to call Spain three times and waited 1 hr 15 min to be collected in the night, this was very distressing alone at night at the airport in Italy. This was a complete nightmare and the airport military were all trying to help me because I was so upset and unable to contact anyone.

Cons: On vehicle pick up the agent asked me making the visual inspection by myself without Centauro presence. Also during process when spotted previous damage asking to be "declared" or relevant document to complete pick up process, agent responded that it was not possible to as takes some time to update their system. After insisting leaving rental office with formal declaration of previous damage, they reprinted the relevant document including previous damage as required.

Cons: The gps sound was not working, and it would not stick, so kept falling to the floor where obviously I could not see it. The next day, on a mountain, it had no reception whatsoever and I lost three and half hours trying to find my hotel. So I bought an Italian WiFi connection for my phone. The company would not refund the gps cost ($114) even when I returned it in the middle of the trip and they insisted it can not be taken off for the second rental, so had to pay ($230) for nothing!

Pros: Shuttle showed up where they said, loaded my cases into the van and drove to the off-site office, which was a brand new building in pristine condition.

A deposit for a tank of fuel is required upon collecting the vehicle.
It is only possible to pay and leave a deposit using the same card.
It is possible to pay and leave the deposit only with the following payment methods: Visa Electron, Visa Debit Card, MasterCard credit card, VISA credit card, MasterCard debit card.
Only cards issued in the main driver's name are accepted.

The daily limit on the card used for payment must be high enough to cover the deposit. Otherwise, purchase of the following insurance policy(ies): Super Insurance is mandatory.
Maestro, American Express, Cash, Cheques, Diners, Prepaid cards is/are not accepted.
The main driver must provide a physical payment card in their name with enough funds to cover the deposit to pick up the car. The rental company will neither accept virtual credit cards (e.g., GooglePay or ApplePay) nor someone else’s card (including family members).
Additional charges will be applied in case the car is crossing state or region borders.
Crossing country borders is allowed to the following countries: Austria, France, Monaco, Switzerland.
Using a ferry is not allowed.

Delivery/collection service is not provided.
A deposit for a tank of fuel is required upon pick up.
At time of drop off, customers should return the vehicle with a full tank and be able to show the gas station receipt confirming they have filled the tank, in order for the fuel deposit to be refunded.
In case of renting at the airport location, the customer must provide a valid flight number in order to make a reservation.
If the renter would like to extend the rental period, renter should return to the car hire office at the end of the rental period to sign a new agreement.
